NEW YORK—Cantor Fitzgerald can’t pursue damages for “lost profits” against American Airlines and its parent, AMR Corp., arising from the deaths of employees in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in New York, a federal judge ruled.
The financial-services company, which lost 658 employees in the attacks, sued American alleging negligence for failing to prevent terrorists from seizing control of American Airlines Flight 11. American contends the Cantor Fitzgerald request for damages is excessive.
“No one can deny the emotional and financial hurt suffered by Cantor Fitzgerald and the families of its officers and employees,” said U.S. District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein in Manhattan in an opinion Wednesday. “But as a matter of law, Cantor Fitzgerald’s claim for damages, however theorized, may not include claims for lost profits resulting from the deaths of, and injuries to, its officers and employees on September 11.”

Let's take a moment to look at our last war against an ideology and compare with our current ideological war with particular focus on how much of our funding is vanishing, even according to our own Department of Defense records.

There are many good people spreading a lot of good messages of liberty and justice.

But trillions of dollars of investment capital is working against us and powering efforts to undermine freedom and justice. I feel that as a community we are looking in the wrong direction for the perpetraitors of 9/11. Everything in the US, is run using money. The main control of this, is the federal reserve. Is the federal reserve a national institution run for and on behalf of the people?

What could be more important than the search for truth?

What movement could be more important than the search for 911 Truth?

Yet the movement is derided and ridiculed in the mainstream media and in many so called left leaning sites on the internet. How can this be? The public consistently shows a strong desire for a new investigation in the events of 9/11/2001. The residents of New York City, 50% of them, said that higher ups in the government had prior knowledge of 911 and let it slide. Yet nothing is done.

But why would Congress launch a search for 911 Truth? They wouldn't even make the slightest move to get out of Iraq after a clear message in 2006.

Daily military operations (not counting, for example, future care of wounded) have already cost more than 12 years in Vietnam, and twice as much as the Korean war.

America is spending $16bn a month on running costs alone (ie on top of the regular expenses of the Department of Defence) in Iraq and Afghanistan; that is the entire annual budget of the UN.

I am motivated to write this blog after hearing Peter talk on the Jack McLamb radio talk show at http://www.gcnlive.com on Thursday, July 26, 2007 - wherein he related that bankruptcies in California are up 800% in 2007. This is proof positive that there's a serious design flaw in our orthodox system of usury-based economics.

It is my hope that the seekers for 911 Truth will co-operate with the seekers for Money Truth. It is clear that the design flaw of usury is the fifth column that feeds the globalists bankers and their ilk and starves the common people.

Let me explain. The globalist bankers who are the shadow government behind the so-called elected politicians are the creditors who lend money to the common people who are the debtors. Likewise the various levels of government and the corporations are debtors and also borrow money from the global bankers. In all cases it is the common people who are labouring to earn sufficient income to pay their monthly usury and taxes - and most of taxes goes straight to debt service with is correctly called usury.

Alex Jones and PrisonPlanet say there are HUGE celebrities -- including "major top bracket hip-hop superstars and vocalists/guitarists whose hits span back decades" -- who know 9/11 was an inside job, but are afraid to come forward out of fear that it will wreck their career.

Here's the plan.

There are millions of 9/11 truthers. Let's all pledge to buy at least 1 record of each star that comes out publicly for 9/11 truth. I'm starting right now. I pledge to buy 2 albums of any star who comes out for the truth, even if I don't like that star or his or her style of music.

Given that there are millions of us, and given that Alex Jones points out that celebrities can give a HUGE boost to 9/11 truth by reaching people who would never be reached by a scientist or former military official who has spoken out for 9/11 truth, this is important, people.
