The best introduction to the movement, following the 9/11 familes' search for truth, and their fight to get an investigation into 9/11, which they ultimately found unsatisfactory. It is the most conservative 9/11 film, and it is has also been the most ignored by the mainstream media. After watching it, you'll see why. This film alone, dispelling every crackpot insult you've ever heard lobbed at the movement, puts those comments to shame.

9. 911 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions (2004)

Best summary of the official report. In a presentation by Professor David Ray Griffin, he asks "What's wrong with the official report?" This presentation builds on the evidence presented in 9/11: Press for Truth and goes on to detail even more disturbing contradictions and false-hoods.

8. The Power of Nightmares (2004)

This is my personal top ten list of the best 9/11 truth-related films of all time (with two honorable mentions). None of these movies are documentaries nor deal with the subject of 9/11 directly and all had a widespread theatrical release.

This will be my second year as stage manager for the film festival and I will use this blog to keep the readers apprised of the latest developments and information regarding the film festival. I'm also assisting 911tv.org with their video production of Dr. Griffin's Thursday night presentation on WTC 7.

Able Danger and The Reflecting Pool, two separate motion pictures based on the non-official version of what happened on 9/11, will be premiering this January. The two independently made drama films confront the viewer with the facts that 9/11 could not have been perpetrated by the 19 hijackers and deal with the question who might be behind the crime of the century. Able Danger premiers Monday 28 January at the Rotterdam Film Festival in the Netherlands. The Reflecting Pool will premiere on 31 January in the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica, USA.

Able Danger

Able Danger is a movie based on the fact of an official unit called Able Danger, comprised of United States intelligence personnel. The unit observed ringleader Mohammed Atta and his hijackers, but was not allowed to provide the FBI and later the 9/11 Commission with their data. More than a year before the attacks on 11 September 2001 it destroyed the gathered information, worth 2,5 terabytes, equal to one fourth of the printed books in the Library of Congress. In reality, says Webster Tarpley, author of Synthetic Terror - Made in USA, Able Danger
