(CBS) NEW YORK The son of a 9/11 first responder who is in dire need of a lung transplant will have a front-row seat at tomorrow's State of the Union address. He's going to Washington as a special guest of Sen. Hillary Clinton to raise awareness about his father's illness, which is believed to be a direct result of the toxic air on the tragic day.
"I want to say to President Bush not to forget the World Trade Center victims. They are heroes, and they should be treated as such," Ceasar Borja Jr. told CBS 2. Borja says his critically ill father will be with him in spirit tomorrow when he attends the President's State of the Union speech. The 21-year-old college student will be wearing his NYPD father's uniform coat, his watch, and his pants.
"I'm representing him. I'm representing all the other heroes so I feel that it's fitting that I wear what they wear," he said.
Borja Sr. is a retired NYPD officer and was a First Responder on September 11. He's now in the intensive care unit of Mt. Sinai Hospital awaiting a lung transplant because he suffers from pulmonary fibrosis -- a disease doctors believe he got from working at Ground Zero after the attack.
Borja Jr. wants Bush to allocate more money to treat the medical needs of 9/11 first responders.
"I want him to see a boy that represents New York City, a victim of everything that's happened following 9/11," he said.
The Hunter College journalism student will accompany Sen. Clinton, who was with him today as he spoke at Ground Zero to explain the need for federal funds for victims like his father. "It's really painful for me to be here so close to where my father contracted this disease and I am being strong for my family, for my friends, for my father -- but it is hard. That is why i need the help of the government," he told the crowd.
Other 9/11 responders who have related diseases will also be in the audience for President Bush's speech. Borja Jr. says he also wants to raise awareness about the need for organ donors.
Doctors say his father -- and other first responders with lung diseases -- won't survive without transplants.

Pretty much a guarantee she's in the White House, she'll argue that Rudy didn't help the responders, and that she wants to help them.
And the masses will say "OH! The total opposite of what we are mad at, Male Republicans....We'll show them by electing a Female Democrat!"

State of the Union.
Regardless of how this great American and family member got into the State of the Union speech, be it Clinton's political savvy or her genuine concern, he will have the opportunity to raise the public awareness of the 9/11 truth movement. This is great news in my opinion. If he chooses to disrupt the speech with questions of our leaders or displays other acts of defiance he will definitely gain my respect. Only in America it seems we have to endure such poltically correct and stifling politeness during our national assemblies. I prefer the shouting and passionate debate displayed in many other countries around the world when their leaders meet to discuss issues of national importance. We'll see. But this is great news that family members will be allowed to view the President's speech in person. I hope this raises attention for their family members and for the American people in general. Peace.

The State of the Nation Speech isn't until tonight.
We will have plenty of time to discuss any event or non-event that his presence plays after the Speech.
For all I know his presence may be ignored by the mass media or Clinton might be delivering him as a promise to Mr. Bush to use as an example for his health insurance program. More unnecessary legislation that will just cost us more of our Constitutional rights and/or money.
Ms. Clinton is not above doing what King George wants her to do. If she were there wouldn't be any necessity for the 9/11 Truth Movement. She is a Senator from New York and could have acted years ago when they were illegally removing the evidence prior to the required investigations for insurance purposes.
BTW / FOX News (Channel 5, NY) did a piece about the 9/11 Dust. They said that a billion dollars was put into some kind of insurance company which hasn't made any claim payments to date but paid about $50 million in administration and overhead expenses. Mostly lawyers to defend against litigation.

what would be more appropriate would be every Congressman to grab a dagger and Caesar his ass.
However this poor guy will only be used for cheap political gain then thrown out the door and forgotten.
I can only hope that he uses this opportunity that he has been given to shout MURDERER!.
Of course since I'm sure he cant shout anymore because his lungs are toast then he will just be used.
Honestly if it were me and I was in his shoes and I knew that I only had a few months to live I would try my best to smuggle in a Glock 9mm and put this country out of its misery.
