Hicks will introduce and speak after the DC Debut of "Able Danger" a stylish new cinema noir about the struggle for 9/11 truth. The film, although fictional, is loosely based on Hicks' book The Big Wedding, his work at his cafe Vox Pop, and his reporting for the New York Megaphone.

Hicks will speak about his original research into the 9/11 attacks, the pattern of Federal protection given to key 9/11 hijackers before 9/11, the Pentagon's suppressed Able Danger operation, and the FBI's involvement in the death of 9/11 researcher Dr. David Graham.

Speakers, Activists to Rally at White House on 9/11 Anniversary

A mass rally to commemorate the anniversary of 9/11 will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2007, from noon to 3:00 p.m. at Lafayette Park, in front of the White House. The rally is sponsored by dc911truth.org and will feature speeches by a number of leading authors and activists. It is part of similar commemorations being held on the 11th and on preceding days in New York and other major cities worldwide.

This event is the result of the collaboration of the 911truth movement with members of the antiwar and impeachment movements. The message of the event is three-fold: Impeach the Bush administration, end the war, and re-investigate the crimes of September 11, 2001.

The Social Forum in Atlanta, Georgia was attended by over 10,000 social activists and
groups from all over the US and the Americas. Representing diverse causes they all
had one thing in common, their desire to re-make the US into a better country; or
in the words of this year's motto; "Another World is possible, Another US is necessary".
To that end, two significant resolutions were passed at the concluding plenary session
on Sunday July 1, 2007, calling for the impeachment of Bush and Cheney, and calling for the
investigation of the events of 9/11/2001.
