Erik Prince’s connections read like a who is who of the 9/11 suspects and war profiteers.
If like me you have come to the realization that the official conspiracy theory about the events of 9/11 is impossible and that the body of scientific evidence proves that 9/11 was an inside job than you have to wonder how the perpetrators and planners could realize their ideologies. You have to wonder about how they could form a cadre of men prepared to ruthlessly kill Americans to further their own greedy agenda. This is one possible way.

Methods of Tyranny.

You could probably ask Paul Wellstone, MLK Jr, JFK, RFK, and JFK Jr about how these murderous assholes keep control of their power and shut down dissenting voices as well.

You could probably add Gandhi and Malcolm X to that list as well. Blackwater must be rooted out. www.couragecampaign.org

Joseph Smidtz, Blackwater's Crazed Catholic

Joseph Schmidtz, Blackwater's vice chairman, is a suspected member of the right wing ultra secret Opus Dei Catholic organization. He is also tied to the Bush family by marriage, Jeb Bush's wife's side I believe.
Opus Dei hearkens back to the military wing of the crusades exemplified by the Knights of Malta (still in existence today and very much tied to Vatican hierarchy). Mass killing to rid the "Catholic" Christian shrines in the Holy Land from Saracens (Muslims) was a Vatican endorsed policy. Control of these lands today and the Arab Middle East is vital to the goals and thinking of right wing Catholics and Fundamentalist Christians. It's not a stretch to wonder if these groups would likewise employ either directly or indirectly, the uses of deadly force to achieve their goals. We're talking about religious fanaticism here. This kind of fanaticism has killed vast numbers people in the past in the name of Christianity. Why shouldn't the present be any different?
Blackwater or groups very much like them could be investigated for their roles in the demolitions of the World Trade Buildings on September 11, 2001.

Opus dei and the knights

If you open the PDF embedded in the All you need is a crazy rich guy part 4, you will see that the connection between Joseph Schmitz is the fact that he is married to the sister of the wife of Jeb.
He is a knight of the order of Malta. but this order is not the original order. The original order was dismantled by the pope and a group of fanatics reestablished it. Erik Prince is of protestant upbringing but converted to Catholicism. His first wife died of cancer and she had two catholic masses
performed in her name.

my guess

my guess is that they have levels of operation (Malta, Opus, whatever) with militant sections well isolated from the main orgs so dirty fingerprints can't be traced back. These secret orgs are extremely hierarchical, and I could imagine that a select few are carefully screened and invited into what amounts as the modern day version of Knights Templar, or "crusaders", charged with advancing ultra christian military objectives.
I've just started on Scahill's book. Thanks for posting this. I think this is the key. You start by looking for fanatics who are well indoctrinated with secret keeping and psycho-religious agendas....and then the door begins to open. It's not an easy task, and it requires a considerable degree of miracle working, which I believe is in fact possible.
