AE911Truth Spots Running in Los Angeles this Eleventh

In support of the "11th day of every month" campaign to promote 9/11 truth, I have purchased two radio spots on KTLK-AM Los Angeles for this Tuesday, May 11th. These are the 30-second spots with Ed Asner promoting Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and their call for a new investigation. "K-Talk" Progressive Talk Radio covers a large market with hundreds of thousands of loyal listeners.

Run Times:

KTLK-AM Tues 6:32:30
KTLK-AM Tues 14:46:00

Previously I purchased two TV spots on NY1 voiced by Asner:

Similar Ads In NYC Could Generate Investigation Support

Persuading more of the general public in the NYC area to support a new investigation by NYC authorities who have jurisdiction over the crime, may compel such authorities to comply with public opinion.

The Asner ad would be a compelling public relations tool.

In this age of media ubiquity

why is it so hard for 9/11 Truth to get a foothold? Is it only money?

The new thing in billboards is the digital variety. Collapsing WTC7 on continuous loop with some direct simple language ('google WTC7') on just a few of these digital monsters in NYC could do wonders. Arresting and damning visual content is at our disposal. Surely not every digital billboard in America is controlled by gatekeepers? McGee's success proves that it can be done on TV Radio. One would think in this lurching economy there's a billboard salesman in the Tri-state area who wants the business? The billboarding patriots in Arizona showed the way, but it needs to go big.

I just wonder, if McGee can afford a couple spots here and there, why don't or why can't presumably deep-pocketed truth advocates like Ventura, Sheen, Rosie, Willie, AJ put up some real dough for real media buys? I would contribute $$ to see more of these In NY esp., McGee, as would many others I'm sure, tell us how.

chriskin, email McGee on this board.

chriskin,
McGee could use some financial help on making some TV ads happen.
Email him to help pitch in some dough.

Good Question

Why can't Charlie Sheen and the other stars pay for a few ad spots? Ventura's success is largely due to subscribing to Cable Channel I would never normally pay for. I bought and promoted Ventura's book and take some credit for "American Conspiracies" staying on the NY Times top 10 best sellers list for weeks.

What gives?

Excellent idea

The best video or two of WTC 7 "collapsing" on a major billboard might do wonders. I might not use the phrase "Google WTC 7" - also because that would lead many to the Wikipedia article - but would opt for something slightly more informative. Everyone knows how to google anyway.

Thanks for doing this.

I hope it reaches and opens the minds of those listeners who still buy the OCT.

Me too

Ed Asner might help to open the minds of some of these people listening to 'progressive' talk radio. It can't hurt. The first spot during 'morning drive' should have been heard by many.

Plus, WAC-LA is doing a huge outreach at USC today at a very busy intersection. That was part of my intention too-- combined effort.

But I agree totally with Aidan that the focus should be on NYC and will be airing more TV spots there soon! We have a serious shot at getting the City Council to investigate Building 7.

Extraordinarily Awesome.

This seems like exactly how the job is going to get done if it is going to get done at all. Thanks RL.

Thanks McGee! This is a great way to reach folks!

McGee, thanks for saving up all those nickels and placing the TV and radio ads.
I think that ads are a real winning tactic and, hopefully, others will follow your lead.
You are breaking ground.

Post A "Chip-In" Widget When Fund Raising Required

If someone local to the NYC area can arrange TV, radio or billboard advertising, posting a "Chip-In" widget at 9/11 Blogger will probably generate sufficient funding. Most here will support such an effort.

Even a well placed billboard (near vehicle traffic) has benefits over other ads becuase it will remain present 24/7.

Way to go McGee ;-)

Thank you for getting this air time. May it serve as an inspiration to those who can afford it to do the same.

I have heard the Asner spot and it's excellent.
