Two Major Newspaper Advertising Campaigns in the Dallas - Ft Worth Area

Two Major Newspaper Advertising Campaigns in the Dallas - Ft Worth Area

*NOTE: Some advertising links may only be active for one week, especially the “linked animated boxes”.

For this September, 2015, ”North Texans for 9/11 Truth” ( http://www.meetup.com/9-11-249/ ) has been extremely busy with organizing events and actions.

Two of the many actions and events are presented in this article, “Two Major Newspaper Advertising Campaigns in the Dallas - Ft Worth Area”.

The University of Texas at Arlington and its School of Architecture Campaign.

”North Texans for 9/11 Truth” has been waging a campaign for years, and will continue to wage this campaign which targets a very large School of Architecture in North Texas.

Arlington is a city located between Dallas and Ft Worth which is the host of some major attractions such as “Six Flags Over Texas”, “AT&T Stadium” (home of the Dallas Cowboys) and Texas Rangers' Globe Life Park. Within a few miles of these attractions is located a 420 acre campus which holds the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) School of Architecture ( https://www.uta.edu/architecture/index.php ).

For years now, almost every year in the Fall, our “North Texans for 9/11 Truth” Group has done a mailout to the faculty and associated student body at UTA’s School of Architecture. The mail out always includes a DVD produced by Ae911Truth along with brochures (http://www.shop.ae911truth.org/Cards-and-Brochures_c5.htm ). This year, 2015, we again have mailed about 200 DVDs and brochures to students and faculty at UTA.

In 2011, a courageous student journalist of the UTA campus newspaper ( Lindsey Juarez, The Shorthorn staff ) wrote this article entitled: ”Two groups for 9/11 explore the destruction and collapse of Twin Towers”

“North Texans for 9/11 Truth” will continue this promotional campaign yearly, “priming the pump”. Then, when the moment is right, we hope to bring in Richard Gage as a guest speaker to UTA’s School of Architecture and open a can of “whoop ass”.

This September, 2015, we have increased our exposure at UTA.
During the week surrounding September 11th, we will have three ads with the UTA Campus Newspaper, “The Shorthorn”. “The Shorthorn” is a weekly publication.
We will have two different animated boxes on the Home Page for “The Shorthorn” website ( http://www.theshorthorn.com/ ). The two boxes have different direct links when the viewer clicks on them.

This first box ( http://photos1.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/2/2/6/f/highres_441608815.jpeg ) will link to the ReThink911.org website ( http://rethink911.org/ ). The box will be active from Friday September 4th through Thursday September 10th.

The second box ( http://photos1.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/2/2/7/0/highres_441608816.jpeg ) will link to this 5 minute video by CorbettReport entitled “9/11: A Conspiracy Theory” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuC_4mGTs98 . The box will be active from Monday September 7th (Labor Day) through Sunday September 13th.

Also, we will have a black and white display ad designed by students (with physical dimensions of about 7” X 4”) which will run in the print publication that will be released on Wednesday, September 9th. The ad will run for one week.

Color Display Ad Campaign in 14 Dallas Ft Worth Metropolitan Suburban Newspapers

These 14 popular Community Newspapers have a combined readership of 243,000. The newspapers are weekly, except Plano comes out twice a week. http://starlocalmedia.com/site/about.html

“North Texans for 9/11 Truth” have a color ad running for one week in each community. The physical print ad size is about 5” X 2.5”. Photo ad proof - http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/b/d/3/4/highres_441528436.jpeg

An advantage with these suburban papers this time of year is that the papers often feature the local school activities and school sports. Therefore, many families are often “on the lookout” for the paper in order to see photos and stories of their kids, especially the print edition, so they can save the paper.

These ads have great visibility and are hard to miss. Also, the ads were timed to hit prior to September 11th.

WOW Tom! that is the way to get it done.

WOW Tom! that is the way to get it done. I imagine hundreds of thousands will see those ads.

Yes, I am excited! ...School of Architecture - Richard Gage

Perhaps, this year's Campaign at the University of Texas at Arlington and their School of Architecture will turn up the heat.
...and maybe open the door for Richard Gage to come speak. This has been the plan all along.
EXAMPLE - My comment in June - http://911blogger.com/news/2015-06-07/architecture-and-engineering-faculties-five-major-universities-receive-explosive-911...

The online student newspaper has those "clickable" links.

Advantage with Labor Day wkend - 14 Suburban Papers

The 14 suburban papers all hit within this Labor Day weekend, a three day relaxed holiday for many.
And at the beginning of the school year, where many families are looking for local school news.
Also, the shoppers will be looking at ads for Labor Day Sales.

This "three day weekend" aspect blends well.
When people are less stressed with their busy work-week schedule, they often take time to peruse the paper.
And they have more free, relaxed time to research topics like "ReThink911".

The whole scenario blends well with September 11th less than a week away.

WOW!

Beautiful.

Eye-catching!

Wow, that's awesome, Tom. Once again you've hit a homer for 9/11 T. Very eye-catching ads --- you can't miss them.
BTW, any news on the simulator front?

Impressive work

Considerable time and effort must have gone into this! Well done.
