Philly 9/11 Truth takes control of the A28 Impeachment Rally
April 28, 2007, thousands of patriots gathered around the nation calling for impeachment of the Bush administration. Philly 9/11 Truth joined their local event and with the approval of the host, World Can't Wait, delivered a powerful speech educating the open minded about state sponsored terrorism and 9/11. After an array of speakers and performers the event transmuted into a march through the streets of Philadelphia. As the crowd of enthusiastic patriots streamed through the city resounding chants and radiating an intense image, Philly 9/11 Truth seized the stream of impeachment and converted it into a river of truth by co-opting chants and emancipating minds. The following footage is exemplary of how a concerted effort by a small 9/11 Truth brigade can do the work of one hundred men.

Hmm... I need to watch Everybody's Gotta Learn Sometime again. That is a great source of information about the government's actions before and during 9/11. All the stuff is on public record too, so the evidence is about as indisputable as any other political scandal.

I think merging with the peace movement...
Might be easier if we emphasize our goals, which are largely the same as theirs.
-End occupation of Iraq
-Prevent War with Iran
-Accountability/Impeachment/Indictment for Iraq lies
-Stop and repair the destruction of the Constitution
-Greater government transparency, beginning with a new INDEPENDENT investigation into 9/11
(-Stop the NAU agenda)
If they understand that we have almost identical goals, they're more likely to warm up. They should also be made to understand that we don't represent any one particular political ideology or party.

I've tried...
Tirelessly to make these points with the peace movement. They understand that we have the same goals, basically, but still can't understand the importance of 9/11 Truth.
If you have ever tried interacting with the anit-war movement, you would know what I'm talking about (not to say that you haven't). Perhaps they should be the Peace Movement, as opposed to the Anti-War Movement.

Excellent Speeches
I have come to the conclusion that the best way to get people's interest in 9/11 is not to talk about Controlled Demolition, but to start with history (false flag attacks), then motives (Wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Peak Oil, Patriot Act) before moving on to the specifics. That way you are in a better position to overcome the barriers that most people have, "that the government would never do this to its own people". Great speeches.

Good Work but...
I'm looking at these protestors and thinking, man, if I were a CIA officer and I saw that ragtag group of merely a hundred or so demonstrators it would barely warrant a blip on the radar screen for my bosses, and if I were a CIA operative asked to disrupt future demonstrations of that sort I'd think I had landed on easy street. Sorry to be so cynical, and the efforts of Nick2 are really appreciated, but until thousands of people, nay hundreds upon thousands of people are out in the streets of Philly demanding impeachment for 911 Crimes there is not really anything for the 911 Truth movement to be congratulating themselves about. Hopefully, I'll soon be proven wrong, but we need real protests people, not this comfortable safe complaining in front of your computer. Someone, please give me something realistic to be optimistic about here, I've been butting my head trying to convincec others that 911 Lies are important ever since 2002 and Mike Rupert's "Lucy you got a lot of Explaining to do!" timeline, but no-one really wants to hear it. And alas, as each ``blockbuster`` advance of 911 Truth (e.g. "Crossing the Rubicon", New Pearl Harbour, Scholars for 911, Sheen, Rosie, pilots for 911 Truth) occurs, it then fizzles away and, well, here we are now "celebrating" the fact that a hundred or so protestors in a city of 1.5 million people took to the streets. Sorry, but I am very disillusioned by how insignificant we seem to be relative to the awesome powers that oppose us.
Are you organizing in your area?
I bet if you were you wouldn't be so negged out. We need your help so please stop waiting for 1.5 million people to get out in the street before you do. Where do you think it starts?

You may be right, and I can do more / better. That wasn't my point. My point was that in a City of 1.5 million you'd think... never-mind, look, I realize this negativity doesn't do anyone any good. The motive for my post was to get some comments that gave more reason for optimism than what I saw in the video clips, plus maybe some ideas for what people in Philly can do to get more participation / attendance at future protests. Thanks for your response, it was on-target (but not the target I had thought that I'd presented!) Cheers, mate, we'll all get this movement snowballing and soon.

I understand how you feel, I get occasional flashes of real despair, but then I connect with my brothers and sisters in truth and snap out of it.
I see you're on the west coast of Canada. Anywhere near Vancouver? They have an awesome group, very active.
Have you connected with or started a group?
Have you turned all your family members, friends and neighbors on to the truth?
Are you feeling isolated? Can you make the trip to NYC in September?
Do you have any special skills (like web or graphic design) that you can throw into the mix from afar?
The US is 300 million people with a lot of social/political/economic inertia, it's going to take us some time to seize the wheel on this ship of state, but when we do we will turn it pretty fast and sail a true course.
