After this call, a firestorm of 9-11 truth began to rage until, after multiple callers had proclaimed their doubt about the government's story, a poor Republican woman had to bemoan how she was depressed that there wasn't enough talk about Al-Qaeda and other Islamo-extremists. She then proceeded to talk about how Janet Reno was the worst AG because of Waco and Ruby Ridge. You'll find no Janet Reno apologist here. People are pissed. And they're beginning to understand who at. Let's take it to court.

On Friday morning, August 17, 2007, 5 federal judges from the Western Division of the U.S. District Court of the Central District of California received a letter and packet of information regarding treasonous acts committed by the Bush administration (with a focus on Bush and Cheney in this communication) surrounding the attacks of September 11th, 2001. This district is the largest in the country, serving 17 million people, thus there are many judges who have not yet received information, who should and could in the future. The following judges received the letter and packets:

Honorable Robert M. Takasugi
Honorable Robert J. Timlin

I had face to face contact with Judge Timlin for a few moments and announced that the content of my packet was regarding treason, misprision of treason and fulfilling my legal obligations surrounding these matters. Sibel Edmonds has been silenced by a Justice Department “State Secrets” gag order for years from dispensing her deep knowledge of what she has openly described as treason and other big-time criminality at the highest levels of the government. All she has wanted is her day in court. So we need to help give it to her.

The way to do it is to press charges of misprision of treason against her with a federal judiciary. She has wanted someone to press the issue for all these years so she could release the healing poison of deep political truth corked and bottled within her by Patriot Act Enforcer Man himself, John Ashcroft. She is in a very difficult place in that she clearly feels a serious compunction to uphold her oath to the constitution and out the treasonous activities, but is stifled by the gag order and will potentially nullify the legal impact of her revelations if she breaks said order.

A Call to do our Constitutional Duties and Initiate Treason Trials by Discharging Misprision of Treason

Congress is so deeply ensnared in meaningless political maneuvering and complicit, cowardly silence around things that matter that Reverend King would declare the soul that inhabits the Capitol Building in the outright throes of death. But we must and do remember, I think, that the Congress is but a shadow of the real sovereign power of this Constitutional Republic, We the People, and more specifically and accurately, You and I the Persons. Individual Human Beings "endowed by their Creator with inherent and inalienable rights" are the fundament of legitimate power under our form of government. But, as we know, along with rights come responsibilities.

Everybody reading this site, I imagine, (except for agents, provocateurs and the willfully ignorant) have pragmatically, intellectually and spiritually begun to discharge their duties of reporting and remedying the unpunished treasonous acts of which we have knowledge. However, I doubt there are many of us who have actually fulfilled our legally-binding, constitutional obligations specifically outlined by the concept of '"Misprision of Treason." I know I haven't. Most people who talk about impeachment are talking about "high crimes and misdemeanors". There are certainly many bases for impeaching Bush and Cheney based upon high crimes and misdemeanors (see, for example, Congressman Kucinich's articles of impeachment against Vice President Cheney; the articles drafted by former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark; this website; and this one).

I have finally made a decision to personaly write to you since it is impossible to email you. You are both traitors. You are liars. You are cowards. You have done more harm to our great country than any other public servants in our short history. I do not use these words lightly and without provocation.

The evidence is clear. You and your administration ochestrated the worst act of treason in American History. You called upon a group of insiders to investigate this act and submit a report that virtually ignores all of the facts, including the controlled demolition of WTC 7 and the selling of towers 1 and 2 for scrap metal. Your total inaction when told by Andrew Card that the second plane had hit the tower. Your telling a student that you saw the first plane hit the first tower on tv outside the class room and much, much, much more.

Bush Authorizes New Covert Action Against Iran

The CIA has received secret presidential approval to mount a covert "black" operation to destabilize the Iranian government, current and former officials in the intelligence community tell the Blotter on ABCNews.com.

The sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the subject, say President Bush has signed a "nonlethal presidential finding" that puts into motion a CIA plan that reportedly includes a coordinated campaign of propaganda, disinformation and manipulation of Iran's currency and international financial transactions.

"I can't confirm or deny whether such a program exists or whether the president signed it, but it would be consistent with an overall American approach trying to find ways to put pressure on the regime," said Bruce Riedel, a recently retired CIA senior official who dealt with Iran and other countries in the region.

Vice President Dick Cheney asked a federal judge Tuesday to dismiss a lawsuit brought against him by former CIA operative who says the White House leaked her identity to the press.

Cheney's attorneys criticized the lawsuit in court papers, saying it invented constitutional rights, intruded on national security discussions and came two years after the statute of limitations had expired.

Former CIA operative Valerie Plame Wilson claims that she was outed as retribution for her husband's criticism of the administration's prewar intelligence on Iraq.
