Saturday, May 16th, the American Institute of Architects will hold a vote on Resolution 15-6 in Atlanta.

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Finalized Resolution 15-6: To cause the AIA to adopt a Position Statement in support of a new investigation into the complete collapse of 7 World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.

"Thousands of members of the architecture and engineering professions, including 55 sponsors of this resolution, believe the NIST investigation did not adhere to the principles of the scientific method and as a result the conclusions of the NIST investigation are fatally flawed."

Title: 7 World Trade Center

Sponsors: Daniel Barnum, FAIA and Fifty Members of the Institute

Intent: To cause the AIA to adopt a Position Statement in support of a new investigation into the complete collapse of 7 World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.

WHEREAS, under the AIA Public Policies and Position Statements, it is the responsibility of architects to design a resilient environment that can more successfully adapt to natural conditions and that can more readily absorb and recover from adverse events; and
WHEREAS, architects and others involved in the design and construction of buildings depend upon the information obtained from investigations into building failures to inform the development of model building codes; and
WHEREAS, on September 11, 2001, 7 World Trade Center, a 47-story high-rise building, suffered a complete collapse; and

Although each encounter was interesting and memorable, this was notable. A fellow, who's name I never got came by to exclaim, "It was a tragedy!, 9/11 was a tragedy!". And he didn't find any disagreement. He mumbled some things like planes can bring down buildings... that's just the way it is...". He went on about having respect for the those who lost family members and exclaimed, "It's a tragedy that you're here!". Meaning, of course, that we were stirring up the rubble that had long solidified from its weeks long molten state and was probably better off left alone. I pointed out that many family members were part of the movement and desired further investigation. Unconvinced he turned to me and repeated himself. I agreed with him, emotionally. I knew exactly what he meant. I said, "I agree with you but to me it's a tragedy and a disgrace that we HAVE to be here. To us, the events of 9/11 is an unfinished story that demands answers particularly for those affected that day." I encouraged him to read the questions on the board but he moved on in a cloak that prohibited any objectivity.

In the lofty auditorium of Northampton's First Churches on October 10, an audience of perhaps 200 listened as San Francisco architect Richard Gage presented evidence that the World Trade Center's Twin Towers and WTC Building 7 were brought down on Sept. 11, 2001 by controlled demolition­by planted explosive charges, not by the impact and resulting fires when the buildings were hit by hijacked airplanes.

Heroes for 9/11 Truth, for Peace, for Impeachment

Heroes and Superheroes gather, sing, rally, march for Truth, Peace, Impeachment in Palo Alto. Master of Ceremonies, KPFA's Dennis Bernstein will pass out awards to Citizen heroes for 9/11 Truth- including Dr. Robert Bowman, Richard Gage, AIA, Janette MacKinlay, and Cosmos.

This looks like an event that definitely should be attended by as many 9/11 Truthers and members of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (http://ae911truth.org/) as possible.

My 9/11 truth activist friend and former 2006 Congressional District 28 candidate, Ron Avery (http://www.ronavery.us/), made me aware of this American Institute of Architects (AIA) conference which is scheduled to have quite a few architects and structural engineers in attendance, including Al Gore as one of several important keynote speakers.

Ron Avery plans to distribute flyers at the conference describing why architects and structural engineers should be outraged at the suggestion that such well-constructed and stable buildings as WTC 1, 2, & 7 were in actuality, as the 9/11 attacks supposedly show, weak and poorly-designed.
