Eight months after President Kennedy’s assassination, the US 1% staged the “false flag” (and here) Gulf of Tonkin incident to escalate invasion and unlawful War of Aggression on Vietnam. MTV created two public service announcements to encourage young Americans to understand and stand for their civil rights.

The 2006 Military Commissions Act and 2012 NDAA "legislated" dictatorial authority to declare any person a "terrorist supporter," seize such persons, and hold them indefinitely and without rights. 

The two-minute video here is Defense Secretary Panetta claiming US law allows assassinating Americans if government merely says an American is guilty of a crime. This, of course, is in Orwellian and “emperor has no clothes” obvious violation of unalienable rights and Constitutional rights.

They are also crimes that trigger those with arrest authority to use it. 

The 5th and 6th Amendments of the US Constitution promise that if the government is to seize you, let alone assassinate you, they have to follow due process to secure persons’ unalienable rights:

We were all born into a century of total deaths from government violence of over 230 million human beings. After two world wars, the US was the chief author of the treaty that makes war unlawful unless attacked by another nation’s military. Importantly, now, US military and/or law enforcement must arrest the current War Criminals to end this history of murder. The following “artistic liberty” is from Patrick Henry’s 1775 speech after ten years of his government’s violations of constitutional rights. The speech followed the first government attempts to use a standing army to disarm Americans. A standing army was in explicit violation of the English Bill of Rights.

NDAA 2012 (National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012) explicitly states dictatorial authority of the US executive branch to order US military to seize any person, including US citizens, for unlimited detention and without rights. This repeats explicit language in the 2006 Military Commissions Act. The previous two links document the specific and explicit Constitutional violations.

allows a million children a month to die of preventable poverty, even though historically ending poverty reduces population growth rate and the investment is less than 1% of the developed nations' gross national incomes (GNI).

engages in Orwellian unlawful wars, including using depleted uranium weapons to damn the victims with continuous misery and death.

tortures, orders extrajudicial assassinations (including against American citizens) and acts for indefinite detentions.

Upon US public critical mass recognition of the “emperor has no clothes” obvious facts that current US wars are not even close to lawful, President Obama will be a leader among an oligarchy of War Criminals that go back several Administrations.

Austin Moody served four years as infantry in the US Marines. US-led forces added the murders of pregnant women to the recent murders of school children in Afghanistan. US military officials were forced to admit they lied in their report that Afghan “bad guys” murdered five civilians when Timesonline reporter Jerome Starkey went to the scene and documented that all evidence and witness testimony was that US-led forces murdered innocent civilians in a night raid. Unanimous testimony included Afghan government officials, police chiefs and survivors of the attack. The United Nations and New York Times investigated and corroborated Mr. Starkey’s reporting.

Note the NY Times misleading headline: "U.S. Is Reining In Special Operations Forces in Afghanistan" that is common is distract from the central facts of War Crimes on top of the lie of omission that the US armed attack and invasion of Afghanistan disobeyed two UN Security Council Resolutions and is an unlawful War of Aggression.

Paul Craig Roberts, one of the sanest voices of the Reagan administration and lauded academic and government professional, is retiring his public essays.
