They didn't consider it an "undue burden" when they went down to the pile.

The Brussels city region shelled out more than ½ Billion Euros to get the asbestos out of the Berlaymont building (EC HQ) .

The New-York Port-Authority lost its insurance battle to obtain help to foot the estimated $ 10 Billion cost of dismantling the asbestos out of WTC I & II, the iconic twin towers of New-York that had never been rented out at a profit since they were built.

We are told that it was with sheer luck that the New-York Port-Authority managed to con off the responsibility for the towers for the next 100 years to come to a gray-haired Mr Nice-Guy, who turned out to be “Lucky Larry” since only weeks after this real-estate magnate had taken over the lease and signed a “never-seen-before-in-history” insurance coverage to allow him to rebuild the real-estate incase some naughty persons might come and destroy it, the towers magically puffed itself to dust, dumping all its asbestos along with 400.000 cubic yards of concrete – also containing microspheres (with the signature of military grade thermite/thermate) and fine particles of about 1000 people who’s body was never recovered. Of-course, this unconventional way of destroying buildings, (including, by chance, also Larry Silverstein’s long over-priced WTC 7 building, which happened to disintegrate the same day (unfortunately destroying all traces of criminal dealings in the ENRON affair, investigated in the Security Exchange Commission) was not good for the air quality in lower Manhattan, and the extra Health expenditures for New-Yorkers has been estimated to the region of the original 10 Billion dollars it would have cost to take down the asbestos in a legal and sanitized way.

But Mayor Bloomberg bickered about footing 10% of that health bill, so the bill was scrapped…

You took the words right out of my mouth. The night of the day I heard about this criminal theivery bill I was lying down to sleep but couldn't because of this. The absolute friggen gall of these jerks (I really want to use a stronger term but kids read this) This is where we are guys and these are the people that would save their worthless lives.
