Big media and the lies they tell

Unspun Newz explores the dangers posed by corporate controlled media deception and propaganda. This report focuses on major cases of media deception such as, the now famous, Monsanto rBGH growth hormone case where FOX News actually fought for and won the right to lie on the news. The report also details ABCs false reports about anthrax and how ABCs Brian Ross tried to link the anthrax attacks in 2001 to Iraq. The report further explores the corporate media blackout on the recently released scientific evidence proving that high tech explosives were used to demolish the world trade center on 9/11. Unspun highlights how media lies impact public health and how they were used to mislead the people into supporting war and how those deceptions have affected us and our troops.

Here's one way to do it

When on Youtube, find the Youtube video description to the right of the video. Under that, there are two rectangular boxes, one labeled "URL" and one labeled "Embed". Go to the one labeled "Embed" and select the html code in it with your mouse. Copy and paste that into a comment or a blog entry. It should look something like this:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/oO2yT0uBQbM&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/oO2yT0uBQbM&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Note that the the block starts with an opening <object> tag and ends with a closing </object> tag. Preview or post your comment or blog entry, and the embedded Youtube video will appear.

Please note that Youtube has a reputation for censorship. The video you embedded may be there forever, but this is entirely at the mercy of Youtube and its policy. We have to start thinking of ways to host source video instead of embedded Youtube clips. Many 9/11 activists on Youtube offer links to source material for this reason. One notable one who does so is Xenomorph911WTC. It also makes it easier to create your own videos from such source material.

Yes you are right about YouTube we do need to start hosting content elsewhere just to prevent them from being able to shut down our voices. The video is mine, I am Unspun Newz, and it is all original content so if they do delete it I can post it again elsewhere or host it myself.
