The “Post-9/11 World” Is A Detriment To Humanity

  • We are fighting illegal preemptive wars against three countries. Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan. The resulting wars have caused well over 1,000,000 casualties. Preemptive war is illegal according to the Nuremberg Charter, and the United Nations charter. These wars are destabilizing the entire Middle East, and causing anti-American sentiment throughout the world.
  • In America, the Constitution is being forgotten with the passage of bills like the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, and the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act. Americans are forced to wonder if their conversations are being monitored through the use of illegal wiretapping. The freedom of the press, and the right to peacefully assemble is being discarded.
  • Executive Power within the United States is being expanded to the point of near-dictatorship, and accountability for the actions of the Executive, and other members of Government is non-existent.
  • A constant state of fear is the norm.
  • Billions upon billions are being spent on the previously mentioned wars, and things that are needed for the people are being forgotten about.
  • Soldiers are dying, are being subjected to multiple tours of duty, are being exposed to depleted uranium and chemical weapons, are suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, are committing suicide at an astounding rate, are being fed propaganda in order to murder innocents, and are having their families destroyed.

The event that created the “Post-9/11 World” were the attacks of September 11th, 2001.

Every effort has been made by the American Government to conceal the truth about what happened that day. The “Joint Congressional Inquiry” was “limited in scope” thanks to the efforts of George W. Bush, and Dick Cheney. The “PENTTBOM” investigation failed to address a number of the families’ questions. The “9/11 Commission” was compromised from beginning to end, and was headed by Philip Zelikow, someone the families called for the resignation of during the 9/11 Commission, someone who re-wrote the 9/11 Report to be more favorable of his good friend Condoleezza Rice, someone that tried to insert a false link into the 9/11 Report between Iraq and 9/11, someone that shied people away from the NSA, someone that shied people away from Saudi Arabia’s possible involvement in the attacks, someone that is alleged to have taken the direction of Karl Rove, someone who wrote the preemptive war strategy mentioned above, someone who should never have been anywhere near the 9/11 Commission.

If the event that created the “Post-9/11 World” wasn’t what we were led to believe, and based on available information at sites like www.historycommons.org, www.911truth.org, or www.911blogger.com, it was NOT what we were led to believe, then we need to expose that truth to hopefully end the “Post-9/11 World,” and restore this country, and this world to a more peaceful, and productive society.

As Dr. Martin Luther King said, a time comes when silence is betrayal.

Now is that time. For the 2,973 people brutally murdered that day, for their families, for the 9/11 First Responders that are sick and dying, for the millions displaced or killed in the Middle East, we MUST expose the 9/11 Cover-Up, and end the insanity of the “Post-9/11 World.”

It is very simply the right thing to do.

Well Said Jon

"Now is that time. For the 2,973 people brutally murdered that day, for their families, for the 9/11 First Responders that are sick and dying, for the millions displaced or killed in the Middle East, we MUST expose the 9/11 Cover-Up, and end the insanity of the “Post-9/11 World.”

I will do what I can.

Thanks...

It's just the text from this flyer that I made. I figured it wouldn't hurt to put it online as a blog.

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? The facts speak for themselves.

New Lies for Old

Since the war we continue to fight against the Soviet Union is "secret", that means we needed another enemy--Al-Qaeda. The liberties we have lost at home are another result of this "secret" war with the USSR. Unconstitutional "anti-terror" legislation was sought as far back as the Reagan and Bush I administrations. They weren't fooled by Gorbachev's Perestroika, and saw what was coming down the pike.

If you remember, bombs started going off in buildings here in America soon after the "collapse" of the USSR in December 1991. The first bombing was the 1993 WTC false-flag operation, where we learned later in 1993 that the bomb that went off was actually made by the FBI!

See my June 3, 2009 article "The World Trade Center Attacks in Perspective" for clarification on this subject:

You are right about all that Jon. A very good example is the story of the 1/34th Brigade Combat Team(Minnesota National guard) and the 729 days that they were ordered to Iraq for. I person could ask themselves –why 729 days? But I was in the Army Reserve and have seen the big green(or desert tan) weenie, so I don’t wonder about stuff like(what the weenie is for) that. As far as Americans wondering about “if their conversations are being monitored through the use of illegal wiretapping” I know how to make it a little bit better! Come participate with us at Minnesota 911 truth! I pretty sure you won’t need to wonder after that! :)

If it's OK I'm gonna distribute your post as a flyer.

Persistent inquiry and forgiveness will lead us in change.

While we were all out doing our Christmas shopping, the highest court in the land quietly put the kibosh on a few more of the remaining shards of human liberty.

It happened earlier this week, in a discreet ruling that attracted almost no notice and took little time. In fact, our most august defenders of the Constitution did not have to exert themselves in the slightest to eviscerate not merely 220 years of Constitutional jurisprudence but also centuries of agonizing effort to lift civilization a few inches out of the blood-soaked mire that is our common human legacy. They just had to write a single sentence.

Here's how the bad deal went down. After hearing passionate arguments from the Obama Administration, the Supreme Court acquiesced to the president's fervent request and, in a one-line ruling, let stand a lower court decision that declared torture an ordinary, expected consequence of military detention, while introducing a shocking new precedent for all future courts to follow: anyone who is arbitrarily declared a "suspected enemy combatant" by the president or his designated minions is no longer a "person." They will simply cease to exist as a legal entity. They will have no inherent rights, no human rights, no legal standing whatsoever -- save whatever modicum of process the government arbitrarily deigns to grant them from time to time, with its ever-shifting tribunals and show trials.

This extraordinary ruling occasioned none of those deep-delving "process stories" that glut the pages of the New York Times, where the minutiae of policy-making or political gaming is examined in highly-spun, microscopic detail doled out by self-interested insiders. Obviously, giving government the power to render whole classes of people "unpersons" was not an interesting subject for our media arbiters. It was news that wasn't fit to print. Likewise, the ruling provoked no thundering editorials in the Washington Post, no savvy analysis from the high commentariat -- and needless to say, no outrage whatsoever from all our fierce defenders of individual liberty on the Right.

But William Fisher noticed, and gave this report at Antiwar.com:

In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s refusal Monday to review a lower court’s dismissal of a case brought by four British former Guantanamo prisoners against former defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld, the detainees’ lawyers charged Tuesday that the country’s highest court evidently believes that "torture and religious humiliation are permissible tools for a government to use."

...Channeling their predecessors in the George W. Bush administration, Obama Justice Department lawyers argued in this case that there is no constitutional right not to be tortured or otherwise abused in a U.S. prison abroad.

The Obama administration had asked the court not to hear the case. By agreeing, the court let stand an earlier opinion by the D.C. Circuit Court, which found that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act – a statute that applies by its terms to all "persons" – did not apply to detainees at Guantanamo, effectively ruling that the detainees are not persons at all for purposes of U.S. law.

The lower court also dismissed the detainees’ claims under the Alien Tort Statute and the Geneva Conventions, finding defendants immune on the basis that "torture is a foreseeable consequence of the military’s detention of suspected enemy combatants."

The Constitution is clear: no person can be held without due process; no person can be subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. And the U.S. law on torture of any kind is crystal clear: it is forbidden, categorically, even in time of "national emergency." And the instigation of torture is, under U.S. law, a capital crime. No person can be tortured, at any time, for any reason, and there are no immunities whatsoever for torture offered anywhere in the law.

The four former detainees – Shafiq Rasul, Asif Iqbal, Rhuhel Ahmed, and Jamal Al-Harith – filed their case in 2004 seeking damages from former secretary of defense Donald Rumsfeld and senior U.S. military officers for violations of their constitutional rights and of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which prohibits infringement of religion by the U.S. government against any person.

Their claims were dismissed in 2008 by the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit when that court held that detainees have no rights under the Constitution and do not count as "persons" for purposes of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Last year, the Supreme Court granted the men’s first petition, vacated the Court of Appeals decision and ordered the D.C. Circuit to reconsider its ruling in light of the Supreme Court’s historic decision in Boumediene v. Bush, which held that Guantánamo is de facto U.S. territory and that detainees have a constitutional right to habeas corpus.

On remand, the D.C. Circuit reiterated its view that the Constitution does not prohibit torture of detainees at Guantánamo and that detainees still are not "persons" protected from religious abuse. Finally, the Court of Appeals held that, in any event, the government officials involved are immune from liability because the right not to be tortured was not clearly established.

"Center for Constitutional Rights Senior Attorney Shayana Kadidal, co-counsel on the case, told IPS, "In many ways the opinion the Supreme Court left standing today is worse when one gets past the bottom line – no accountability for torture and religious abuse – and digs into the legal reasoning."

"One set of claims are dismissed because torture is said to be a foreseeable consequence of military detention," he said. "How will the parents of our troops captured in future foreign wars react to that?"

As Dr. Martin Luther King said, a time comes when silence is betrayal.

definition of person

"anyone who is arbitrarily declared a "suspected enemy combatant" by the president... is no longer a "person." They will simply cease to exist as a legal entity."

What I am learning in my law education is that a 'person' is strictly a legal entity, and to claim all your God given rights you need to establish yourself as living soul. A corporation by definition is a person, and vice versa. When the word 'person' is used in conjunction with you or me, it is in reference to our corporate counterpart that we have been duped into using for all of our interactions in society. 'Citizen' is another trap as well, I believe. I am learning this stuff right now.

A 'person' has very few human rights if any, and I suggest everyone begin to go down this channel in the rabbit hole to begin to understand how to truly claim your freedom. Check into it.

EDIT The Supreme Court and others are playing word games with our lives, with torture, and we need to learn the game in order to set ourselves free.

With you in the struggle,
Bruno

Taking Action

This is all almost too disheartening to bear; except i find some strength from those opposing such dark instruments of deception and betrayal..

If you are interested and have a record as a 9/11 truth leader, or represent a 9/11 truth group, i hope you will join us for a 9/11 Truth Leader Teleconference, which happens on the last Wednesday of each month. On December 30th we will be discussing actions for 2010. One action under consideration is described under this comment. The key for us is to work in a united front, for if truthers can't find consensus on actions to take, our chances are slim to none for being successful. To me it makes sense to find wording that shows clear hard evidence for Treason, and for as many citizens as possible to challenge local officials who have taken an oath of office to uphold and defend the US Constitution.

Thank you Jon for this post and pdf flyer.. I will be downloading and using to help educate especially so-called peace activists, as well as linking to this blog from FN.

Operation Irag Liberation O.I.L.

Apathy Supports the Status Quo

Jonathan, we've posted here before on the subject, but I'd suggest that under the order of business of getting our act together, would be to show the overwhelming motive for our corporate heads, OIL, Military, possibly AIPAC, SMOM, Sovereign Military Order of Malta and Blackwater wanna be crusaders to control the oil and gas pipe lines and routes from the Caspian Sea. Iraq was icing on the cake. The cake was the Caspian Sea Basin. Learn everything you can about this as providing a strong motive for the inside job will soften up the audience and make them more receptive to the details of the controlled demolitions and other anomilies of the 9-11 attacks.

Remember, in any crime there are three key elements, Means, Motive and Opportunity. Weigh these three things from the Bush/Cheny Neoclown suspect vs. the Muslims did it with box cutters because we left bases in the Holy Land motive. No contest, one offers fabulous wealth and control, the other just invites even more Americans into the Muslim regions. Sell the motive first, then offer up the mountain of evidence. Try this approach if you haven't.

You can find my posts on this from a couple of weeks ago and others. There is a lot of evidence on the web still, but who knows for how long. Start with the transcript from John J. Maresca, VP Unocal from a plea he made to a subcomittee of Congress in 1998. He pleaded with Congress to Remove the Taliban from Power in Afghanistan so the Centgas pipeline could continue. This pipe is no called TAPI, look it up. There are other pipelines being constructed or planned. Organize a meeting around finding out all you can about the TAPI pipelines and the trip to Houston by the Taliban in 1999. Establish a strong motive, then show the evidence, that will be easy to show how the people in power of our govt had the means and opportunity to control all aspects of the attacks.

Good luck

9/11 Convergence

this was the subject (motive and access) of kevin ryan's latest post, [Bad link]

though beyond motive is proof of a cover-up (treason) of what really happened.. destroying evidence at a scene of a crime, not investigating for explosives as per fire regulations, black box strange disappearance, fraudulently distorting science of such a collapse at near free fall speeds, and ignoring the nanothermite evidence and key witnesses of explosions.. more than just the motive and access, i believe we need to prove a cover-up for demanding an investigation..

abomination obama nation is on the loose.. and deception has become the status quo, and fear mixed with apathy.

as jon gold posted:

The “Post-9/11 World” Is A Detriment To Humanity

the question remains.. can we find consensus for a plan to effectively demand justice and a real legal criminal investigation? that is our challenge..

concensus can be achieved

only through education. Here we are at an enormous disadvantage because the "elites" "hiddenhand" "illuminati" (whatever or whoever these people are by whatever name--it matters little what you call them, their existence is a fact) also control our media and that media is excersizing a very highly developed mind control program that is based on years of careful testing and research by such agencies as TAVISTOCK, MK-Ultra and others.
The average person is oppressed by personal problems, ill, in debt and struggling for any kind of quality of life at all. How can this population be educated?

Support the Troops

Apathy Supports the Status Quo

Jon Gold's thoughts are heartfelt and to the point as are the other comments. We have to ask ourselves, or more importantly, we have to ask the media what it means to Support theTroops? We have this empty slogan thrown in our face all the time by false patriots and false Christians. We are told that our troops are over there in the Middle East and all around the world protecting us and defending our liberties and freedoms. If that is the case then why don't we have the freedom of open public dialog here in the land of the free and home of the brave? Why will the media not speak of the many unsettled issues surrounding Sept 11, 2001? Why, if there is nothing to hide, will they not allow any meaningful discussion in the media? If Bush and Cheney and the NEOClowns are above suspicion in the 9-11 attacks then having open discussion would only exonerate them but it's obvious the truth is being hidden from the gullible, distracted public.

Having open media and open public dialog about 9-11 would suport the troops by assuring that indeed our rights to free speech are being defended. Having open dialog and media access by 9-11 truth seekers would also meet the first requirement of the media, that it be entertaining. Surely they can't say that people are just not interested in hearing a well documented, well referenced, well substantiated, well witnessed account of the means, motive and opportunity surrounding the biggest mass murder in American history? They fact they will not allow open discussion in our publicly owned media dishoners the troops and the reason they are sacrificing their lives, minds and souls for us. The fact the media won't allow 9-11 discussion violates the principals for free market enterprise that they so love to espouse. The fact the media will not allow meaningful discussion and open public dialog about the events leading up to, including and after the day of infamy, proves that indeed the US media is owned and operated by corporate interests that financially benefitted from the attack on America and the subseqauent wars and makes them complicit in the cover up of the biggest mass murder in American history. The heads of the MSM should be brought up on Treason charges, aiding and abetting.

Yes indeed

"And it was obviously planned to be so.
The events of 911 were carefully arranged and orchestrated as an attack on "humanity" as opposed to those who "own" and control the masses through wielding their wealth and power...
Some have called these unseen entities "the elites" and others use the word "illuminatti" but no matter what you call them,
It is obvious to all that our world has been vastly degraded while theirs....well, guess what?
They have reaped vastly improved powers of control as well as huge financial gain.

But to acknowledge that fact....that the vast majority of us have been downgraded so that a few can have even more....is considered "conspiracy"...even though all the facts scream it.
One need only to ask the old question...WHO GAINED FROM THIS?

No Islamic country or "third world" nation that's for sure! But what happened in the immediate aftermath....
The industrial/military complex as well as the banksters have gang raped and looted and degraded everyone else...
hmmm kinda makes you wonder....
