ABC Nightline’s piece on the 9-11 Truth Movement qualifies as nothing short of journalistic fraud. Instead of presenting an objective look at the surprisingly large numbers of people who are questioning the government’s official conspiracy theory involving 19 Arabs, Bury’s piece was clearly intended to equate in viewers’ minds those in the 9-11 Truth Movement” with gun-wielding crazies like the recent “Pentagon shooter” John Patrick Bedell.

But those in the know—including ten distinguished speakers headlining the “Understanding Deep Politics” Conference in Santa Cruz this May 14-16—trace the era of deep politics further back: some to JFK’s assassination; others, to the aftermath of World War II. And a few speakers in Santa Cruz will stretch us back to Hitler, Lenin, Weishaupt, or Machiavelli, from there to ancient secret societies, and even back to the dawn of human governance itself—in the belief that conscious political deception is an inescapable feature of human nature. But all agree on the general definition of deep politics: It refers to government in which two dimensions of action always coexist: overt and covert, or benign and utterly ruthless.

Contrary to propaganda opinion, the West is not free. Our so-called democratic governments have not been honest with the people about the true origins of the government-made crisis that is called terrorism. And I am not coming from an anti-government perspective. Nor do I believe that non-state terrorism doesn't exist. It does, but it must be put into context, and any terrorist threat must be handled with detective tools rather than predator drones. But the larger threat to human civilization that we must face and fight against is state terrorism.

Members of WE ARE CHANGE OTTAWA went to Rideau Center for our 11th of Every Month campaign.

This is a place we frequent often due to the large amount of pedestrian traffic.

I was reading the following hit piece against Jesse Ventura by Fox News, and as I was thinking that this has got to be the most ridiculous hit piece I've ever seen (so over-the-top that it almost reads like something out of the Onion, such as when he says he was there and saw with his own eyes WTC7 fall "silently"), I did a major double take when I read this part:

Shortly before the building collapsed, several NYPD officers and Con-Edison workers told me that Larry Silverstein, the property developer of One World Financial Center was on the phone with his insurance carrier to see if they would authorize the controlled demolition of the building – since its foundation was already unstable and expected to fall.

Now, of course, the author's claim is that the building just so happened to collapse before any controlled demolition could actually take place.

I don't think the 911blogger community needs to be reminded that a controlled demolition could not have been set up in the few hours after the attack.

We first started handing out copies of the DVD "911 Blueprint For Truth 2008 edition" in front of UofW (University of Waterloo) however there was not enough pedestrian traffic to justify staying there, so we moved to another location down the street. We ended up at our last action site in front of WLU (Wilfrid Laurier University) at the corner of University Ave. and King St. in downtown Waterloo. We had a passerby joyfully scream out his window that he saw us on the internet; nice to know we are making an impact in our community.

While at a Gun Show in St. Petersburg, Florida, We are Change-Tampa had the opportunity to speak with an Army Ranger who was at the Pentagon removing bodies and residual remains. This Ranger states that he was perplexed at the lack of damage at the entry point where the wings should have been, he then surmised that due to the mass damage to the floors below grade that the plane must have came in at a great angle. When asked, He could not account for the damage to the outer part of the third ring due to downward pattern of damage.

The video begins several minutes into the interview after understanding the gravity of his statements. For the record, He stated before recording began that he witnessed windows from a jetliner amongst the debris inside the pentagon and that he could not understand why there was debris found in the center courtyard, based on his idea of impact.

Hansen: Official 9/11 story is hooey, critic says

David Ray Griffin comes to Drake University on April 23 to tell us why the official explanation for the 9/11 attack on the United States doesn't hold water.

A theologian, philosopher of religion and professor emeritus at California's Claremont School of Theology and Claremont Graduate University, Griffin has been at it for about seven years now and says he won't stop until the government conducts a new, impartial, independent investigation.

As opposed to the 9/11 Commission probe. He calls that exercise a charade.

Griffin has written eight books on the subject with another on the way: "Cognitive Infiltration: An Obama Appointee's Plan to Undermine the 9/11 Conspiracy Theory."

At 1pm on Sunday, March 21, 2010, members of We Are Change Pittsburgh will gather outside of Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Oakland for a demonstration and information session in response to the recent “Intelligence Report” published by The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

In this report, The SPLC has included We Are Change Pittsburgh on their list of “’Patriot’ groups”. “Generally”, the SPLC says, such groups “engage in groundless conspiracy theorizing, or advocate or adhere to extreme antigovernment doctrines”.
