September 11th is indisputably the greatest crime in modern history. Everyone agrees that it has been the catalyst to excuse everything that has taken place in America since: wars, illegal surveillance, and torture, most notably.

It is the story of the century and it is still not to be questioned by the leading so-called alternative news websites that have reached mainstream levels of viewership. 9/11 is the stinky fart in the newsroom, where everyone with half-a-brain knows who cut the cheese, but because the boss is the culprit they’re afraid to be ridiculed or fired for speaking out. It’s authentic cowardice in the first degree.

A recent article on Disquiet Reservations called out specific “alternative” news sites for their cowardly unwillingness to mention 9/11 at all costs. The story they refused to cover happened last week in Australia, where the country’s top Union official, Kevin Bracken, caused international uproar when he was attacked for claiming on a national radio show that “the official story of 9/11 does not stand up to scientific scrutiny.” Of course, on the surface this doesn’t seem like a big story, but what is a huge story is that when the Herald Sun posted an online poll about it, an astounding majority (76.79%) agreed with Bracken, as reported by Excavator:

Here is some information that may be helpful in figuring out just why the popular alternative media sites have censored 9/11 truth information.  I have no proof, no evidence, but I think this should be considered as a possible reason for the blockout of the important and scholarly research that many in the 9/11 truth movement have presented.

A few months ago I wrote to them requesting they cover 9/11 stories such as the nano-thermite paper. They replied that there is only so much they can cover as they are small, underfunded etc. I read between the lines and figured they are afraid to cover 9/11 for fear of losing subscribers and or being lumped in with conspiracy theorists. They bill themselves as an online TV network with aspirations of becoming big-time on cable. Until now, it is my belief that they have systematically excluded 9/11 news just like the major media, however, if you look at the stories, they do cover much in-depth news that the major media won't, such as the real issues behind the health care debate, the real story of the coup in Honduras, Israeli war crimes, etc. I watch their interviews because I get a lot of information I get no where else.

9/11 news is being buried

Another group of scientists has found evidence of explosives in the dust at ground zero, 9/11.

Big news?

Actually it isn’t news at all. Hasn’t been covered. One might expect calls far and wide for a public investigation by qualified scientists to examine whether the findings are accurate. Yawn.

There is a lot of interest on the Internet, among people who don’t take a paycheck from corporate media. There is interest among ex-CIA, military, pilots, architects, engineers, physicists, demolition experts, metallurgists, academics and so on.

But not a peep from corporate media. We know corporate media are obtuse propagandists for corporate interests like the treasonous illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq. They love that shock and awe. It’s good TV.

They are enemies of democracy and friends of wealth. Does The Sentinel know that the work of these scientists is “cartoonish”? How do you know?

I say, prove it.

Prove the scientists are wrong, or that there is ambiguity.

When mainstream media (MSM) organises to coverup crimes of mass murder they are committing nothing less than a conspiracy to commit high treason.

Ignorance doesn't equate to stupidity, but the MSM has promoted treasonous ignorance through censorship to shield the most likely suspects in Bush's dubious "War On Terror"

Society will politely acknowledge the 9/11 facts but remain silent on the reality of what they have learned. Debating the ethics and morality of their murderous leaders is just too risky. In America, the 9/11 lie is acknowledged far more than it's debated. The public feels powerless to act on issues that threaten their world-view and are perceived as too enormous and fearful to dare debate in public.
