"Trutherpalooza" will raise money for the first responders, allow artists to showcase their talents, and raise 9/11 Truth awareness in San Diego and Southern California region.

David. I love your music, but I was quite disappointed when I read your 9/11 essay on Rabble.ca, and have been following your appearances on the web since then.

I wanted to ask you a couple of questions directly, and thought your blog would be the best place to do so.

First, I wanted to tell you that I was disappointed because I felt your article was written based on your emotions, and did not actually discuss any factual information. I understand and share your frustration regarding the abrasiveness of some 9/11 Truthers, but feel that your comments contribute to the divisiveness that many of us on The Left are trying to patch up.

Note: This is a FINE example how a simple, peaceful protest can generate much publicity.

Their cause is just.

Waking up to the NAU

On February 16th thousands of educated and awake Canadians took part in a nationwide protest against the SPP and NAU.

Through Facebook.com, a handful of Canadians were able to organize and coordinate demonstrations to be held simultaneously in more than a dozen cities from Fredericton Nova Scotia to Victoria BC. Tens of thousands of Canadians were awakened to the threat of the NAU as a result, and it has galvanized ordinary citizens to take part in grassroots political action.

Court Ruling on Protests Curbs Malls in California

SAN FRANCISCO — The California Supreme Court ruled Monday that privately owned shopping malls cannot stop protesters from demonstrating there to urge a boycott of one of the tenants.

In a 4-to-3 decision, the court said a San Diego mall violated California law protecting free speech when its owners barred protesters from distributing leaflets in front of one of the mall's stores, asking shoppers not to give the store their business.

"A shopping mall is a public forum in which persons may reasonably exercise their right to free speech," Justice Carlos R. Moreno wrote in the majority opinion.

Justice Moreno said shopping malls were entitled to enact and enforce "reasonable regulations of the time, place and manner of such free expression," to avoid a disruption of business.

"But they may not prohibit certain types of speech based upon its content," he wrote, like speech urging a boycott of stores.

My second month coming out in the streets, last month i was completely alone, handing out flyers in the city center. Guess what, this month people came to help out! Here is the report:

We met in city center, some people came to get to know what the group is about, I would say about 7 people just wanted some info on the subject, and promised to make copies (hopefuly they will join next month). As far as people that actualy took action with me that would be 4 brave men and women, plus my outstanding girlfriend (I love you!). So you may say not many people, but considering I was alone the month before, to me it seems like a huge success!

On 9/11, i arrive at my favorite overpass spot at 3p.m., at this time traffic was at a near standstill, bumper-to-bumper, i get all my supplies ready (ducttape, PVC tubing in buckets of cement, and of course the banner), i slip on the sign which is nothing more than a white bedsheet with big black letters saying "GOOGLE WTC7", i slip on the cover and it is now dancing in the wind and hanging over HUNDREDS of on-lookers, i kid you not, i heard one kid in a car passing the sign and he says "WE CAN READ IT!". And i was so excited i run down to take a picture of the banner, and you can definatly see "google wtc7" as clear as day.

I was at the front of the protest group right at the police line on Monday August 20, 2007 and saw the pushing and shoving of protesters from the police who in turn pushed back. The police provoked the violence and shoving by pushing the protesters back about 10 to 15 feet from the original police line, this is when the protesters started to escalate their activity and pepper spray was used on few who were resisting the police line and I thought I saw one person get tasered or shot at by another device from the police. Rocks were thrown at the police who were in riot gear and from what I saw one officer was injured in the exchange. For about an hour or two after that the protesters were very peaceful, banging on homemade drums made out of empty 5 gallon buckets and chanting anti SPP slogans. A van with loud speakers on the roof then proceeded down the road and stopped 20-25 feet away from the front line. People bobbed their heads and danced to the music pumping out of the loud speakers, then people started to talk on the mic, this got the protesters pumped up but still peaceful.

Dear 9/11 Truth Seekers,

I regret that, due to the fact that I'm addressing an audience in
Oslo, I am unable to attend your United for Truth March here
in Brussels. Nevertheless, I wish, by means of this written
statement, to say a few words of encouragement and appreciation for
your efforts.

The attacks in New York and Washington six years ago left the
American people stunned and ready to agree to almost anything the
Bush-Cheney administration proposed. At home, this has meant severe
restrictions on civil liberties in the name of the so-called PATRIOT
Act.

Abroad, we have had a so-called war on terror, which has really been
a war of aggression against Muslims and a war for oil and domination
in Muslim nations. This has meant six years of torture, humiliation,
and the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people in Afghanistan and
Iraq, people who were either innocent civilians or soldiers fighting
against an immoral and even illegal occupation.

During this period, we have also seen an unprecedented media cover-up
in the United States and allied countries. Such cover-ups have
happened before. But in this case, the crime was more enormous, the
consequences were more catastrophic, and the evidence was more
obvious. (For example, just by looking at the collapse of Building 7
of the World Trade Center, anyone who knows anything about these
matters can see that it was brought down by explosives, as Danny
Jowenko of Holland has illustrated.) The failure of the media to
expose the lies of the official story threatens the continued
existence of democracy, which simply cannot function without an
independent media, dedicated to revealing crimes of state.

The truth is, of course, that the War on Terror is bogus. The 9/11
Truth Movement is driven by a desire to find out the truth about what
really happened on 9/11 and who is really behind these attacks. In 6
years, the movement has made a lot of headway. More and more people
are starting to realise that the attacks of 9/11 were an inside job,
orchestrated by the United States government as a pretext to carry
out its pre-established policies.
