Once again, a news.google.com search on "9/11 truth" brings up a new item. The Kennebec Journal bravely published a pro 9/11 truth letter.

Machiavelli wrote, "There are many who think a wise prince ought, when he has the chance, to foment astutely some enmity, so that by suppressing it he will augment his greatness."
This tactic has often been used or considered. Germany was blamed during World War I for an unprovoked attack on the "Lusitania," which was carrying arms to the British, and the Vietnam War was expanded based on a false report on Aug. 4, 1964, of an attack in the Gulf of Tonkin.
Operation Northwoods, a 1962 military plan to fake a Cuban attack on the U.S., proposed shooting down a civilian plane with Americans onboard.
Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, representing more than 560 professionals, has released a report stating that the collapse of the World Trade Center towers and World Trade Center Building 7 showed the signs of controlled demolition, including a rapid and symmetrical fall, clouds of pyroclastic (heated) smoke and debris, and residue of the incendiary agent thermate in dust samples taken from the site. Building 7 had no collisions or fuel fires, yet fell in free-fall speed into its own footprint. In similar buildings, fire has produced only softening in the steel, never total collapse.
In a Dec. 28 letter, FBI Assistant Director for Counterterrorism Michael Heimbach wrote that the group "presents an interesting theory, backed by thorough research and analysis." Would a full investigation prove that Machiavelli's statement also describes the events of 9/11?

Already the naysayers are displaying their breathtaking ignorance. Personally I think many of these commenters are NOT being paid to write these comments. I think they are victims of the "myth of american exceptionalism."

Nothing like a good old-fashioned conspiracy theory to make one appreciate that sanity and rationality are precious, and perhaps rare, commodities. It would explain a lot, though, if someone could prove that Rosie is an alien who was sent here to torture us. Or maybe Rosie's mere existence is all the proof that we need.

Sometimes the "human condition" is really depressing. After all of Richard Gage's painstaking work, the commenter "David Ruel" sits in his armchair, and invokes "occam's razor," no doubt self-deluded into believing he's intellectually superior to someone like Richard Gage.

Occam's razor supports 9/11 truth
Occam's (Ockham) razor: "The principle states that the explanation of any phenomenon should make as few assumptions as possible, eliminating those that make no difference in the observable predictions of the explanatory hypothesis or theory."
ON ONE HAND:
*The FBI said it had insufficient evidence to indict Osama bin Laden for 9/11.
*The public does not have proof that the four identified passenger planes are the ones that hit the three targets and the Pennsylvania farmland (the plane debris has been hidden and/or destroyed).
*The government will not release the videos from the pentagon or surrounding cameras.
A stock jury instruction provides: He who has the power to produce the evidence but fails to do so will have that evidence construed against them.
ON THE OTHER HAND:

If it looks like a controlled demolition; if microscopic examination shows residue of thermate that can cause a controlled demolition; if no steel beam building in the world has ever before experienced total collapse from fire so controlled demolition is the only logical alternative - THEN, OCCAM'S RAZOR WOULD TELL US THE DESTRUCTION OF THE WTC BUIL.DINGS WAS CONTROLLED DEMOLITION - IT IS THE SIMPLEST, MOST STRAIGHTFORD AND LOGICAL EXPLANATION.
A list of the assumptions for the OTC is endless ...
* 19 middle eastern men hijack four planes because they hate American freedoms
* A plethora of military/Norad/FBI/FEMA etc. "exercises" are taking place at the time of the attack so that "confusion" reigns and military response planes are not available.
* Flight 77 hijacker-pilot, with notorious inexpertise executed an in-flight manuever no other pilot is capable of
