These are very powerful statements, not of knowing, but the pain that lingers from not knowing. I will direct whoever I can towards these.

Not only is the continuing presence of a cover-up cruel to the family members and other loved-ones of those consumed on 9-11, but I would continue to argue that a cover-up of any kind involving 9-11, because it was immediately declared an act of war, can and should be defined as "treasonous" under Article III Section 3 of the Constitution:

Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Even if it is "just" negligence or incompetence being covered up, that clearly gives "aid and comfort" to our enemies by not addressing those people, agencies, companies or offices that were incompetent in allowing us to be successfully attacked. But, being that most all those who were in critical positions of "failure" not only were not reprimanded, forced to publicly apologize, or fired, but promoted, it makes reasonable people assume the worst of what is being covered up. And, worst of all, this position is backed up by an overwhelming factual basis for believing that, in addition to a federal government complicit in a treasonous cover-up of 9-11, criminal individuals in high places in and out of our government were actually involved in "levying War" against us.

Every person in the federal government who does not call and work for a new investigation of 9-11 is not only guilty of moral cruelty to the survivors of 9-11, but legally accountable to our constitutional treason laws. And every individual who considers themselves a citizen of the United States and does not do the same is guilty of misprision of treason:

In the United States, misprision of treason is a federal offense, committed where someone who has knowledge of the commission of any treason against the United States, does not inform the President, a federal judge or state Governor or judge (18 U.S.C. § 2382). It is punishable by a fine and up to 7 years in prison.

We are either a nation of "equal justice under the law" as it is inscribed on the front of the Supreme Court or we are a nation of criminality, chaos and cover-up. We must all choose.
