The American Public may be unaware....
...that irregardless of terrorism on "American soil", the borders can never close as long as wild elements deep within the government are importing drugs through them. Customs is in on it too, and probably even Immigration.
The "wah on terr" can never be allowed to become a REAL war on drugs [via shutting down the borders].

Rogue Agency
Are there any laws the CIA adheres to? Agents don't swear to uphold the Constitution because they don't abide by it. They are above the law. Are they even in some remote way doing the bidding of the US? Who knows. This is a rogue outlaw agency and it needs to go. Drug trafficking, arming dictators, staging coups (9/11?) economic crimes. They have a black budget approved by taxpayers of unkown sums and then blatantly raise money in the blackmarket on top of that!
Side note: I just recently thought about the DC snipers and the "23 Days of fear" in Oct. 2002. Of course the guy's name was Mohammed, with his boy Wonder sidekick Malvo. What was the deal here? Was this guy a Manchurian type candidate or part of an MK-ULTRA program? The Antrhax attacks were an inside job obviously: Ames strain/ Ft. Dietrick. Were DC snipers another follow-up?

The schools in the metropolitan area disallowed outdoor activities during the snipers' "reign of terror." They conducted zig-zagging duck-and-cover runs from school to bus or car (reminiscent of nuclear desk drills in the early 60's.) Major parking lots were nearly empty, and normal people were seen bobbing and weaving while filling their tanks at gas stations. In addition to anthrax scares here, which prompted the postal service to urge citizens to put boxes outside their homes to collect mail, and the use of protective gloves while opening same, I would say that we were seriously psy-opped.
