Edwin corr

Does anyone know who Edwin Corr is? Ruppert mentions him around 9:30 saying he told the guy that it was a gov't operation or something, then says he works at the university of Oklahoma.

Well, I go to OU. I looked up the name Edwin Cor and it came up with Edwin G Corr. It says his department is international programs center, whatever that is.

You guys think I should try to talk to him about this?
