Dr. William F. Pepper, Keynote Address from the "9/11: Revealing the Truth / Reclaiming Our Future" conference, held in Chicago, June 2-4th, 2006

Video produced by members of 911Truth.org, sponsored by 911Truth.org and MUJCA.com.

Dr. William F. Pepper is un-famous as the lawyer who successfully acted for the family of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in a 1999 Memphis Circuit Court trial. The trial, Kings v. Jowers, etal, aka “the Martin Luther King, Jr. Assassination Conspiracy Trial” resulted in this jury verdict;

THE COURT: In answer to the question did Loyd Jowers participate in a conspiracy to do harm to Dr. Martin Luther King, your answer is yes. Do you also find that others, including governmental agencies, were parties to this conspiracy as alleged by the defendant? Your answer to that one is also yes…

More on the MLK trial;
http://www.ratical.org/ratville/JFK/WFPonMLK.html

I say “un-famous” because this verdict was basically omitted from the mainstream, corporate press.

Perhaps the most valuable information transmitted by Pepper in this keynote address is the story of infiltration of the “National Conference for New Politics” in 1967, a movement designed to challenge the political status quo with an anti-war, anti-poverty agenda. Martin Luther King and Dr. Benjamin Spock were to lead this political movement. Pepper describes how agents provacateurs positioned themselves within the nascent party and pushed through highly questionable “unacceptable” resolutions designed to divide the participants. Pepper warns that the 9/11 skeptic community has undoubtedly already been infiltrated by agents bent on dividing, and not uniting.

He warns that America is sliding toward a full oligarchy, with the same rapidity that the oligarchy is being dismantled in Venezuela. He advises people to be cautious of disinformation that is planted with the community that can be easily discredited; strawmen that are thrown up to be knocked by zealots placed within a compromised corporate press. He warns of an uphill struggle, but a worthy struggle.

off topic - Atta and Jarrah footage released

I appologize for the offtopic post. I didn't see a recent open thread...

http://culhavoc.blogsome.com/2006/10/01/recently-released-tapes-of-atta-...

Damn, I wish my last name was Spock, too.

Any horny, filthy rich, stunning looking Ms. Spock reading this?

Ok, now back on topic. Not that anyone accuses me of infiltration here :o)

Well, what can you say? It's damn obvious that there is intentional disinfo going on - just look at Nico "Special FX" Haupt. Fortunately, most of us see through the bullshit and don't get mingled up in pointless infighting. Unfortunately, many of us still engage in equally pointless waste of time with the cyber disinfo squads. Is Mark pomeroo?

But most fortunately, none of this was sufficient to contain us. Onwards, fellow truthers!

First witness: Pete Zeluski's account

Watching the Dateline show aired several weeks ago, we get the account of air traffic controller Pete Zeluski at Boston's Logan Airport. He's the first person to get an inkling that something is wrong on 9/11. He first witnesses the Flight 11 going off course, then radio contact is lost. Then the transponder is shut off. Then the plane makes a left turn to the South.

Then Zeluski says he hears "foreign voices." As he listens, he says "I felt from those voices...the terror."

One of the supervisors, Don Jeffroy, was also on Dateline, backing up Zeluski's account. The key words from the transmission were "We have more airplanes" which Jeffroy confirmed he heard.

To fellow truthers: these are the first people to know something is wrong. They are professionals, doing a job. Why should they lie? Their "eye-witness" account would be as strong in court as anyone else giving account.

Doesn't it tell us that Flight 11 was hijacked by a foreigner with a Middle Eastern voice? Could Zeluski have been deceived by a voice transmission from another source?

Since Zeluski and Jeffroy are pros at using sophisticated equipment, what is the likelihood that they could be tricked into believing these voices were actually coming from the plane?

Do we have any air traffic controllers on board the truth movement, willing to give a different account?

The Dateline video raises a lot of questions.

Am I the only one that sees

Am I the only one that sees the irony in dmcgee77's post. I hope not.

Sorry, I don't. What's

Sorry, I don't. What's ironic about it?

Irony? ...or just American stupidity?

A.K. Dewney is back on the speaking circuit, asking tough questions of his own on GCN/RBN? yesterday... We know the phone calls were faked, and aside from the 'round hole,-square-peg' -problem at the Pentagon, is there any greater sign they lied to us?

Oh yeah, what about the fossilized aluminum canoe that was purported to be the crashed 'commercial' plane?

America simply will not get it in time!

No.....

....you're not....

Can someone

Convert the .avi file please.

agents provacateurs

agents provacateurs positioned themselves within the nascent party and pushed through highly questionable “unacceptable” resolutions designed to divide the participants.

Old dogs, same tricks.

provacateur or truth seeker

No, the truth movement is made up of people who ask questions and seek truth.

Only in the establishment are people labeled provacateurs who ask tough question.

I'm not a mindless follower. I haven't really decided if I fall in the line of LIHOP or MIHOP. There is still so much new evidence unfolding.

Eye witness accounts of professional people doing their jobs that day carry the most weight with me. By the way, that included William Rodriguez, a maintenance worker who heard and witnessed the effects of underground explosions at the WTC.

The movement is made up of people who believe the govt story is bogus, and are calling for an independent investigation. But there is a wide range of beliefs under that umbrella.

Again, I ask, how do you account for the witness on Dateline of air traffic controller Pete Zeluski, who said he heard foreign voices from Flight 11. "I felt from those voices...the terror" he said.

Sounds to me like that would be strong evidence in court of Middle Eastern hijackers on board that flight.

My best friend knows somebody who saw.....

Obviously there are agents in the movement – that is standard operating procedure for intelligence agencies - but I don’t see these agents as doing anything other than establishing their bone fides at the moment. Unless, of course, they are engaged in divisive tactics, such as accusing people of being agents. And anyone who deviates from the orthodox core is accused by someone of being an agent. Anyone who propounds the view that something other than passenger planes were involved in the WTC hits is rabidly attacked on 911Blogger, anyone who postulates that someone other than Mossad is behind the 911 attacks is himself attacked by Eric Huffschmidt, and vice versa. Mini-nukes is disinfo, thermate is disinfo, TV Fakery is disinfo – accusations are flying here there and everywhere - like inserted radar blips on 911.

I think all the disagreements are a healthy sign. If everyone were in agreement, then it would be possible to shatter the movement by, say, releasing twenty videos of Flight 77 hitting the Pentagon. The movement is resilient as long as there are a wide range of possibilities under consideration. And so truth activists have to be able to maintain a fluid working hypothesis, and the ability to do this is, I believe, an evolutionary development. Truth activists have to become proficient at suppressing egotistical urges and continue to function amidst a sea of disinformation and outright lies. This is not easy, and none of us should be surprised if we, or any of our fellow activists, fail to achieve a perfect record in this regard.

Thank You Shrapnel

Very well said...

What I would like to see is a forum where we can look at all the new evidence and testimonies and discuss them in a rational fashion.

I am glad you put that

I am glad you put that speach up, I hadn't seen it. I think it is agout time we all realized that without enough reach into the hearts and minds of the people who don't want to hear about it, it is all over. There is no way any real movement is going to congeal before the elections enought to make a difference. I am not optimistic about this today, i just want to hide and forget it, the compulsion is very strong.

Brilliant quote here from Dr Pepper

"So I’m going to say this group, more then any other that I can think of in terms of a movement, is going to be infiltrated, is infiltrated and there are going to be all kinds of efforts to subvert your work, all kinds of efforts to corrupt your work and all kinds of efforts to discredit you. Please understand that and take it in the spirit in which is being given because this is what will happen and probably is happening. So please your work is too important, your mission is too precious. Be careful in every aspect of the work, make sure your allegations, your claims are well founded because if there not you will be discredited. "

Legislation To Reopen Hearings Into Cointelpro

Press Release: US Congressional Representative
Press Release
September 24, 2006

REP. McKINNEY INTRODUCES LEGISLATION TO RE-OPEN CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS INTO COINTELPRO PAST AND PRESENT

(Washington, DC) Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-GA 4^th ) has introduced legislation calling for a re-opening of the investigations of the 1970's by the United States Select Committee to Study Government Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities chaired by Senator Frank Church which led to startling revelations concerning federal, state and local intelligence and law enforcement agency violations of Constitutional rights of privacy, limits on search and seizure, surveillance, wiretapping and disruption of dissent and protected activities, and massive collection of dossiers by FBI, CIA, NSA, Pentagon, Defense Intelligence Agencies and other local agencies, targeting the civil rights, Native American and anti-war movements of the period and "neutralizing" their leadership and discrediting the efforts for social change over decades.

The most infamous of these abuses was the FBI's COINTELPRO operations, or counter intelligence program, and victims of those attacks remain wrongfully imprisoned to this day. CHAOS, GARDEN PLOT, CABLE SPLICER, LANTERN SPIKE, REX 84 and other programs were carried out by agencies ranging from the CIA to FEMA, including planning for massive arrests and martial law, suspending the Constitution. New laws countered many of these excesses and abuses following from the Church Committee revelations, but not all. Surveillance and disruption, as well as planning and exercises for detention and suspension of civil liberties continued through the 1980s and 1990s against legal domestic organizations supporting democratic movements abroad.

Following the attacks on September 11, 2001, there were immediate calls to renew COINTELPRO-style surveillance, go to Continuity of Government, release intelligence agencies from the restrictions of the Church Committee era laws (which included the establishment of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court to pre-approve Presidential surveillance programs), calls to end the principle of Posse Comitatus, which separates police and military functions, and renewed surveillance and disruption by the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency (NSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Agency (TSA), Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and by certain provisions of the USA PATRIOT ACT and related.

House Resolution 1056, introduced on September 21, provides for release of all undisclosed government files on similar past and present abuses which do not compromise an existing intelligence, agent, source or method, for judicial relief for the past victims of COINTELPRO and other programs, and for the re-opening of Congressional hearings into the historical abuses as well as the current renewal and expansion of similar programs that violate human, civil and Constitutional rights. The bill has been referred to both House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees.

"We still to this day do not know the full scope of the abusive surveillance, targeting, discrediting and disruptive tactics and plans of the past," said Representative McKinney, "and a look back the Nixon era Tom Charles Houston plan, referred to as Œfascist' by Congressional investigators, shows us it is being implemented in full since 9/11. Congress has a responsibility to open oversight hearings into the new abuses as well as their historical context, and to acknowledge and give relief to its victims then and now."
