Ron is a member of the International Society of Explosives Engineers, and the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators. In addition, he is a Certified Class 1 and 2 High Explosive Blaster. He has taken 6 courses on Advanced Improvised Explosive Devices, and lectures to Police and Military bomb squads on improvised explosive and incendiary devices. He also lecture to CSI police officers on homemade explosives and booby trap devices. Finally, Ron is a Professor at Ryerson University, where he teaches a course in Explosives and Pyrotechnics.
He believes the World Trade Center DID NOT collapse because of a controlled demolition.

Jason was badly burned when his FORD CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTOR exploded in flames after being hit from behind by a taxi Cab. The collision happened while Jason was responding to a call. The Phoenix Fire Department was also in route to the same call and witnessed the collision. The Fire Department did a heroic job saving Officer Schechterle's life, freeing him from the burning vehicle. Jason received severe burns to his face, arms and upper body. He was transported to the Maricopa County Hospital Burn Unit, where he was treated until July 31, 2001 when he was finally transferred to the Good Samaritan Rehabilitation Unit.
Jason's story, however, cannot be told from just one point of view. There are so many sides to the story: His wife, the fire fighters, other police officers, the doctors, and Jason himself.

This guy's going to try to derail the debate by presenting "explosives expert" testimony that is no doubt meant to discredit the WTC controlled demolition theory. One way you can get him on the facts is by asking him a direct question: Considering that the end products of a thermite, thermate, superthermite, or superthermate reaction are aluminum oxide, and iron, do you think, from a forensic's point of view, that using such a highly energetic reaction would be smart? In other words, if one wanted the explosive residue to be practically undetectable -- or hard to detect -- would it be smart on the part of the criminal bent on using such explosives to choose the thermite class of explosives/incendiaries over a type which is more conventional?
Be sure to ask why or why not?

About four or five months ago, I wrote to Gregory A. Butler, author of "Lost Towers: Inside the World Trade Center cleanup" and asked him a number of questions about his experience with 9/11. While I have yet to publish the entire Q &A here at 911Blogger (I will soon) I thought you might find these two questions and answers useful for your upcoming debate. More later . . .
* There is a widespread suspicion in certain circles that the collapse of WTC 7 was a domestic case of arson and insurance fraud. Do you feel there is any credibility to such claims? Why or why not?
There is no way that you can organize the demolition of a 40 story building in 10 hours - ESPECIALLY if the site is ON FIRE, surrounded by toxic dust and the entrances are filled with debris. It would take 200 blasters, laborers, electricians and operating engineers about a month to blow a building like that. Also, it is illegal to do explosive demolition in this city, and has been for over a century. All demo jobs here are done by hand, with torches, sledgehammers, sawzalls and crowbars (that's how they're demoing Deutsche Bank). Basically, Seven World Trade Center caught fire, burned for 10 hours, the steel failed due to the heat, and it fell.
* As the collapse of the twin towers was totally unprecedented and initially considered unusual, and as a precautionary measure in the interest of complete safety -- before first responders and other emergency personnel were allowed into the pit -- were bomb-sniffing dogs used to ensure that there were no possible incendiaries to be found in the WTC rubble pile? To the best of your knowledge, why or why not?
They used cadaver dogs to find survivors - and after Genelle Guzman was rescued on day three, to find dead bodies - but nobody used bomb sniffing dogs. it was chaos that first couple of days - nobody thought to check the rubble for bombs.

Ask who'd need demo companies if fire and random damage were able to bring three skyscrapers to their foundations.
If he says the numerous pre-collapse reports of explosions had innocuous causes, point out that the role of the explosions in the collapses should have been carefully examined in any case.

If Craig says explosives were impossible because someone
would see the miles of det cord, say radio control obviates
det cord. Radio-mediated computer control would also allow
the detonation sequence to be altered to suit the actual floors
where the plane struck, and could even be altered in real time
(using joystick control) to steer the rubble down into the building.
He will say that the risk of accidental premature detonation would
be too great in the signal-rich Manhattan environment. Not so.
Arming protocols involving complex messages precisely spaced
apart in time would activate the detonators only when it was time.
A complex pulse-coded individualized detonation signal (like MIDI)
would not respond to random radio glitches.
Finally, the use of extremely insensitive radio detectors that would
be deaf to ordinary radio noise, and the use of powerful signal
transmitters to trigger them would provide safety.
I would ask this so called "expert"
just how he believes that 95% of 100s of tons of reinforced concrete somehow managed to get pulverized into talcum powder fine dust from a simple collapse due to gravity.
Ask him to explain to you where the energy came from in order to accomplish that feat.
Then ask him how much energy is achieved during a controlled demolition and is not one of the main signs of a CD a pyroclastic flow of hot air/gas mixed with very fine dust because of the energy of the detonations.
In other words CD explains what is clearly visible to anyone sane in the videos of all 3 buildings while simple gravity collapse at near free fall speed due to fire is actually IMPOSSIBLE and is PROVEN to be by the irrefutable Laws of Physics.
Ask him to provide ANY video or evidence of ANYKIND of a high rise steel structure collapsing AT ALL because of fire let alone at free fall speed and then ask him to show the massive pyroclastic flow & tons of talcum powder fine dust coming from that mythical collapse.
Also ask just for shits and giggles how he thinks a multi ton steel beam managed to get BLOWN across West 57th St. some 400-600' away from a simple gravity collapse.?
How do over 1700 human bodies get BLOWN into tiny fragments collected in over 20,000 TEST TUBES from simple gravity collapse?

There is a debate
between various engineers on other sites regarding what type of charges would be needed.
Perhaps all that is needed to intiate the collapse is to destroy the core. This would explain the antenna dropping before the actual collapse and the deformation of the exterior (walls were pulled inward).
Also a good point to make is regarding evidence removal or tampering (which is criminal).
There are many complaints regarding the fact the government will not release structural drawings of the WTC and are listed as classified. Without these documents it is impossible to model the collapse with any degree of certainty.

and I cant wait for it to be archived so I can listen to it, however I must say I don't think its a good idea for 9/11 Truth people to be affiliated, heard, on such bullshit radio shows as this "Richard Syrett" show.
