Chatter picked up by WMR's sources in the nation's capital and in California point to unusual events that could be a prelude to a 9/11-like false flag "incident" during the Labor Day weekend, possibly one focused on the San Francisco Bay Area.

The FBI in Seattle, as well as the Washington Joint Analytical Center (WJAC), have asked for the public's help in identifying two men spotted aboard Washington state ferries exhibiting unusual behavior. A number of ferry passengers have reported the two men showing strange behavior.

Dear 9/11 Truth Seekers,

I regret that, due to the fact that I'm addressing an audience in
Oslo, I am unable to attend your United for Truth March here
in Brussels. Nevertheless, I wish, by means of this written
statement, to say a few words of encouragement and appreciation for
your efforts.

The attacks in New York and Washington six years ago left the
American people stunned and ready to agree to almost anything the
Bush-Cheney administration proposed. At home, this has meant severe
restrictions on civil liberties in the name of the so-called PATRIOT
Act.

Abroad, we have had a so-called war on terror, which has really been
a war of aggression against Muslims and a war for oil and domination
in Muslim nations. This has meant six years of torture, humiliation,
and the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people in Afghanistan and
Iraq, people who were either innocent civilians or soldiers fighting
against an immoral and even illegal occupation.

During this period, we have also seen an unprecedented media cover-up
in the United States and allied countries. Such cover-ups have
happened before. But in this case, the crime was more enormous, the
consequences were more catastrophic, and the evidence was more
obvious. (For example, just by looking at the collapse of Building 7
of the World Trade Center, anyone who knows anything about these
matters can see that it was brought down by explosives, as Danny
Jowenko of Holland has illustrated.) The failure of the media to
expose the lies of the official story threatens the continued
existence of democracy, which simply cannot function without an
independent media, dedicated to revealing crimes of state.

The truth is, of course, that the War on Terror is bogus. The 9/11
Truth Movement is driven by a desire to find out the truth about what
really happened on 9/11 and who is really behind these attacks. In 6
years, the movement has made a lot of headway. More and more people
are starting to realise that the attacks of 9/11 were an inside job,
orchestrated by the United States government as a pretext to carry
out its pre-established policies.

The Reflecting Pool

Jarek Kupsc writer/director of The Reflecting Pool spoke on Questioning War- Organizing Resistance August 6th. (Full interview is available online at the show's archives). There has been a great deal of interest from the 9/11 Truth community in the movie’s trailer, many considering it a slick Hollywood feature film. But the reality is that it was self-financed, paid for by credit cards, and a labor of love. Jarek is a “narrative film maker,” likes to work with original material, and doesn’t do documentaries. Jarek grew up in Communist Poland under martial law. After 9/11 he became a father for the first time, and his child occupied him completely for a year and a half. He spent two years seriously researching 9/11 when he realized that “there was a story here.” He hoped that someone else would do it, but then he realized that maybe he needed to tell it himself. “It’s our Watergate--obvious, dramatic, tragic--the end of the twentieth century.”

August 6, 2007 Remembering Hiroshima

Over a hundred of us gathered outside the gates of Livermore Labs to
commemorate the victims of nuclear weapons and war, and to call for
the global elimination of nuclear weapons, starting with our own.
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, managed by the University of
California and a consortium of corporations, including Bechtel, is
one of two labs that have designed every nuclear weapon in the U.S.
stockpile and is currently designing a new hydrogen bomb,
euphemistically called a “Reliable Replacement Warhead.”

Jackie Cabasso, executive director of Western States Legal
Foundation, said: “Sixty-two years after the U.S. dropped the first
atomic bombs on two densely populated cities, killing more than
200,000 civilians, the threatened first use of nuclear weapons
remains the ‘cornerstone’ of U.S. national security policy. Today,
the U.S. retains some 10,000 nuclear weapons, is designing new ones,
and is pouring billions of dollars into its nuclear weapons complex,

A new Wall Street Journal poll shows that 53% of Americans back the idea of building a third party to mount a presidential candidacy.

Seven of 10 say an independent would enhance the presidential campaign, and just 11% say they wouldn’t consider voting for an independent.

For the first time, I'm wondering whether a third party candidate could actually win. Now, of course, the candidate would have to get past the corporate media, who vehemently attacks anyone who does not support the corporate/fascist state. And the candidate would also have to be popular enough to overcome the election fraud which is sure to carried out by the powers-that-be in 2008. But if the candidate is popular enough, then even with alot of mischief, he or she might be able to win (even though there was voter fraud in 2006, the Democrats won).

True, the Wall Street Journal poll showed that in a hypothetical independent bid against Clinton and Giuliani, New York City Mayor Bloomberg drew just 16% from self-described independents. However, Bloomberg is just the same old same old.

I have been interested in 9/11 Truth for about three years now, but I have doubted the "official story" story since day one. The official story doesn't make sense to me. 19 Islamic terrorists with boxcutters hijack four planes...three of them crash into the WTC and the Pentagon and Flt. 93 crashes into the ground at Shanksville, PA. Now here is my question regarding the Pentagon. This is supposed to be the most heavily-guarded airspace on the planet. I'm supposed to believe that Hani Hanjour managed to evade all the radar and other monitoring systems and was able to hit the Pentagon--"luckily" right in the section that was being renovated at the time, so it was relatively empty. Now, does this sound funny to anyone else? Plus, Hanjour was supposed to pull off maneuvers that are supposedly only able to be performed by trained military pilots. I know the guy had a commercial pilot's license but a "top gun" he wasn't!
