Indeed the declaration in the Prefecture of police, or with the Town hall according to the size of your city, is obligatory even for only one person manifesting. A letter is sufficent and it would be a pity not to be going by the rules.
At one moment we discussed between us on the effectiveness of leaflets, flyers and the best spot to be. But another aspect appeared to me (or reappeared) at the time of a discussion with two passers by : their interest for the subject completely changed when they saw the images of tower 7 in the specimen of Info911 that I gave them.

One of the persons even exclaimed that indeed, the medias had never shown these images. I have already seen this reaction. The images are more effective than a long speech and perhaps we could think of something like a street expo.

Effectivement la déclaration en Préfecture, ou à la Mairie selon la taille de votre ville, est obligatoire même pour une seule personne. Une lettre suffit et il serait dommage dès lors de ne pas faire les choses dans les règles.
Il y a eu un moment de discussion entre nous sur l'efficacité des tracts, des flyers, et du meilleur endroit pour tracter. Mais un autre aspect m'est apparu (ou réapparu) à l'occasion d'une discussion avec 2 passants : leur intérêt pour le sujet a complètement changé dès lors qu'ils ont vu les images de la tour 7 dans l'exemplaire de Info911 que je leur ai donné.

L'une des personnes s'est même exclamée qu'en effet, les médias n'avaient jamais montré ces images. J'ai déjà vu cette réaction. Les images sont plus efficaces qu'un long discours et peut-être pourrions-nous réfléchir à quelque chose comme une expo de rue.
