Today, the fourth day of our campaign, we have been inspired by the recent storm brewing over Obama’s Green Jobs Czar, Van Jones’ support for 9/11 truth. Though Van Jones has now attempted to distance himself from the petition he signed, media outlets like FOX News are relentlessly trying to have him fired for having such “lunatic fringe” and “conspiratorial” views. President Obama is facing a firestorm of criticism for his continued support for Jones because of Jones’ past support for 9/11 truth, among other things. The Vice President, the White House Press Secretary, and several members of Congress have already received scientific proof of treason on 9/11, and yet no response. Now one of the President’s trusted advisors is facing intense criticism for believing something which all these government officials have been given solid evidence for and which the Vice President promised he would investigate further. Our path is clear. We must put intense pressure on the President to address this paper by giving it a proper scientific review. The President can help stave off criticism of his trusted advisor, and we can have a real breakthrough for 9/11 truth. You can use the sample letter provided below or write your own. Richard Wolffe is an author, journalist and political analyst who is a frequent guest on many MSNBC political shows. His recent book, Renegade: The Making of a President, is a political biography of Barack Obama based on his experience covering the entire presidential campaign for Newsweek.

He appeared on Michael Medved’s radio show on June 10, 2009 to share his impressions and analysis of President Obama. I decided to weigh in on what Wolffe alleges to be Obama’s biggest weakness, his over-confidence, while attempting to make a quick reference to Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth ( www.ae911truth.org ).

With Obama recently telling the people of the world, including, of course, thousands of 9/11 victims’ family members, to stop questioning the nature of the 9/11 attacks and to reject what their eyes, physical intuition and multitudes of scientists and professionals know to be the case about how WTC 1, 2 and 7 came down, hypocritical and anti-scientific over-confidence is, apparently, the official modus operandi of the White House.

Perhaps you haven't examined the official myth about 9/11, i.e. that it was accomplished solely by Al Qaeda and Bin Laden. Given that Obama made a claim and didn't back it up with any facts- while admitting that elements in the US and Britain conspired to overthrow Mossadegh a half century ago- it's kind of a misnomer to say he "debunked" "9/11 conspiracists". And given the many lies told by Bush Administration principals about 9/11, and given the 9/11 Commission's failure to conduct a full and honest investigation- who's to say what really happened on 9/11?

I don't know if you heard, but the United States has been threatened by someone named Baitullah Mehsud. "Soon we will launch an attack in Washington that will amaze everyone in the world."

I've never heard his name before myself, but historycommons.org has. Apparently Benazir Bhutto named him as one of her possible assassins. According to two reports from Oct. 2008, he died from kidney failure (hat tip to Reprehensor). This wouldn't be the first person to die, and come back from the grave.

Air America conducted a recent poll in which 9,000 or 90% of its respondents would like to see members of the Bush Administration do time in prison for alleged war crimes.

The poll was conducted in response to Joe Klein of Time Magazine's idea that a pardon from President Obama for George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and Donald Rumsfeld for War Crimes "would brand them for crimes without the agony of a trial."

For Air America's respondents, that is not enough. In addition to wanting members of the Bush Administration to serve jail sentences, some would like to see them serve those terms after being subjected to "enhanced interrogation techniques."

The Barack Obama administration is continuing the neo-conservative agenda of US military domination of the world— albeit with perhaps a kinder-gentler face. While overt torture is now forbidden for the CIA and Pentagon, and symbolic gestures like the closing of the Guantanamo prison are in evidence, a unilateral military dominance policy, expanding military budget, and wars of occupation and aggression will likely continue unabated.

The military expansionists from within the Reagan, George H. W. Bush, Clinton, G. W. Bush administrations put into place solid support for increased military spending. Clinton’s model of supporting the US military industrial complex held steady defense spending and increased foreign weapons sales from 16% of global orders to over 63% by the end of his administration.

The neo-conservatives, who dominated the most recent Bush administration, amplified this trend of increased military spending. The neo-cons laid out their agenda for military global dominance in the 2000 Project for a New American Century (PNAC) report Rebuilding America’s Defenses. The report called for the protection of the American Homeland, the ability to wage simultaneous theater wars, to perform global constabulary roles, and to control space and cyberspace. The report claimed that in order to maintain a Pax Americana, potential rivals — such as China, Iran, Iraq, and North Korea — needed to be held in check. This military global dominance agenda required forward deployment of US forces worldwide and increasing defense/war spending well into the 21st century. The result was a doubling of the US military budget to over $700 billion in the last eight years. The US now spends as much on war/defense as the rest of the world combined, making Americans the highest war-tax payers in the world.

A strong advocate of George Bush's NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND program which has reduced high school graduation rate to less than 50%, and that's only those who make it into high school, then only 3% of those that graduate go on to higher education, that's roughly 1.2% of children. 98.8% do not make it to higher education. Children are being 'trained', brainwashed to not care, not question, and not learn. Who controls our textbooks?

OK...I have watched this video probably 30 times by now. The whole video is a huge span of symbolism, current events, and so far it looks like future event could follow.

The video starts off right from the beginning with a comet, which turns out to be "The Guy" coming out of nowhere, down from space. He hits the earth and then is enchained underground. On the surface of the earth, fighter planes are bombing oil fields, war is rampant everywhere, politicians are arguing, while the big corporate monopoly man sits in a room alone watching this all unfold on a bunch of TV screens.

I read Obama's speech carefully two times. One short paragraph near the end of his speech stuck with me because of that old saying "read between the lines".

Here's that paragraph in his inaugural address:

Barack Obama:
To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history, but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist.

I also noticed that he only used the word "true" once and the word "truths" once in his inaugural address along with the word "honesty".

Here's where I found those words in a part of his inaugural address:

President-elect Barack Obama said Wednesday that Al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden remain the "number one threat" to US security, after a new voice recording emerged from the terror group's leader.

"Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda are our number one threat when it comes to American security," Obama told reporters, after the recording warned the president-elect of new fronts in bin Laden's self-styled holy war against Western interests.

"We're going to do everything in our power to make sure that they cannot create safe havens that can attack Americans. That's the bottom line," Obama added.

The 22-minute audio recording, which the US-based Site Intelligence Group said it believes is authentic, was the first commentary from the Al-Qaeda leader in eight months.

This could be a first step toward real justice.

WASHINGTON (AFP) - US President-elect Barack Obama said Sunday he was not ruling out possible prosecution for abuses committed under the George Bush administration, saying no one "is above the law".

"We're still evaluating how we're going to approach the whole issue of interrogations, detentions, and so forth," Obama said in an interview aired Sunday on ABC's This Week program when asked about alleged abuses under Bush.

"Obviously we're going to be looking at past practices and I don't believe that anybody is above the law," Obama said.

But Obama, who takes office on January 20, added that he wanted his administration to focus on tackling problems moving forward, rather than reviewing policies under his predecessor.

"My instinct is for us to focus on how do we make sure that moving forward we are doing the right thing," he said.
