Elect candidates for 911 truth.
It has become abundantly clear to a majority of the American people, not to mention the rest of the world, that the Bush administration has utterly failed to conduct a satisfactory investigation into the events of 9/11. There has been no satisfactory explanation for the failure of our air defenses on that day, and the suspicion that the government itself was complicit in the attacks is widespread and growing rapidly. Since the 9/11 attacks have been used by the Bush administration to justify its so-called "war on terror" at home and abroad, causing the loss of fundamental civil liberties as well as tens of thousands of lives, the failure to properly investigate those attacks is inexcusable and intolerable. We are bitterly disappointed and equally outraged by the failure of the mainstream media and Congress to demand action by the executive branch befitting of a democratic republic.We therefore plead, with the utmost urgency, that the American people do everything possible to elect people to office who will stand up to those in power, defend our right to know the full truth about the events of Sept. 11, 2001, and restore peace and our constitutional rights.

Hey, lets politely ask genocidal mass murderers plotting World War III to pretty-please stop being so gosh darn nasty!
Why are people still wasting their time with petitions? Petitions are helpful when middle-school students want to stop the principal from removing the cafeteria soda machines. Petitions are perhaps decent when you want to persuade a local town council member to reconsider a zoning ordinance.
However activists who are still wasting time with signatures on 9-11 truth need to get a grip on reality. The forces are in place for WWIII right now outside Iran, and NATO is positioned in Lebanon outside Syria. Another false flag attack may be imminent.
And we are sending these ridiculous pieces of paper nicely asking them to pull back from the War of Civilizations?
Lets get it clear: emailing your congressman about WTC7 and the NORAD stand down, or sending some passive petition is probably the single largest waste of time any activist can make.
Here are some other, more effective suggestions:
1) Make calls to radio show hosts and warn other prisoners by using radio as a megaphone:

2) Interrupt and harass (with non-violent means) neocon apologists during their speeches like the Infowars/PNACitizen team did, and try to tape it & post on YouTube.
3) Put signs on high-way overpasses about the 9-11 inside job.
4) Put 9-11 DVD's and pamphlets on cars during a busy Sat. night at the movie theatre, mall, etc
These are just a few of the creative things that a small guerilla group can do. Wasting time with signatures only gives a shortcut to the FBI to put your name in some hellish TIA database of future "enemy combatants."
It would be amazing if Bob Bowman wins in Florida and takes 9-11 truth mainsteam. But what he needs right now is campaign donations (money) and not petitions. He needs volunteers to canvass and make phone calls.
Let's get down to business and move away from hopeless dead-end activism.

Or, take 30 seconds or so, and simply add your name to the list. If it accomplishes nothing, then no big loss. However, it would certainly take much less time then the rant you just posted.

Ughhhh...what I posted was suggestions for alternative activism.
SomeBigGuy: I love 911Blogger. But your post exemplifies the problem. Plenty of people put their name on a list and consider that activism. Well, maybe it won't hurt. But with WW III potentially a few weeks away, I think we need a radical reassessment of our tactics.
Will a petition hurt? No. Will it help? No. So I would say my "rant" is still time better spent. At least I offer solutions that might help a little.
Really, no disrespect meant. I appreciate your work on this site and understand why you think a petition might help. But lets look at the urgency of the situation, in an honest framwork instead of using dried-out ineffective tactics that do nothing but make the signer feel good.

Sorry man, shouldn't have jumped all over you like that. However, I believe we need petitions, we need polls, just to prove that people are asking these questions.
Remember Alex Jones on Showbiz tonight, referencing the CNN poll as evidence that people are asking questions, people do want a new investigation. We need this stuff, its ammunition....

The fact that the real reason for claiming the loss of our RIGHTS is in direct relation to BUSH is SCARED that his country has voiced their opinion that does not coincide with a TYRANT COPORATE CRIMINAL MADMAN. 9-11 was 5 years ago and only now does he protect his side.
HE CAN'T CHANGE THE CONSTITION IT'S ALL A CHANGE TO A PIECE OF PAPER THAT'S MEANT TO WRAP YOUR HEART IN A PRISON OF FEAR TO CONTROL YOUR MIND OUR FOREFATHERS SPOKE OF IT AND PROTECTED EVERY AMERICAN WHO FIGHTS AGAINST.

In no way would corporate America want a country like what happened when Rodney Kin'gs jury came back with a BAD VERDICT let alone months or years of unrest. Crap Bush can't even fight a war in a country 100,000 square miles smaller then Tx.
The precious little country will fail to run which will plunge the economy into a DEPRESSION more then the one it is in if you live in depressed areas of the US.

The point of the petition is not so much to collect signatures but to publicize and endorse the point of view expressed. Please help by writing to all the 911 websites you can and ask them to post a link and preferably the text as well.
