For years now, New Yorkers, Americans in general, and millions around the world have been plagued with deeply troubling questions about what really happened on September 11th, 2001. Let down and betrayed by the non-findings of the farcical 911 Commission and its white-washed "report", victim's family members and patriotic citizens have taken matters into their own hands by using the peaceful and democratic means of the New York State Constitution to resolve the issue.
The New York City Coalition for Accountability Now (NYC CAN) has filed a petition containing 52,000 signatures calling for a referendum on the creation of a New York City independent commission to begin an investigation with power of subpoena. Unlike the 9/11 Commission, this one will not simply support the least inconvenient conclusions using cherry picked evidentiary findings. Instead it will carefully examine ALL of the evidence, including that which suggests that explosive, controlled demolition was the true cause of the high-rise collapses witnessed that day.
This is a historic opportunity to make real progress towards accountability and justice in the single most relevant, unresolved event of modern times. It is an opportunity for REAL change, and it is one that America cannot afford to waste. In order to override City Council if the referendum is vetoed, NYC CAN needs only 20,000 more signatures, which would virtually ensure that the voice of the people not be muted or ignored in this matter. Im so grateful that we've got such an eloquent, intelligent speaker in the fantastic Daniel Sunjata. I urge everyone to donate what they can to this cause. This is the closest we've ever come to finding answers for the family's questions and more. This is the rabbit hole that once we go down, will begin to unravel the deceitful web that the moneyed elite have been perpetrating for far too, too long.
This is the time. We need to have the largest gathering of civil and well intentioned 9/11 truth seekers ever assembled in New York this year. It will give us the momentum we need to push this issue to the front like never before. I have faith that NYC CAN will get the 20k signatures if we all give what we can.

Thanks Daniel. You are indeed an eloquent speaker, and a great representative for 9/11 Truth.
One of the great things about NYC CAN is that it allows a person to contribute even when the person is currently too busy to participate in other ways. I donated a couple days ago, and am planning on making another contribution during the upcoming weekend.
Eight years so far without a real investigation. That is insane.

I just sent in some more Federal Reserve Notes to NYCCAN. Let's use their tool for exchanging goods while it's still worth something to expose them!
I'd love to purchase a NYC CAN shirt. It is a good way to start a conversation. I've already had good success by keeping my desk clean and having DVDs sitting obviously on my desk waiting for people to ask. My boss is into 9/11 truth as well and he listens in and thinks it's great the way I work it. =)
Daniel you are a real patriot in every sense of the word.
I want to add a word of caution about the NYC CAN "independent commission". With so much hard work and effort that has gone into getting the signatures etc. my bet is that not much attention has been paid to keeping the new commission independent and free from corruption. It seems clear to me that the referendum will pass, which is awesome, however it seems equally clear to me that the perps are already working on their plans to subvert the new commission from the inside. Just a word of caution folks, we need to start planning on how to combat the subversion that will be attempted. That would be a typical tactic for these monsters quilty of 9/11 is to let us go to all the trouble and effort of making this happen and then subvert it from the inside and laugh at us. I hope and pray that NYC CAN goes through and that all attempts to corrupt it are stopped cold. Thanks again Daniel and everyone who is working so hard to push this through.
