In November, 2008, I sent a letter to FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, III asking the DOJ to consider the forensic evidence of controlled demolition as presented by Architect, Richard Gage, AIA – founder of AE911Truth.org.
The evidence for deliberate demolition of the Twin Towers and WTC-7 is presented in Gage’s 2008 DVD lecture titled: "911: BLUEPRINT FOR TRUTH. The Architecture of Destruction".  VIDEO: 

The letter was sent under the provisions of TITLE18 USC § 2382, Misprision of Treason and/or 18 USC § 4 , Misprision of Felony.

Mueller tasked , then Asst. Dir. of Counterterrorism, Michael J. Heimbach to respond.  On Dec, 22, 2008 I received the following reply: (PDF)

Misprision of felony or treason is the ‘offense of concealing knowledge of a felony or treason by one who has not participated or assisted in it.’ The Constitution of the United States, Article III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. The events of September 11 was described as an act of war by President Bush, and used to justify expanding the war in Afghanistan by President Obama. These administrations are perhaps guilty of criminal acts or treason, based on the following evidence of a cover-up and misuse-distortion of the actual events of September 11, 2001.

Richard Gage closed with strong words: “Government officials will be notified that ‘Misprision of Treason,’ U.S. Code 18 (Sec. 2382), is a serious federal offense, which requires those with evidence of treason to act,” Gage said. “The implications are enormous and may have profound impact on the forthcoming Khalid Shaikh Mohammed trial.”

The most interesting thing about being a journalist is being able to watch the stories you cover develop and grow. The fall semester of my junior year, I took a semester off from school to cover a story that I could not afford to miss. I had been researching the events of September 11, 2001 and felt compelled to take the time to interview eye witnesses, emergency first responders, firefighters, the families of the victims and professionals in various fields to discover for myself the true nature of events that unfolded that day.

Notice of High Treason perpetrated by former President George Walker Bush and
other members of his Administration relating to the Terrorist Attacks of September
11th, 2001 ("9/11").

1. Applicable law: US Code Title 18, Chapter 115, § 2382. Misprision
of treason.

After 7 years, the biggest crime in American history has neven been investigated in a court of law but the left gatekeepers willingly undermine our constitutional emergency by censoring conclusive evidence that proves the government continues to coverup the events of 9/11.

Failure of the Mainstream media and, so-called, "alternative" media dangerously undermines the Constitution and threatens the national security of the United States.

These willful and complicity act to suppress knowledge of treason and/or fraud could result in imprisonment and fine under the provisions of Title 18 of US code:

It is the affirmative duty of any citizen to expose any treasonous or criminal act which comes to our attention. Failure to do so is defined as misprision.

On October 15, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg appeared together in Los Angeles at a press conference to endorse CA Prop 11. The slogan of the campaign was "Time to Hold Politicians Accountable." Stewart Howe and Jeremy Rothe-Kushel of WeAreChangeLA attended the press conference to give it a go at doing just that.

On July 18, 2008, Latino leaders in local and national politics converged upon the Bonaventure Hotel in downtown LA to discuss a whole array of issues from a progressive Latino perspective. Attending this event, among others were a few Congresspeople. I got a chance to catch up with Representative Grace Napolitano, from Norwalk, CA, and let her know about the information we had delivered to federal judge George H. Wu on July 11, 2008 regarding the treasonous implications for the executive and legislative branches of the ongoing 9-11 cover-up.

Lynn Pentz of www.911truthla.us caught up with/to Jane Harman, House repesentative from the 36th district in California after a townhall-type panel to ask her about her stance on 9-11 Truth and remind her about the legal repercussions of misprision of treason.

Part of that entry was also a reminder that knowledge of treason, such as the 9-11 variety that we all know of comes with specific legal responsibilities in this country. One again, from wikipedia: "In the United States, misprision of treason is a federal offense, committed where someone who has knowledge of the commission of any treason against the United States, does not inform the President, a federal judge or state Governor or judge (18 U.S.C. § 2382). It is punishable by a fine and up to 7 years in prison."

A Call to do our Constitutional Duties and Initiate Treason Trials by Discharging Misprision of Treason

Congress is so deeply ensnared in meaningless political maneuvering and complicit, cowardly silence around things that matter that Reverend King would declare the soul that inhabits the Capitol Building in the outright throes of death. But we must and do remember, I think, that the Congress is but a shadow of the real sovereign power of this Constitutional Republic, We the People, and more specifically and accurately, You and I the Persons. Individual Human Beings "endowed by their Creator with inherent and inalienable rights" are the fundament of legitimate power under our form of government. But, as we know, along with rights come responsibilities.

Everybody reading this site, I imagine, (except for agents, provocateurs and the willfully ignorant) have pragmatically, intellectually and spiritually begun to discharge their duties of reporting and remedying the unpunished treasonous acts of which we have knowledge. However, I doubt there are many of us who have actually fulfilled our legally-binding, constitutional obligations specifically outlined by the concept of '"Misprision of Treason." I know I haven't.
