Firefighter and architect argue against official version of terror attacks

SAN LEANDRO — The Sept. 11 attacks spawned two wars and a host of security measures that changed the United States and the way many Americans think about the world.
Like other game-changing events in American history, the attacks also have spawned numerous conspiracy theories, which now thrive and grow in the dark corridors and back alleys of the Internet.
On Saturday, two of the most prominent Sept. 11 conspiracy theorists — Bay Area architect Richard Gage and Seattle firefighter Erik Lawyer — will be at the Bal Theatre to present what they think are holes in the official version of the events on that terrible day.
They think the Twin Towers and a third building were destroyed by explosives.
A demolitions expert and engineers will join them to discuss the collapse of the 110-story towers, as well as the 47-story 7 World Trade Center, which was not hit by an airplane, and has become a "smoking gun" for Sept. 11 conspiracy theorists.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology, a division of the Commerce Department, released a study that said the building collapsed due to fire and damage caused by debris from the Twin Towers.
Gage and Lawyer have given presentations across the country laying out arguments against the institute's conclusions, and they are calling for a new investigation.
"Me, personally, I don't sit on either side of the fence on the issue," he said about Sept. 11. "I think to say that they are all crazy, it would be ignorant for us to not listen and make up our own minds."
For Lawyer, a firefighter of 14 years with the Seattle Fire Department, the events of that fateful day in 2001 have given rise to a life passion. Lawyer runs a website, firefightersfor911truth.org, which advocates for a new investigation of Sept. 11.
"It's hard because there are a lot of emotional people out there on both sides of the issue," he said. "What we want is a new investigation with accountability and justice."

NO theorizing.
It needs to be said, over and over and over, we do NOT theorize. We acknowledge scientific facts ONLY. The official government version of "reality" does not comply with laws of physics. Period.

I thought NIST said the damage from the Twin Towers debris did not play a significant role in the collapse of Bldg,7.
Point of no return
It has long been past that any of the MSM can do anything but ridicule what to those of us that know better have to say.
What would be the MSM excuse for being so long behind the curve? Could they now come out and acknowledge that they were so long taken in? They are now, even if it be by naivety, so long derelict in their duty as to be nothing more than complicit in the events of that day. For them to crawl out from under the rock they have been hiding would be for them to admit either their complete incompetence, therefore rendering them irrelevant to any future consideration, and thereby condemn themselves as fools, not to mention opening themselves up to being judged as guilty as those that set the charges.
Therefore they have no choice but continue the lie, and by doing such reserve themselves a place on the gallows. For even if they were to reverse course 180' degrees, if it were I sitting in the jury, I would at this point show them no quarter, nor any more mercy than they have given.
Perhaps; perhaps not
If the truth, in some form, ever wins, most people will most likely turn to the MSM to learn about it. It's difficult to imagine that all the mass media would just disappear. Still, the media would hopefully have to change and there might be some upheavals here and there.
By the way, is it *really* impossible to get letters like this published in, say, The New York Times or Washington Post?
