in the Matter

September 11, 2001

Background:
Treason is the only crime identified in the Constitution of the United States

US Constitution: Article III Section 3 delineates treason as follows:

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted."
Misprision of Treason (18 U.S.C. § 2382).

"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both"

The evidence of treason is presented in a petition to any official who has taken an oath of office to uphold the laws of the United States. The official is then required to convey the petition containing the evidence of treason to the proper officials for investigation and or indictment. Any US citizen has standing to present a misprision of treason petition which must contain:

* Evidence of a crime or crimes against the United States or the property of the United States – an act of war

* Identification of the person or persons who have committed an act or aided and abetted foreign agents in committing or planning to commit a crime against the United States or the property of the United States.

The attacks of September 11th 2001, destroyed the property of the United States (Pentagon, Offices of IRS, FBI, etc.) and were declared an act of war of Al Qaeda by the Commander in Chief of the United States. If Americans were involved in aiding or abetting the commission of those attacks, they would be considered traitors under 18 U.S.C. § 2382.

I, the undersigned citizen of the United States, affirm the duty and right of all citizens of these United States of America to take action in accordance with US Code 18, Section 2382 on Misprision of Treason and to require those in government office holders honor their sworn oaths to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States.

Evidence of Misprision of Felony & Treason

1. Falsification and Cover Up by NIST
The National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) erroneously concluded in their September 2005 final report to Congress published that World Trade Center 7 had collapsed due to fire damage. This would be the first steel-framed skyscraper in history to collapse completely caused by fire alone. NIST, in dereliction of accepted forensic procedures chose to not look for evidence of explosives or incendiaries as per NFPA 921 guidelines for investigations of highly destructive fires, indicates willful negligence and incompetence. Their report failed to explain the absence of macro sized concrete debris and the presence of millions of tons of fine powdered dust which was distributed all over lower Manhattan on 9/11/01. Further, important forensic evidence from the World Trade Center destroyed, including most of the steel from WTC 1, 2 & 7, was hastily and deliberately destroyed before it could be properly examined as would be required in any investigation of such a catastrophic event.

2. Free Fall Acceleration as Evidence of Explosives Present on 9/11
The three World Trace Center steel framed skyscrapers (WTC 1, 2, & 7) collapsed too rapidly and with too much energy for the NIST collapse explanation to be correct. There is unexplained (by NIST) evidence that temperatures attained during the destruction were too high for open air carbon based office contents and fuel assisted fires; the acceleration of all three buildings during portions of their collapses was linear, at or close to free fall, and too smooth. More than one hundred first responders reported explosions at or near the towers before and during the times of the collapses, and a military grade high tech substance known as nano-thermite which can be engineered as either an explosive or incendiary, was found in significant quantities in the debris samples of the World Trade Center's destruction throughout lower Manhattan.

3. Explosives and Incendiaries discovered in WTC Debris
The presence of thermite (an extreme high temperature incendiary capable of rapidly cutting steel) and nano-thermite (a substance which can be engineered to be incendiary or explosive) was identified by independent researchers, who have analyzed 4 widely separated collected dust samples provided by four individuals in the vicinity of the World Trade Center at different times during and shortly after the destruction of the WTC. These samples contain red and gray chips, an advanced engineered mixture of nano-scale aluminothermic composite materials of a highly explosive nature.

4. The Military as the Only Known Source for Materials Found in Debris Samples
The chemist, Dr. Niels Harrit, after studying this red and gray material published a peer reviewed scientific paper "Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe" and stated in a published interview in May 2009: "There are no experts on nano-thermite without connections to the military…. This stuff has only been prepared under military contracts in the USA and probably in bigger allied countries. This is secret military research…It was not prepared in a cave in Afghanistan."

5. 9/11 Commission Council Admits Failure of the 9/11 Commission Establish the Truth
Senior Counsel for the 9/11 Commission, John Farmer, disclosed in his book, The Ground Truth “...at some level of the government, at some point in time…there was an agreement not to tell the truth about what happened... I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described..." The North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to the public for over two years. Whenever aircraft transponder contact is lost, USAF fighter jets rare scrambled to investigate. This historically occurs about 100 times per year and takes under 20 minutes. Over two hours passed after notification of transponder signal loss and of possible hijackings by the FAA controllers without a single Air Force interception.

6. US Government Officials were Forewarned of Impending 9/11 Attacks
There were warnings of the impending attacks from several US Allies conveyed to US Intelligence. Prior to 9/11, members of the Bush Administration such as Attorney General John Ashcroft, several top military officers, and San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown were warned by the Executive Branch of the government not to fly on commercial flights on September 11th, 2001. Further evidence of foreknowledge of the impending attack is indicated by abnormal insider trading of put options placed on American and United Airlines stocks.

7. Evidence of Al Qaeda Involvement was Fabricated by Government Officials
Evidence offered to implicate the19 Arabs as hijackers of four commercial flights were passports, business cards, and other personal effects, alleged to have survived the fiery and completely destructive plane impacts­ is not credible and is highly suggestive that this evidence had been planted. Furthermore seven alleged hijackers had housing on US military bases, two lived with an undercover FBI agent, and several others, such as the alleged Ziad Samir Jarrah who piloted the hijacked flight 93, were brought over to flight school in Florida by the CIA indicate US government had failed to prevent or participated in what became terrorist activity. A conclusion that their training was part of a cover story issued by US intelligence is warranted. A further conclusion is that these 9/11 alleged hijackers were in fact unwitting patsies, part of a larger plot, to say nothing of nine other alleged hijackers who appeared to be alive and living in Arab countries after 9/11/01.

8. Evidence Was Ignored and Withheld from the Public by NIST
Important evidence was ignored or withheld from the public, science was falsified, and hundreds of glaring contradictions remain unanswered in the official version of the events of September 11th, 2001.
