The following is a two page U.S. Secret Service Executive Summary included within a April 23, 2010 Freedom of Information Act release, describing the activities of President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, families of the president and vice-president, threats against Air Force One and activity within the Presidential Emergency Operations Center on September 11, 2001. The Executive Summary report describes Secret Service reports of an unidentified aircraft circling Washington, D.C. and the activity of other noteworthy Secret Service protectees on September 11, 2001.

can you trust any official information regarding 9/11? .... remember, the empire is leaning, and rocking. the bad empire of wars, of oil and exploitative fraud. this bad empire dwells, like a disease, a cancer, parasites within a good empire, an Empire of America as built by hard work, spreading the wealth, industriousness and justice , leadership throughout the world. ... /yes, sore points exist, and will always do, where ever you look - ie. extermination of native original continent inhabitants - pre-columbians. /

Can you trust any official information regarding 9/11?
Of course not. The question is whether FOIA efforts can be of value. The answer is of course they are. If Big Brother admits to something not in their interest, let's not look a gift horse in the mouth.
I think it is unfortunate that there is no FOIA team. This is an example of am important weakness in our movement. It's just a matter of 2 heads are better than one. We are still free to wonder wether any given piece of info is legit.

A few things:
- The new document states that VPOTUS (Vice Pres. of the US, I guess) entered the White House bunker at 9:38. This of course contradicts Mineta, who said Cheney was already there when Mineta arrived at 9:20-9:27, but it supports Cheney's statements.

- Is there any way to tell if the plane is the Doomsday 747, or the Pentagon plane? Maybe the statements about its path could be used to tell.
- What is 'b2, b7e', and why does it appear to be handwritten several times over underlying text?

The answer leads to interesting exposures...
From what I have been able to figure out, the young man was a representative from the Secret Service who, if other evidence is correct, is responsible for the protection of the White House, the POTUS, the VPOTUS and most likely, has a very, very close relationship with the US Military and the FAA [for human and radar data early warnings] and is also responsible for the protection of the Pentagon....meaning, that the SS might also be in charge of the ground-to-air missile defense system at the Pentagon. Again, all of this is kept secret due to "National Security Issues" so its really hard to extract and sustain.
It was the SS that approved the release of interceptors from Andrews AFB later in the morning...aka...sustaining the day's "THEME"...and that would be releasing interceptors too late, or manuevering them far enough away so that NONE OF THEM COULD INTERCEPT THE AIRLINERS...[except for UA93].
There have been so many STUPID dust-ups over what did or did not hit the Pentagon, that many, many good minds have not been able to ask bigger questions...most notably:
...What was Cheney up to in the PEOC...
...What were the EXACT ORDERS that he kept intact with his discussion with the "young man"...
...What radar facility or radar data source was being used to supply the "young man" with the shrinking distances starting at "50 miles out..." Monte Belger of the FAA had a different radar source.
...Who, if anybody, was watching this target at 60 miles out?...at 100 miles out?...at 250 miles out?
...The US Military?...NORAD?...NEADS?...a secret radar ops center designed FOR 9/11?..A Doomsday Plane circling above?
...What is the ORIGINAL SOURCE of the 7000 foot altitude from which the UNIDENTIFIED primary target allegedly began its descent from?
...Was the E4B shown in the CNN footage Venus77 on its way to Moffitt? Was it the OTHER E4B shown in CNN footage the same Venus77 or was it part of a COG system of establishing an airbourne governement?
Almost any of the answers to the above questions will eventually lead to Cheney running what I now call:

NOT ASKING this obvious - super-obvious question should be enough to wake up those in the trance of the OCT myth.

The 9-11 commission has this scenario, instead of the one described by N Mineta.....
"At some time between 10:10 and 10:15, a military aide told the Vice President and others that the aircraft was 80 miles out. Vice President Cheney was asked for authority to engage the aircraft. His reaction was described by Scooter Libby as quick and decisive, "in about the time it takes a batter to decide to swing." The Vice President authorized fighter aircraft to engage the inbound plane. He told us he based this authorization on his earlier conversation with the President. The military aide returned a few minutes later, probably between 10:12 and 10:18, and said the aircraft was 60 miles out. He again asked for authorization to engage. The Vice President again said yes"

The person telling Cheney the plane is 80 miles out...60 miles out...etc...is described as his "Military Aide". This would be the "young man" as Mineta described him. Unless there are two different people telling Cheney the plane is 80 miles out...the plane is 60 miles out....this seems extememly unlikely. So who is this military aide?
Check the footnotes, on this scenario, and the only one that applies to Cheney and the "Military Aide" would be this Douglas Cochrane.....

Yup, he's military....but not so young...you have to remember Mineta was around 71 at the time......

Plane Probably AA 77 IMO
The clockwise circling of the aircraft at the times indicated seems to correspond with AA 77's movements.
The handwritten characters are statutory exemptions.

Another contradiction

It also contradicts the 9/11 Commission, which states that Cheney did not arrive at the bunker until 10 a.m. or 9:58 a.m. at the earliest.

Vesa, and my statement above isn't fully correct. It has been claimed that Cheney left his office 'just before 9:36', and the 9/11 Commission claims that he got into the bunker 'perhaps at 9:58'. So you're very right, Aidan's new document contradicts this with him arriving at 9:37. (And Mineta saw Cheney there even earlier.).

Aidan, is that all that was provided- was there an explanation for failure to provide the other pages?
It says on pg 2 that at 9:38 "VPOTUS enters WH bunker"; I wonder what it says on pg. 1? As PDS and others have pointed out, he may have "entered" the WH bunker more than once- i.e. he may have left to go into the hall/another room, and re-entered.
Richard Clarke, WH photog David Bohrer, Karl Rove, Ashley Estes and others have all indicated Cheney was evacuated shortly after the 2nd plane hit- which is the latest one would expect the USSS to be doing that, if it was really a surprise attack to them
