A great deal of controversy has arisen about what was known about the movements and location of Osama bin Laden in the wake of his killing by US Special Forces on May 2 in Abbottabad, Pakistan. Questions about what intelligence agencies knew or didn't know about al-Qaeda activities go back some years, most prominently in the controversy over the existence of a joint US Special Forces Command and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) data mining effort known as "Able Danger."

What hasn't been discussed is a September 2008 Department of Defense (DoD) inspector general (IG) report, summarizing an investigation made in response to an accusation by a Joint Forces Intelligence Command (JFIC) whistleblower, which indicated that a senior JFIC commander had halted actions tracking Osama bin Laden prior to 9/11. JFIC is tasked with an intelligence mission in support of United States Joint Force Command (USJFCOM).

The report, titled "Review of Joint Forces Intelligence Command Response to 9/11 Commission," was declassified last year, in response to a Freedom of Information Act request from Steven Aftergood at the Federation of American Scientists.

The enemy of America seems to pop up conveniently whenever the government is hyping national defense or the need to pass new carbon tax legislation. It's an interesting coincidence that these two agendas should coincide in the form of Osama Bin Laden's latest warning, which as usual has not been confirmed to be really him.

CAIRO — Al-Qaida has released a new audio tape of Osama bin Laden in which the leader of the terror network calls for the creation of a relief body to aid Muslims harmed in natural disasters and wars.
In a copy of the message provided by the U.S.-based SITE Intelligence Group, bin Laden also criticizes governments in Muslim countries for spending more money on armies than on their citizens.

Less than three months before September 11, Secretary of State Colin Powell warned the Taliban that American intelligence had "high confidence" that "Afghan-based and other operatives are now planning on carrying out attacks against Americans."

Powell's warning was conveyed to the Taliban by U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan William B. Milam, who specifically discussed Osama bin Laden with the Taliban's representative Abdul Salam Zaeef.

After the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, Zaeef was arrested as an "unlawful combatant" and detained at Guantanamo Bay for three years before being released into house arrest in Afghanistan.

Two cables obtained by INTELWIRE under the Freedom of Information Act detail the warnings, as well as the specific concern about an impending attack against the United States.

This is my theory regarding security, law enforcement, and potential for a False Flag in Indiana over the next several weeks.

The Indianapolis Star reported that a nuclear attack response drill will be taking place in Indiana, starting on April 30th and lasting about three weeks. Here's a comment from the article, followed by the link:

"The event will trigger the deployment of 1,000 Indiana National Guard troops, more than 2,000 active-duty military personnel, local and state police officers, and other officials."

A week ago, a report came out in The Sunday Times that states the following:

"AL-QAEDA leaders in Iraq are planning the first “large-scale” terrorist attacks on Britain and other western targets with the help of supporters in Iran, according to a leaked intelligence report.

So, spot on.

I have heard several times now the spin that the BBC probably mixed up these other reports that “other buildings might collapse” with “Building 7 has collapsed”. Besides all doubts that the BBC could made such an unbelievable error and that other news-outlets were running similar news:

There are significant indications that the U.S. may be attacked again this Sunday, Oct. 22. This letter is written from the understanding that certain people in control of our government were either complicit or responsible for the attacks of 9/11. Those attacks took a lot of us by surprise. Hopefully we can learn from the past to see it coming next time. This may be upon us now.

Here is the situation:
The administration wants to attack an oil rich country, but doesn't have the public's support to do so. Last time that country was Iraq. This time that country is Iran.
The administration's intention to attack both Iraq and Iran is already published in the "New American Century" document.
The Iranians have announced plans to switch to Euros to sell their oil instead of U.S. Dollars, just as Saddam Hussein had before the U.S. attacked Iraq.
There is an election coming up next month which now threatens to unseat the Republican majority in Congress.
Alex Jones, who is one of the founding members of this country's 9/11 Truth Movement, has stated that his research indicates that this month, Oct. 2006, is the month there is likely to be another attack against the U.S. from the same inside group that pulled off the 9/11 attacks.
