The Binary Fallacy and the End of Both Parties

The Binary Fallacy and

The End of Both Parties

Michael Collins

(Wash., DC) The results of eight years of Bush-Cheney at the helm make the demise of the Republican Party an easy call. Our financial system is on life support. The major banks are insolvent, according to banking and legal authority William K. Black. If they're not, they're in intensive care. No matter how many trillions of dollars worth of infusions they receive, they're not making loans. The economy is in a free fall with growth down 6% a quarter and job losses running at nearly 600,000 a month. We're stuck in two catastrophic wars. Despite President Obama's election, we're viewed with suspicion and disregard throughout the world.

Are you ready for nuclear war?

By Paul Craig Roberts

Pervez Musharraf, the puppet installed by the US to rule Pakistan in the interest of US hegemony, resigned August 18 to avoid impeachment. Karl Rove and the Diebold electronic voting machines were unable to control the result of the last election in Pakistan, the result of which gave Pakistanis a bigger voice in their government than America's.

It was obvious to anyone with any sense--which excludes the entire Bush Regime and almost all of the "foreign policy community"--that the illegal and gratuitous US invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, and Israel's 2006 bombing of Lebanon civilians with US blessing, would result in the overthrow of America's Pakistani puppet.

The imbecilic Bush Regime ensured Musharraf's overthrow by pressuring their puppet to conduct military operations against tribesmen in Pakistani border areas, whose loyalties were to fellow Muslims and not to American hegemony.

Rick Santorum predicts "some unfortunate events" will give Americans a "very different view of this war"

Yesterday, on the Hugh Hewitt show, former PA Senator Rick Santorum made references to learning the lessons of 9-11 and the recent 'attacks' in England. Then when asked by Hewitt whether he felt the leading Republican Presidential candidates were speaking with enough "seriousness" about the war, Santorum proceeded to say that alot was going to change in the next year.

Vote for Questions in the Republican Presidential Debate!

Do you want the Republican candidates for president to be asked a question about 9/11 in the debate coming up on May 3 on MSNBC? You can help make it happen!

Members of Politico.com can submit questions for the candidates, and anyone can vote on them. The top 20 most popular questions will actually be asked in the debate.

I submitted a question that could create some interesting fireworks on stage between Rudy Giuliani and Rep. Ron Paul, both of whom are scheduled to be in the debate. My question is the following, for Giuliani:

Rep. Ron Paul has called the 9/11 Commission Report a "charade" and supports a new investigation. Millions of Americans agree with him, including 9/11 victims' families. Do you agree, or do you believe the government has been fully honest about 9/11?

If you want Giuliani to be asked this question Thursday night and have to squirm and sweat under the Klieg lights, please vote for this question and encourage anyone you know who believes in 9/11 Truth to vote for it. If it gets enough votes to make it into the top 20 questions, it will be asked in the debate, with millions of Americans watching! ...

There are 2 more political parties beyond the Democrats and the Republicans

Writing down these thoughts from my European perspective. The last couple of weeks a peculiar theory has materialized in my brain.....

Can't help but thinking that "Republicans" and "Democrats" are not the 2 biggest electoral parties in the U.S. There are 2 other parties, bigger, mightier, more influencial than the "D" and "R" camps. They are both secret. They both don't have a publically known name. At least not an official one. Dunno if they have a formal organization, Dunno if they have their own funding and financial structures. What are their names? Easy: one is "Demopublican Party", the other is the "Republicrats". They probably don't even need their own funding.... because they have secretely subverted the old "pure" parties, and taken control of the commanding heights already. In any case, these bodies do only club together to fiddle with offices, foster their Red Tape and advance their personal careers. Whoever is voted into offices -- nothing much changes fundamentally for their voters (just for those who were lucky to make it into their seats).

Sometimes one or two or 50 don't get re-elected. Sometimes a Defense Secretary, aged 74 years, looses his office. He'll be replaced by someone with similar "qualifications"....
