In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, conspiracists started to create and spread what would ultimately become the foundational mythology of the 9/11 conspiracy movement: In order to suppress civil liberties and benefit their allies in the oil and gas industry, hawkish neoconservatives in the Bush administration—along with their partners in the CIA and FBI, of course—orchestrated a massive terror attack that killed 2,977 innocent civilians and mobilized the American populace behind otherwise unsupportable wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Glenn Beck interviews/attacks Debra Medina/911 Truth movement: Candidate Medina fails to take a firm stand---or even make her position crystal clear--- on 911 Truthers. In a major failure to explain herself, she leaves Mr. Beck and his staff laughing as he brushes her off the phone line. Alex Jones, one of the supporters of candidate Medina, must be disappointed that Debra Medina---whom is normally a strong & vocal individual--- so weakly stood up against Mr. Beck on the 911 Truth issue. Maybe it's time for Mr. Jones to challenge Mr. Beck to a one-on-one debate.

After so much success and momentum where do we stand? What are our chances and next steps now? What event or circumstances can further push this controversy where it needs to go? We've established reason and numbers are on our side. But can we continue to hold the sidelines without losing ground? What are our options?

What are our specific goals?

Perhaps most would say a new investigation, a serious one, an objective one, one with subpoena power. What’s the likelihood of that? What are the avenues where that may happen? Whose doors do we still have to knock on? Who do we still have to convince? Let’s say we convince a majority of the public of the need of a new investigation (we have)? Why isn't that enough?

What are the deterrents to achieving a new investigation? Isn’t the public tired of bad news, of controversy? How can the potential of this sort of initiative, bound to be long and divisive be a popular notion now?

Here are some of the All-Stars of the 9/11 Truth Movement in Canada. While the grassroots movement has grown from 2 or 3 groups in 2007 to over 25 groups in 2009, the list of scholars, scientists, intellectuals, pilots, engineers, journalists, authors, public figures, etc has also continued to grow. We present some of those whom we are aware of here.

Members of Ottawa 9/11 Truth went to Winterlude 2009 for our February Truth to hand out DVDs to bring awareness regarding the other side of the story of 9/11. Winterlude is an yearly festival centered around the Rideau Canal which use to be the largest outdoor skating rink. This is a popular tourist attraction for the ice sculpture competition and other various other activities all over the city of Ottawa.

We encountered many Canadians who were largely unaware of this information due to the mainstream media cover up.

Many people wonder what the purpose of the 9/11 Truth movement is. It includes peace as a very important goal but also includes educating the public on the broader and less understood political tool of FALSE-FLAG terrorism. Thanks to the 9/11 Truth Movement, this term is now beginning to gain mainstream recognition by the general public. Even this evening I heard liberal radio host Thom Hartmann mention the term in relation to vice president Dick Cheney's latest idea to dress up US navy seals as Iranians and have our American boys shoot at them in order to provoke war with Iran (yes I kid you not). The film Terrorstorm also added to the exposure by documenting the history of false-flag terrorism, and even exposes the more recent 7/7 London Bombings in 2005 as a likely false-flag operation.

How about a Jehovah's Witness? How about the guy who introduced himself to me, and tried to sell his God to me? We just met. Please consider how you feel when this happens to you. Are you open to them? Do you trust them?

This is a matter of awareness on how much one listens to a stranger, or who has not yet opened their personal doors to them; with open ears and open mind, at least to hear what one has to say.

I want to tell you about a huge success I recently had exposing an entire discussion forum to ae911truth.org. Yes, you can always lead a horse to water, but can you make it drink?

Sometimes 911 Truthers appear to have rabies on the matter of interpersonal communications, and that is when they scare people. As they say in network marketing, "is it duplicatable?" This is a central concept in all Network Marketing: People have to see themselves duplicating the behavior of the person that turns them on. While I am thankful for all of the work of every 911 Truther, I also find wars amongst strangers that amount to so little, and in some cases, who may even be capable of producing negative results.

On the night of September 1st in northern Spain’s port city of Santander, I, Gregory William Grisham Vento, U.S. and Spanish citizen, was peacefully exercising my right and duty of freedom of expression, with a large overhead protest sign, when I was arbitrarily and brutally arrested by several municipal police which spontaneously provoked a brief riot.

I am 47 years old, father of two and work and contribute to society like any other good citizen. I had affixed the sign to a post in a very popular square full of TGIF revellers. The public was generally very interested, delighted to talk to me and took turns taking pictures of their friends and loved ones under the sign.
