MUST SEE: Student Tasered after asking Kerry questions 9/17/07 - ACTION ALERT

The video link below will disgust you. A student asks questions then
is dragged away and tasered. This is the end of our great republic
unless we take a stand and do something about it. After watching the
video call the university and demand the firing of the officers who
acted brutally to crush the passion and voice of this student.

Copy and paste this link below:

Even though you may or may not agree with the student's question he should
not have been treated in such a way.

Please call to express your concerns about this horrific incident:

Forward this information along to fellow Americans you know.

I keep hearing that the pigs

I keep hearing that the pigs should be ashamed of themselves.... I think that's a given.. but what about the 200 or so sheeple just sitting there watching it happen??!!!!!!!!!! Now that's who should be ashamed of themselves.... that's exactly how the criminals know they can get away with 9/11 and the implementation of the police state.. ...

Good Point

Fear is a powerful weapon used by those who have the facade of authority, i.e. a uniform, guns, weapons, a badge and a group.

Truth should be the Final Authority.

However too many people / sheeple have cowered to Authority as Truth.

When will America wake up?

Deeply concerned.

When a society is Mass Programmed by FEAR and FALSE AUTHORITY with CRIMINAL ELEMENTS
in the GUISE of FALSE GOVERNMENT it's INEVITABLE ENSLAVEMENT AND DESTRUCTION IS TRAGIC AND IMMINENT.

Unless Constitutionalists awaken and a movement towards True Justice and Freedom According the the Principles of the Founding Fathers, American society faces the fires of fascism and total collapse.

The Consitution is a DOCUMENT OF COURAGE.

1776 SHOULD AND OUGHTA TO BE A BURNING LIGHT IN THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF EVERY TRUE AMERICAN!

NOT BRITNEY SPEARS, MADDONA, PARIS HILTON!!!!

I wonder what Andrew Jackson or George Washington would say to the sorry state of affairs here now in the US.

911 happened because too many people have forgotten about 1776.

Remember Oklahoma City 1995 was also carried out internally.

Who is greater?

FALSE FLAG TERROR ARCHITECTS FROM CRIMINAL ELEMENTS IN THE AMERCIAN EXCUTIVE AND THE MILITARY-MEDIA- FINANCIAL- INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE?

The WILL OF THE PEOPLE will outweight the Criminal Elements of a Corrupt Few who have lied, manipulated and murdered.

Remember the FEMA CAMPS are for the masses.

DO NOT FORGET THE LESSONS OF NAZI GERMANY
OR THE ROOTS OF THE BUSH CABAL'S LINK TO THE NAZIS.

THEY WERE NAZIS EVEN BEFORE THE NAZIS IN GERMANY.

The thousands of dead americans on 911 is indicator of how much they value American Life.

American Life is EXPENDABLE to the Criminal Elements.

Are we expendable? To be traded with and snuffed out for a PNAC Agenda?

Are 70 thousand First Responder Lives (Most Likely ALL AMERICANS) expendable?

Were the firemen and police men who tried their best to rescue people and were murdered on that tragic day expendable?

Is the TRUTH EXPENDABLE?

ARE YOU EXPENDABLE?

I say NO!

This is time for Courage.

There IS a Weapon FAR FAR Greater than Fear.

That was the Weapon that Forged the Consitution.

USE IT.

This is "Campus cops" at work again

isn't it? So when the phuck are people going to start fighting back against these fascist freaks?
I totally agree I can not imagine just sitting there and doing nothing at all, that shows these fascist that they can do anything they damn well please to the sheeple and wont even get a baaaah baaaah in return, How sickening.
I know people keep repeating the mantra of "peaceful this peaceful that, non violence etc" but I got news for you that ship sailed in the 60s.
We are dealing with fascist lunatics today along the same vein as 1930s Nazi's do you honestly think that peaceful protest by the German public would have stopped Hitler?
If we don't stand up and start taking OUT the propaganda arm of this Neofascist Government (Faux News) and I do mean literally then they are going to win, end of subject.

Peaceful protest today are like pissing in a stiff breeze.

Your comment makes little

Your comment makes little sense whatsoever. Do you understand how painful being tased actually is?

campus police, etc.

I agree the 9/11 movement needs to take it to a new level. We are dealing with fascist maniacs and sticking flowers in rifles is not going to get us anywhere. Campus police obviously have a whole different brand of authority...students on campuses everywhere need to recognize and deal with this new threat to their freedom.

Delicious comment. I'm sure

Delicious comment. I'm sure you'll appreciate being tased the next time you say something unsavoury in public.

Try it- might be "entertaining"

If you think the police did such an entertaining, good job, why don't you remove one of your spark plug wires with the engine running for a quick 30-100KV, depending upon your ignition system. This would likely give a firsthand perspective on the matter.

Then go read the Constitution, particularly that First Amendment part, and the Fourth and Fifth while you're at it.

No, YOU are the kind 'asking for it'.

(Best report me to nearest "DHS" agent. Maybe the one sitting next to you?)

To, disobey: "To refuse or fail to follow an order or rule."

But why?

It is first to my conscience (like Constitution), upon which I affirm unflinching loyalty, ever at risk of life and limb or threat of incarceration, to uphold and defend a bed rock of liberty and justice; my inalienable human right to think, to speak, to print, to pray, to assemble with others peaceably or even to plan for united repulsive WAR if need be, and to endlessly hold to account and seek redress of grievance in all matters of inequitable governance.

When ANY governance ceases to be civil through demonstrating a consistent or growing disregard for the First Principal (no matter the eloquence, or lack thereof in ones expression)... then that governance through its agents in uniform or badge, cease to be civil themselves... and thus may condemn such a setting to be changed by blood.

Bloodless is my first choice, yet uncivil governance may demand its own blood be let. I swear it.

If I had been so unfortunate a witness in that room, and experienced first hand what must be seen diluted through this lesser and distant interconnection.... who knows.... I myself may have been transformed into a Cop Killer on such a sad day as that.

Wake up, my friends. Wake up my families. Wake up, my good country men and women. We can pull the plug through means of purse and patronage to more quietly asphyxiating our own oppressors... and rebuild, re-invent, and renaissance from a tough but better place... than to destroy too much and kill far too many than need be.

May ANY good god inspire We to choose more wisely than in times past.

That is some F@$ked up S#!t...

I have never seen such bully boy tactics carried out in the open as that, sickening and dispicable.

Free Speech - Entry Fee a few jolts with 50,000 volts.

Damn dude.... that was even worst...

some serious 5 minutes of continuous torture...

What happened to the cops ?

It's horrible bastards like that, that smear decent police.

Thanks for that (I think)

Best wishes

This is absolutely disgusting....

How can this be allowed to happen. I have been calling the University all morning and also have been writing CNN encouraging them to cover this story more. Overtly fascist tactics such as this cannot be tolerated otherwise our right to free speech is severely compromised. Even though the question the student was asking was not related to 9/11 all truthers should be moved to action by this video as all of us could easily imagine the same thing happening to us. Without solidarity our movement will fail. Please take the time to call the University police department and express your outrage. Let them know the whole country is against them and they cannot get away with this.

Leftist Blogs Defend Police

Leftist Blogs Defend Police Brutality In Student Tazering
Partisan bickering obscures heart of the issue as Fox News, MSNBC set up phony debate by making Kerry's behavior focus of story, not oppressive actions of thug cops

Media coverage of a University of Florida student being tazered by cops for asking a question didn't spark a debate about ongoing police brutality and political persecution, but instead prompted partisan bickering and mindless ninnying about John Kerry's behavior during the incident, while leftist blogs defended the actions of the police.

Andrew Meyer was grabbed by cops yesterday after he asked the former presidential candidate why he didn't challenge the rigged election of 2004 and about his membership of the skull and bones secret society. Meyer asked police what he was being arrested for as they dragged him to the back of the University Auditorium before manhandling him to the ground.

Another detail left out of press reports is Meyer's political affiliation - he is not a Neo-Con who was attempting to put John Kerry on the spot as Fox News has tried to portray - he was a 9/11 truther. Meyer links to the 9/11 Mysteries documentary from the home page of his website.

I find the moment the police

I find the moment the police came into action somewhat strange, the student waves the book as if to say, NOW! See for yourself. Of course, the skull en bones remark just before could already have triggered them but still. Look at it again.

Unfortunately...

I thought the term blowjob is what really got people uncomfortable. Like oh.. if he is going to say blowjob, what is next.. we need to stop this guy. Just my observation.

In a different shot it is

In a different shot it is heard that the mike is cut just before they grab him so the waving seems accidental in retro (we're not always right the first time...)

Unreasonable

You seem to imply the student signaled the cops to take action. I don't get that impression watching the vid. I just think he's an animated type and was quite excitable. I applaud his courage.
Also. I don't think Kerry can be faulted. Not that I am a fan of Kerry but in all fairness, he can be heard 2 or 3 times saying he wanted to answer the question. It was the rent-a-cops who were being totally unreasonable, especially since the student offered to leave.

What's nexted?..............

They going to pull out their guns ,and shoot people for asking questions? What is pure bullshit is our politicians work for us! Since when is expecting them to answer us unamerican?
Just like when they run from all our 9/11 questions.

I agree

The incident was totally unacceptable. And if the public does not make that fact known, it will get worse.

If we can get the exact wording of the question asked, people should ask this same question every time John Kerry appears in public. Questions about Skull and Bones should be all Kerry hears from now on.

It's not the answer that matters, it's the right to ask, especially in that kind of forum.

He actually asked 3 good questions:

1) Why didn't you (Kerry) challenge an obviously fraudulant election?

2) Why aren't we impeaching Bush, when Clinton was impeached for so much less?

3) Were you and Bush both simultaneous members of Yale's Skull & Bones secret society?

For that he gets beaten up & Tasered by cops in front of everyone.

9/11 Truth ends the 9/11 Wars

Yes they were...

good questions, however they needed to be creampuff questions like what do you think of Brittney Spears? Not hardball questions like what do you think about the gag order on Sibel ?.............WAKE UP AMERICA!

Papers Please?

The non-reaction of the students does not surprise me. Some of you may have heard of Kitty Genovese, who was raped and stabbed to death in partial view of dozens of witnesses in New York.

“One dynamic brought forth was the Bystander Effect. This theory speculates that as the number of bystanders increases, the likelihood of any one bystander helping another decreases. As a result, additional time will pass before anyone seeks outside help for a person in distress. Another hypothesis is something called the Diffusion of Responsibility. This is simply a decrease in the feeling of personal responsibility one feels when in the presence of many other people. The greater the number of bystanders, the less responsibility the individual feels. In cases where there are many people present during an emergency, it becomes much more likely that any one individual will simply do nothing.

In essence, the 38 witnesses felt no responsibility to act because there were so many witnesses. Each one felt that the other witness would do something. Social psychology research supports the notion that Catherine Genovese had a better chance of survival if she had been attacked in the presence of just one witness.”

Diffusion of responsibility is compounded by the fact that we are trained from infancy to respect authority and basically do as we’re told.

More disturbing than the non-action by students (at least some of whom were presumably upset by what they were witnessing) is the snickering and cheering and the despicable apologetics by liberals after the fact.

It is clear from the video that there was no need to taser the young man. He was outnumbered twelve to one. He could have been removed without further incident. Shocking him was essentially an exercise in sadism.

If you read the threads on this incident over at Democratic Underground, at least half of all posters are speaking out in support of the police officers and condemning the young man for being “disruptive”. These are the same people who applaud acts of civil disobedience against the Bush administration and vehemently condemn police brutality when directed (for example) at peace protesters.

The lesson? Divide and conquer works. Misplaced psuedo-tribal loyalty can easily trump principle and transform "progressives" into cheerleaders for the police state. If that were a Republican on stage, the folks at DU would be united in outrage.

I hope the kid sues the University of Florida. For millions. He should name each campus cop in the suit and drive every one of them into bankruptcy. Money is all anyone in this wretched country understands anymore. It's all anyone pays attention to. Constitutional America

There has to a Re-Awakening and TRUE Understanding of the Constitution.

This document shone as a light and inspiration for over 200 years for many governments and law making bodies around the world.

History is ripe with people and True Defenders of Freedom ( in its true sense) who were inspired by the intent and purpose of this sacred document.

He (Mister Bring-It-On) thinks the Constitution is a g-dmd piece of paper.

With Polite Fury that is.

There are TOO MANY BENEDICT ARNOLDs out there who have sold out their own Country and Countrymen and expect to get away with it.

Those who under-estimate the WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE are in for a Shock.

Twice.

This man who calls himself commander in chief and slanders the Constitution and the American people with it.

Is going to find the CONSTITUTION TALKING BACK TO HIM.

That "g-d" piece of paper. He says.

Through the Voices of the 2900+ people who died on that terrible day.

Through the Voices of those TENS of THOUSANDS who were DELIBERATELY POISONED BY CHRISTINE TODD WHITMAN, RICE AND FRIENDS.

(THAT INCLUDES MSNBCFOXCNNCBSABC) who should have done the humanitarian thing and reported the obvious truth on the OBVIOUS environmental threat.

You can rest assured it WILL SHINE BRIGHTLY as more and more people wake up.

THIS TRUE COMMANDER IN CHIEF IS GOING TO BRING IT.

I’ve talked to three people present for the meeting that day and they all confirm that the President of the United States called the Constitution “a goddamned piece of paper.”

And, to the Bush Administration, the Constitution of the United States is little more than toilet paper stained from all the shit that this group of power-mad despots have dumped on the freedoms that “goddamned piece of paper” used to guarantee.

Hi DemB.LeeStyles,

This is basically what I told the Univ. of Florida PD [Progressive-bashing Dept.?] answering machine after being transferred 3 times. I couldn't resist blurting "fascists!" as I was hanging up. We can't let this stand- it is time to take back our Constitution (along with our right to free speech and to redress the government- represented by U.S. Senator Kerrey, as I told the UFPD machine when I called earlier today).

Complaint forms are online at:

We should call attention to the following Taser information as well:

http://www.alternet.org/rights/44455/
(especially note tasers used on: " 'passive resisters,' like the protesters demonstrating against Florida Governor Jeb Bush's attendance of a Rick Santorum fundraiser in Pittsburgh on Oct. 9...") This could turn into a political albatross for Bush the Middle, much like his older brother's inept and morally bankrupt administration.

George W. Bush: [on the Iraqi insurgency] They're not happy they're occupied. I wouldn't be happy if I were occupied either.

Narrator: While Bush was busy taking care of his base and professing his love for our troops, he proposed cutting combat soldiers' pay by 33% and assistance to their families by 60%. He opposed giving veterans a billion dollars more in health care benefits, and he supported closing veteran hospitals. He tried to double the prescription drug costs for veterans and opposed full benefits for part-time reservists. Hmm

Have you actually watched them, DBLS? The 2nd one, at around ~4 min. left : "john kerry is a prick.... had it been gw bush speaking, had it been a republican, he would have been telling those officers 'lay your hands off that guy..'... " etc..
:S im not so sure how great those points are

Tasers can kill

Many taser victims have died after tasering.

What you find is that the coroner often cites a "heart attack" as the "cause of death"...well, what was the "cause of the heart attack"? It's *known* that voltage discharge can produce heart arrythmia. This is exacerbated by adrenaline or amphetamines [or COFFEE] to greatly increase the likelihood of cardiac arrest.

Attempted murder caught on video. The young man should *sue*.

yeah man, its scary and

yeah man, its scary and thats what really pisses me off. they give all these cops tasers because its "less lethal" than guns and obviously thats true but if these guys didnt have tasers do you think they would have shot him? no, and he wouldnt have possibly been hurt. they figure they have the things they might as well use them when given an oppurtunity. disgusting. i have heart troubles myself, if i got tasered i might die. like i said, this could be any one of us gettting tasered in the future. scary thought.

i think the point is that it

i think the point is that it shouldnt have been an issue in the first place. he shouldnt have had to cooperate with them because they shouldnt have been in his face in the first place. as far as the tasering itself, he was already on the ground and clearly not in a position to get up and hurt any of the officers who shouldnt have tackled him in the first place. there was no good reason to taser this man, he was not a threat and was already on the ground.

Laws are only words written

Laws are only words written on paper, words that change on society's whim and are interpreted differently daily by politicians, lawyers, judges, and policemen. Anyone who believes that all laws should always be obeyed would have made a fine slave catcher. Anyone who believes that all laws are applied equally, despite race, religion, or economic status, is a fool. ~John J. Miller, And Hope to Die

The Eleventh Day of Every Month

Nope its you that doesn't understand

you are dead wrong. He did exactly what he should have done which was resist what was clearly a illegal action/arrest by a bunch of fascist rent-a-pigs.

WHO CLAIM AUTHORITY AS TRUTH IN ORDER TO ASSAULT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AT LARGE.

911 was a starting shot on the Assault on the American People.

THAT IS WHAT THE FEMA CAMPS ARE ABOUT.

What is Considered a Threat are Those who Stand up for the Truth and are SEEKING ANSWERS.

The Gestapo thinks it calls the shots.

It is time give them some pause.

The answer is in the Constitution.

A Burning Light.

"However, when the police tell you to do something, you need to do it.

And then deal with it later.

In that sense, he brought it on himself."

I could not DISAGREE with this statement MORE.

Symptoms of the Police State Mentality.

Oh Yes. Resistance is Futile.

I don't think so.

IT IS NOT THE BADGE THAT HAS THE AUTHORITY.

ITS THE CONSTITUTION.

Those men who carved out the Constitution 200 years ago would have DISAGREED.

Good News

I just noticed this "incident" just made the MSM. I guess we are not the only ones who were outraged........Impeach Bush and Cheney NOW!

The Law

“When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan v. State, 57 Ind. 80; Miller v. State, 74 Ind. 1.

“These principles apply as well to an officer attempting to make an arrest, who abuses his authority and transcends the bounds thereof by the use of unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual who unlawfully uses such force and violence.” Jones v. State, 26 Tex. App. I; Beaverts v. State, 4 Tex. App. 1 75; Skidmore v. State, 43 Tex. 93, 903.

“An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery.” (State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260).

“Each person has the right to resist an unlawful arrest. In such a case, the person attempting the arrest stands in the position of a wrongdoer and may be resisted by the use of force, as in self- defense.” (State v. Mobley, 240 N.C. 476, 83 S.E. 2d 100).

“One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance.” (Adams v. State, 121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910).

"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot." - Mark Twain

All of this USED to be the law

sadly this is no longer a country governed by LAWS but by Reich wing Fascist MEN.
We are currently as close to a fascist totalitarian police state as this country has ever been and if We the People do not stand up and fight against such fascism EVERY SINGLE TIME it rears its ugly head then we deserve exactly what we got coming, same as the German people in the 30s.

16, 48 S.E. 910).

This is what EVERYONE should be doing from here on out, when someone screams for help then GD HELP THEM! just don't stand there like a freaking idiot.
