No reason given?

You'd think there would at least be a reason.

I guess the reason given..........

..............is that there are still legal matters proceeding.
But there is no explanation of how our seeing any of the evidence could damage the legal proceedings.
Wouldn't they have to show that to withhold evidence for 9 years?

I guess they can suspend the FOIA forever..............

............as long as there is any litigation going on.

So, they just keep litigation going on.

Simple.

Released footage

It's not even clear that what they did release is real footage - it could have been doctored and manipulated images.

FBI

Will you now sent a similar request to the F.B.I.. What litigation is pending? Insurance fraud?, Construction contractor suit? The litigation documents would be helpful and would be public.

Black Box Data

No release of serial numbers for identification of plane parts and no release of videos showing what hit the building. Not even the release of footage prior to the strike.

It seems that the only thing we can get hold of is the black box data, which is available to the public via FOIA. Aidan, have you obtained the FDR for Flight 77 from the NTSB? If so, what are your findings regarding the flight path? Does the black box data confirm the government's story or does it contradict?

EDIT: I want to be clear about this question as someone who doesn't like speculation or reliance on eyewitness testimony. I support the "Precautionary Principle." But isn't it true that the FDR data is available by FOIA? If so, then what do CREDIBLE pilots and aviation experts have to say about it?

IF the black box data being released by a government agency (NTSB) contradicts the official story, then it is a problem for the government's credibility.

For either the black box data is a lie or the official story is a lie.

Peer-reviewed paper in the works

My understanding is that there is a peer-reviewed paper in the works addressing this very issue. Stay tuned.

I also understand that it is very important to use the decoding software that matches the actual black box used and understand the issues relating to the aircraft's wiring harness and the model of black box, especially in regard to what is and is not recorded by the black box ( e.g. a later model black box may have inputs to record data that the wiring harness does not supply data for ).

I'm quite sure someone else will chime in with more information, but I hope that helps.

Cheers!

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.

These many REQUESTS for FOI are a documented trail

These many FOI requests (and resultant denials or stalling or "none exist") are documentation in themselves.

There will come a time.
There will come a time of an independent investigation into 9/11.
There are government officials' names on this trail of paperwork.

As the truth of 9/11 breaks open in the legal process, the obfuscators might find that the resultant criminal indictments won't be merciful.

Thanks Aidan

Thanks for your continued work with the FOIA requests.

Odd That Pre-9/11 Pentagon Crash Scene Images Are Unavailable

It seems all the DoJ has to do is simply claim a release exemption until challenged in court.

With respect to my current lawsuit for various 9/11 FBI records, the judge seems to be doing a very good job of pacing himself.

Did receive copies of NTSB FDR data, which is useless encryption without proprietary software.

Thanks all.

Just a thought.

What about a FOIA request for the complete 9/11 Commission tapes? Has anyone made a request for such footage or documents not already in the public domain?

Not sure if all the footage is already available somewhere online but if so I suspect much of it has been cut out.

EDIT: Here's an interesting link related to my question:

Denied FOIA demonstrate cover-up

The consistent denial of FOIA requests across the entire range of 9/11 subject material definitely has the appearance of a cover-up. It is clearly taboo for government agencies to release 9/11 related material.
