The Pipeline War: Russian bear goes for West's jugular

The war in Georgia escalated dangerously last night after Russian jets reportedly bombed a vital pipeline that supplies oil to the West.

After a day of heightening international tensions, Georgian leaders claimed that the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, which transports oil from the Caspian Sea to Turkey, had been attacked. But it is thought the bombs missed their target.

Their claims came after Russian jets struck deep into the territory of its tiny neighbour, killing civilians and ‘completely devastating’ the strategic Black Sea port of Poti, a staging post for oil and other energy supplies.

Reports last night also said that Russia had bombed the international airport in Tbilisi.

Massive US Naval Armada Heads For Iran

Operation Brimstone ended only one week ago. This was the joint US/UK/French naval war games in the Atlantic Ocean preparing for a naval blockade of Iran and the likely resulting war in the Persian Gulf area. The massive war games included a US Navy supercarrier battle group, an US Navy expeditionary carrier battle group, a Royal Navy carrier battle group, a French nuclear hunter-killer submarine plus a large number of US Navy cruisers, destroyers and frigates playing the "enemy force".

The lead American ship in these war games, the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN71) and its Carrier Strike Group Two (CCSG-2) are now headed towards Iran along with the USS Ronald Reagon (CVN76) and its Carrier Strike Group Seven (CCSG-7) coming from Japan.

They are joining two existing USN battle groups in the Gulf area: the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN72) with its Carrier Strike Group Nine (CCSG-9); and the USS Peleliu (LHA-5) with its expeditionary strike group.

CIA Inspector General's Report, Mole in Londonistan, Russia – 9/11 Timeline Additions as of August 15, 2008

One of the main additions to the 9/11 Timeline this week is a category dealing exclusively with the report drafted by the CIA's inspector general about some aspects of the agency's poor performance before 9/11. It deals with the report's origins, its redrafting at the insistence of the CIA's management, and the final release of a redacted executive summary. You can read a summary of the whole chapter here.

Iran Claims it Foiled a Terrorist Attack Against a Russian Consulate by Group with U.S. Ties

In a release from the Russian News Service RIA Novosti dated May 14, Iran has announced that it has intercepted a terrorist attack against a Russian Consulate in the town of Rasht near the Caspian Sea. Iran claims the group has ties to the U.S. and was attempting to stage the attack in order to drive a wedge between Russian-Iranian relations, which have grown stronger over the past few years due to Russia's aid towards Iran regarding their nuclear development programs.

TEHRAN, May 14 (RIA Novosti) - Iran has arrested a terrorist group that planned to blow up the Russian consulate building in the town of Rasht near the Caspian Sea, the Iranian intelligence and security minister said on Wednesday.

"This terrorist network, with links to the U.S., planned an explosion at the Russian consulate in Rasht, aiming to create a rift between Iran and its neighbors," Qolam Hosein Mohseni-Ejei was quoted by Fars news agency as saying.

The minister, speaking at a session of Iranian prosecutors, did not provide any details of the operation.

Consider the Olympic Torch Protests in the Context of the Buildup Towards War with Iran

Today's Olympic torch protests emphasize the tremendous public relations nightmare China faces concerning its human rights abuses in Tibet and its upcoming Olympic games. Consider this article from AFP:

Growing anti-China protests underscore clout of Tibet lobby

A caption:

"It shows the power of international civil society groups, which China failed to take into account when it bid for the Olympics," said Asian expert Mohan Malik of the Hawaii-based Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies.

In March, barely five months before the start of the summer Games, anti-China protests erupted in Lhasa, countered by a fierce crackdown which earned Beijing international condemnation. The flame relay quickly became a mobile rallying point for anti-Beijing protesters.

"The fact that the Olympic flame was extinguished -- even though by officials for safety reasons -- was a remarkable victory for the protests and a big loss of face for the Chinese leadership," Malik said."

Bob Bowman and 9/11 Truth get covered on major Russian (Kremlin approved) news outlet.

Dr Bob Bowman, got some airtime on Ria Novosti Russia's leading news service. There are subtitles to this video. It's interesting because Ria Novosti is obviously the mouth piece of the Kremlin, so it says more than it doesn't say in the actual broadcast. For the Russian media to cover 9/11 truth like this and the possibility of a false flag is weird. Everyone knows Putin is a false-flag terror expert being a trained assassin, agent provocateur, counter intelligence expert, former KGB spy chief etc.

The Great Anglo-American Energy Miscalculation?

The Great Anglo-American Energy Miscalculation?

In far off countries, about which we know little, deals are being struck that will bring exasperation and ever increasing degrees of desperation to the "Anglo-American Military Industrial Complex's" aspirations of controlling the world energy markets.

There are hot wars, and there are cold wars, both are going on right now. The general public is largely oblivious to them both. The hot wars are in Afghanistan and Iraq, these are waged for the very same reasons that the cold ones are currently being fought out. The most obvious cold war currently is the war against Iran, but a few degrees cooler than this is the war being carried out against Russia.

There is no war on terrorism

All the stories we see in the TV news, print and Internet media today are like mice in a small room occupied by a grizzly bear. We can see the bear, hear him panting and growling as he attempts to stomp on us, but everyone pretends he's just not there, even though he's eating all the food and we mice are starving.

The bear is the U.S. government and media cover up of the 9/11 attacks. They never came close to proving that foreign "terrorists" were involved. Of all four missing planes' passenger manifests, not one Middle Easterner was on any of them. A jihadist who is bravely going to his death for the sake of his beliefs in Allah and Islam is a martyr and wants the whole world to know it. Martyr's families receive reverential praise and support in their communities for decades. Yet not one of the "terrorists" the American government insists were on the aircraft used their real names or were listed on the passenger lists. At least seven of the nineteen 'hijackers' are still alive.

Disbelief: False Flag Terror in Russia

A 2004 film by Andrei Nekrasov looks at the September 9, 1999 apartment bombing in Russia.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7658755847655738553&q=disbelief

"Deploying all the suspense and drama of a sophisticated murder mystery, Nekrasov has created one of the most compelling and captivating films of the year” - 2004 Sundance Film Festival Catalogue

Synopsis from the official film site:

When Tatyana Morozova, a pre-school teacher happily married in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, learned that her mother had been killed and her sister Alyona had barely survived a middle-of-the-night blast that destroyed her old apartment building back in Moscow, she believed what she was told by the Russian government--that the attack was the work of Chechen terrorists.

But in the immediate aftermath of the attack she was more concerned about getting her shell-shocked sister over to America than about looking into the mystery of the serial apartment house bombings, that shook up Russia in September 1999.

Within a year, Alyona moved to the US and enrolled in a college, a stranger in a strange land trying to cope with nightmarish visions of her whole world collapsing around her on that fateful night.

In the meantime, the blasts triggered the war in Chechnya, propelled the hawkish ex-KGB spy Vladimir Putin to power and turned Chechens throughout Russia into despised and feared second-class citizens.

Immersed in their new lives in America, Tanya and Alyona initially discounted the rumor filtering out of Russia that it was not the Chechens, but the Russian secret service FSB that staged the bombings to help Putin win the elections.
