Made it through the first week!

I've been somewhat plagued by technical difficulties, but then again doing a show over skype is just asking for trouble so all things considered it's not that bad. During the second show my kitty unplugged my headset from the comp while I was talking to a caller who fortunately was still motormouthing it when I got it plugged back in a few minutes later. Then last night the skype went down completely and I rejoined the show a few minutes later by phone haha. And I still can't hear myself on the headset.

Also, I made an intro for the show that was supposed to debut last night but at the last minute it wouldn't play and a song that isn't even on my playlist was played as the intro instead. Oh well!

Luke is going to be joining me as co-host of the show sometime soon. We just have to work out the details and get it going. We'll be broadcasting live from NYC for a week in May.

Upcoming guests include Sofia of 9/11 Mysteries, Richard Gage of Architechs and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and the inimitable Roy Shivers. I don't know who's coming on when but I'll let y'all know. Plus more 9/11 truth activism than you can shake a stick at!

Great show. I have just checked out the first episode and can't wait to hear more. Positive approach and spot on! Thanks for putting this together. This show even provoked some interesting and well researched callers who had good points to offer....Look forward to more heavy SF events with you man..Keep it up and you help keep us all motivated!

I was the caller who thanked Luke for the DVD's. As I said on the show, being a full-time teacher and parent, it's not easy to get down to Ground Zero or DC for protests. However, I have been active on-line and have also given out several dozen DVD's, books, and articles pertaining to 9/11 Truth.

The people I have reached are at all ends of the political and social spectrum. I've had this conversation and given info to lily-white, flag-waving conservatives who watch FOX - but also to the other extreme - an anti-government 70's child and son of former Black Panther members.

My folks in Florida tell me that now, even their neighbors, who are otherwise "conservative" and "patriotic" retirees, have begun to question 9/11. They now know the official story is a lie.

I think it's important to empower those who are not able to be active on the street or who may live in remote areas. Look at it this way - what I've been doing, and what others are doing, is planting seeds. We may not get "converts" outright when giving out a DVD or David Ray Griffin book, but what we are doing is helping the ideas take root. Germination for many of these people will take effect when they feel "comfortable" to talk more about it - to raise more questions.

Patience is key, here. My own path to 9/11 Truth wasn't overnight. Likewise, many of these 9 to 5 types - Home Depot shoppers - water cooler talking types require time to at least be comfortable asking questions. More months are then required for them to pursue those questions on their own.

The beauty of this movement is the notion of discovery. As an educator, this is the method that I find works best for kids to make a learning experience genuine. I might give a kid an answer. If I do this, it will only have a marginal and temporary effect. If I give a kid the means to discover his own answers to his own questions, then the experience becomes permanent and genuine. 9/11 Truth activists might vary in their types of involvement. But one thing they all seem to share is their ability to think critically and to reach their own conclusions. Their discoveries have been genuine.

In this sense, our movement is not just a path toward truth, but also a DELIBERATE REJECTION of the mainstream media which promotes a system that is fearful of us and our type of thinking. The MSM relies on people wanting to be spoonfed ideas and how to think. I think televised news media is dying before our eyes. As we all take strides toward the truth, we expose the shortcomings and the lies of the MSM.

We are a mainstream political reality. The tipping point is upons us.

Whatever you may do - waving a banner on the street, or slipping a dvd into a co-worker's mailbox - is all an effort toward the same goal. Continue to make connections in as many ways as possible.

I think Dz is being too hard on himself in regards to the site, it's kicking a lot of ass dude! Comparing the blogger to wack sites like crooks & liars and dailykos, technically in may respects they're actually behind or just catching up to the level of functionality and aesthetics here. The only advantage sites like those still have over the blogger is traffic, but this place is still growing just like they had to also, and so I expect it to blow up to at least a similar size and possibly over take those clowns eventually. Don't give yourself such a hard time man!
