Q: ¾ a year before this maneuver the alleged hijacker Atta practiced three hours in a simulator of a Boeing 727....
There are basic differences between a 727 and 757 / 767’s. 757 and 767 were constructed decades later and are designed for 2 instead for three people in the cockpit; the computers in the 757 / 767 replace the flight engineer ( the third person ) which shows the fundamental differences of the instruments. Even the primary flight instruments are of a new generation. The data is shown on screens and not conventional clock-like instruments you have in a 727. Also you have to check to what extend a Boeing 727-simulator (old plane) is equipped with modern visual systems (modern technique) allowing to practice such crashes as we saw on 9/11 (WTC) and visual flight maneuvers in general.
To sum it up: Atta and his allies must have been real cracks to fly such a complex maneuver with so little practice. Also I find it very interesting that all four planes were 757’s or 767’s which all have identical cockpits. This suggests that the hijackers or whoever else found something very useful in these specific airplane models fitting extremely well in their 9/11 plans.
Q: In all four cases the armed hijackers allegedly gained controll over the planes and the cockpits in a flash. So quick that the pilots neither could send a radio message nor acould type an emergency code into transponder. Is this plausible ?
As far as I know there were very strict procedures regulating the cockpit-access. I can not rule out that hijackers can surprise a pilot in perhaps one situation that he can not send an emergency signal...but four times simultaneously? I can not imagine that at all.

Q: What training and practical experience would you assume for a pilot to fly such a maneuver perfectly? According to witness testimonies from the flight schools the hijackers could not even control small Cessnas.It’s hard for me to answer that; After all previously said things I can say for sure that the 9/11 maneuvers were challenging, even for commercial airline pilots flying these types of aircraft regularly. But I have also already seen non-pilots in the full-flight-simulator that could fly certain maneuvers with surprising precision after long virtual training. Definetely the hijackers would have had to train a lot theoretically (system knowledge) and practically (flight simulator ). When I now hear that they could hardly control a Cessna it’s hard for me to imagine they were in control of the planes on 9/11.

Q: Until today there is no aircraft accident examination report by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) abaout the four airline catastrophes of 9/11. How do you review that ?Obviously the official [..?] do not want the public to know what really happened. Most questions could certainly be cleared out if the given data would be analyzed and made public. In this connection I would like to remind how wreckages of other accidents at the most inhospitable places have been found and analyzed and provided an answer.

I would like to suggest that we make a concerted effort to get Keith Olbermann of Countdown on MSNBC to provide a forum for 9/11 truth. Perhaps if eough people write to him he will consider it. He certainly is anti-Bush and might welcome it. Does anyone think this is a good idea?? I sent the following email to him. His contact information is:

I watch your show and have been pleased see you taking on the Bush administration and their destruction of our rights under the constitution. Unfortunately, no matter how lucid your comments, they will never have the desired effect since most people watching will just sit and nod in agreement.
If we hope to create change and stop this madness there is one sure way - exposing the truth about the events of 9/11. Certainly you are aware of the growing movement of those of us who have serious questions about both what happened that day and who was responsible. You are an intelligent man and I have to believe that you, too, have serious questions. What we need is someone with a large megaphone to present this issue in an unbiased, non-judgmental way. You would be a perfect person to play this role.
It wouldn't be necessary for you to take a public stand - you could just act as a neutral referee. If you could devote a portion of your show for a week to have various people (Dr. David Ray Griffin, Professor Steven Jones, Dr. Kevin Barrett, Nicholas Levis, Kristen Breitweiser) present their ideas and proofs in a neutral environment you could truly be a hero for this generation. With this kind of exposure millions of people would be exposed to this valuable information so that they could make up their own mind about what is true/plausible and what they will do about it.
A further benefit would be the increased likelihood of whistleblowers would be encouraged to come forward. You could even encourage this by suggesting that your show could provide a forum for credible informers to present what they know.
Please consider taking a public stand on this most important issue. Exposing 9/11 truth is the only tool we have left if we hope to salvage our country. Please, please, help.

A current MSNBC poll shows that 61% of Americans believe there is some type of government cover-up. It appears to me that main stream media has chosen not to cover the many important questions we have for fear of losing viewers. I am asking you to please consider some of the crucial facts gathered by the 9/11 truth movement. You do not need to side with us or against us. We are asking you to simply convey facts to the public about the flawed and outlandish assertions by the Bush Administration as to the events of 9/11. Curious how all airplane crashes are all studied very intensivley, big official investigations by the FAA except for the ones that happened on 9/11 2001. So what explaination do the shills use for this example?

With the upcoming signing of the Terror Tribunal Bill by President Bush, it appears that those in the 9/11 Truth Movement could now legally be deemed "unlawful enemy combatants" and punished accordingly.
As Bush has said in speeches leading up to this, those discussing "conspiracy theories" are interfering with the U.S.'s objectives concerning the War on Terror.

`(i) a person who has engaged in hostilities or who has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States or its co-belligerents who is not a lawful enemy combatant (including a person who is part of the Taliban, al Qaeda, or associated forces); or
`(ii) a person who, before, on, or after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, has been determined to be an unlawful enemy combatant by a Combatant Status Review Tribunal or another competent tribunal established under the authority of the President or the Secretary of Defense.

That means anyone, even Americans can be secretly arrested and indefinitely incarcerated by a secret military tribunal. There goes the Bill of Rights and the Constitution (which, remember, is just a "goddamn piece of paper", in his words....well, I guess he meant it).

A video report from CNN's Jack Cafferty says that buried deep within the pending plan to create military tribunals for those suspected of terrorism is amnesty for present U.S. officials.
He said that President Bush "is trying to pardon himself" with the plan, which is in the last stage of congressional endorsement and next will go to the president's desk.
"Here's the deal:" Cafferty said. "Under the War Crimes Act, violations of the Geneva Conventions are felonies, in some cases punishable by death. When the Supreme Court ruled that the Geneva Convention applied to al-Qaida and Taliban detainees, President Bush and his boys were suddenly in big trouble.
"They've been working these prisoners over pretty good. In an effort to avoid possible prosecution they're trying to cram this bill through Congress before the end of the week before Congress adjourns," he said.
"The reason there's such a rush to do this? If the Democrats get control of the House in November this kind of legislation probably wouldn't pass," he said.
Cafferty said the "real disgrace" was that Sen. Bill Frist and U.S. Rep. Dennis Hastert "and their Republican stooges apparently don't see anything wrong with this. I really do wonder sometimes what we're becoming in this country."

Usually AUMF is external, but since "terrorists" attacked the country its directed internally also. (To my understanding) once the AUMF is repealed (if ever, by the next president?) , detention by the military will not be possible.

Easy. Whenever a crime is suspected or involved, the FBI takes over the investigation. The NTSB assisted but is not in charge. This is old news.

We note that there is no rebuttal to the piece posted above. It is one pilot's opinion against those of every pilot in the world. That is the only reason the post was made, to show one dissenting view to the established fact that Arab hijackers had proper training to fly 757s and 767s once in flight and to the end of destroying towers.
You can easily verify this fact for yourself if you care to.

Sometime ago, I went to the NTSB web site itself and read the legislation in detail that enabled or created the NTSB ... It clearly and unequivocally states that, while the AG may determine that the FBI is the lead agency on a given case, this does not alleviate the NTSB of its responsibility to investigate the matter, hold hearings on it, or publish its findings.
The pertinent wording of this legislation was copied out in detail and posted, if memory serves me correctly, towards the end of pinned 80-page "Volume One" thread which you can find here:
