The cover-up continues

Gov't says FBI agents can't testify about 9/11

"Government lawyers say the ongoing investigation into the Sept. 11 attacks could be compromised if the airline industry is allowed to seek more information from the FBI to defend itself against lawsuits brought by terrorism victims.

In papers filed late Tuesday, the government urged a judge to block aviation companies from interviewing five FBI employees who the companies say will help them prove the government withheld key information before the 2001 attacks.

The lawyers said it would be impossible to interview the employees without disclosing classified or privileged material that could "cause serious damage to national security and interfere with pending law enforcement proceedings."

"The harm described is not hypothetical and cannot be lightly dismissed," according to the court papers submitted by the office of U.S. Attorney Michael Garcia. "Investigators continue to seek out those parties responsible for the 9/11 attacks who remain at large."..."

May Explain Why FAA 9/11 Aircraft Records Are Off-Limits To FOIA

The FAA refuses to explain who controls those records.

Um...

What ongoing investigation? They used the same type of excuse with regards to the Moussaoui trial. They couldn't release information because it may have interfered with the Moussaoui trial.

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?

Agree, it's one of their favorite plays.....

It's one of their favorite plays, "it will hinder our investigation." It is right up there with "for reasons of National Security."

It's worse then a cover up! A cover-up implies a specific scandal. The authorities are blocking efforts on many and wide fronts. It's a criminal government using everything possible to simply delay and obstruct while they seek their illegal goals.

...don't believe them!

Government Claims Are Weak

The government alleges that because they are still searching for those responsible for 9/11, they can't allow the agents to testify, yet they have convicted the 20th mentally disturbed patsy, are ready to try another tortured subject (KSM) and have apparently claimed ignorance of any Pakistani involvement.

9/11 is still the government's 'All Access' pass to do whatever it pleases, so naturally they may continue to insist that the investigation is still open and that the fate of the galaxy will be jeopardized by discussing the topic openly.

Just think . . . .

if you staged a false flag attack which turned one of your largest cities into a superfund site and then led your people to a disastrous attack on another country to control their resources which led to the complete collapse of your nation's armed forces, stature in the world and bankrupting multiple generations of your people, would you could you throw your hands up and say, "sorry folks, guess you caught me."

These sick bastards are not going to go quietly.

Special message for visiting intel:

Lawsuits By 9/11 Families & FISA Telecom Immunity

The recent "cave" by Democrats on retroactive immunity for Telecommuniction companies on domestic wiretapping/ data vacuuming is directly related to the families of victims lawsuits against the airlines.

The FBI won't be allowed to reveal possible pre 9/11 knowledge in the Airline proceding. The Telcoms will not be required in court to reveal what their illegal eavesdropping discovered.

The reason there was bi-partisan congressional support for Telecom immunity is because they (Telecoms) could have incriminating transcripts on the perpetrators of 9/11.

My view of these seemingly unrelated matters.
