Attached in .pdf file format is my epic poem/lyric, "America, the Bushieful", which parodies the patriotic hymn, "America, the Beautiful". It has grown to 40 verses (30 beginning with "O Bushieful for..." and 10 beginning with "Obamaful for...") and contains much truth, including 9-11 truth. When you open the .pdf file, you'll find each verse illustrated and bookmarked, so you can jump to any verse with a single click of the mouse. This bit of whimsy just might reach people who would otherwise remain asleep, so feel free to e-mail it to anyone you like. Or print it and hand it out at the next Truth event. Or even perform it with a Greek chorus, which would be appropriate, given the tragic decade we've all just lived through. At 40 verses, though, it could take over thirty minutes to sing from start to finish.

Because some people are too stubborn or too stuck in dysfunctional thinking patterns to hear the truth even when it hits them over the head, I suggest that we try a different approach: parody.

When a comic, like Stephen Colbert, does satire -- an exaggeration of what's being said -- it can wake us up, so that we can see the truth and laugh at how we've been acting. That can give us the freedom to stop doing the same dumb thing and to try something new.

So put satirical slogans on stickers, emails and freeway blogs to snap people out of their coma, like (by way of example only):

NIST has solved the mystery of WTC 7, explaining that a brand "new phenomenon" was discovered, namely, that "thermal expansion" of the thick structural steel of WTC 7 led to its weakening.

In the process of discovering this new phenomenon, NIST also discovered another new phenomenon it calls "fire". (NIST explained that fire is hot). It was this new thing - fire - which led to the "thermal expansion".

In addition, NIST has discovered a third new phenomenon called "gravity". Gravity, NIST explains for the rapt press, makes things "fall down and go boom" really fast.

Laughter is good for the soul especially during these trying times.
