Actually I take that back. Somebody should send this link to Maher so he can see himself for the imbecile he's proving himself to be by denying something he's either uninformed or in denial about, (or actually gate-keeping.) Either way he's not demonstrating intellligence he claims.

I am sympathetic to all of Lear's perspectives, although I don't either endorse OR reject his supposedly more out-there claims.

I think you will definitely find many Truthers to be very concerned about how his other beliefs will affect the 9/11 Truth message. And frankly, sad as it is, they have very valid reason for their concerns. Unfortunately, you may find these concerns expressed rather harshly and self-righteously, since many people think they know what is credible and what is not (a sad irony, since they themselves stand far outside what other, less informed people accept as credible)

I hope that you and he will be treated with respect, regardless of any particular person't pre-conceived ideas and biases.

I havent seen his other research.

I have seen that he does research other issues. But pilotsfor911truth.org sticks to aviation aspects regarding 9/11. With respect to aviation, John Lear is MORE than qualified to comment and/or contribute.

I do not judge people by their other research, especially when i havent thoroughly looked at the other research.

Bottom line: If you want to attack John Lear based on information provided on pilotsfor911truth.org, please attack the FAA and CIA that let him gain aeronautical knowledge. Not the fact he researches other issues that most people wont touch in fear of a label.

Others wihin "the movement "who ridicule based on his other research, please show us your contributions. Perhaps some recorded calls to the govt trying to get answers might be a good place to start.

Steven Jones wrote a paper about how Jesus visited Native America after the ressurection. It was called Behold My Hands: Evidence for Christ's Visit in Ancient America.

People who question authority are likely to have beliefs, what matters is whether people or Jones are talking sense about 9/11. Determining that requires going beyond questioning their character and examining the logic and evidence they present. It requires work.

Facts

pilotsfor911truth.org doesnt provide 'evidence'. We provide facts based on govt information. If these facts enter a court of law, it will become evidence.

I understand the average layman may question the 'judgement' of certain individuals based on how they conduct their research, but the facts stand alone. Once the average layman has the experience of John Lear (and others within our organization), they will be able to understand the facts. The experience and certificates John Lear holds makes him qualified to comment on the facts. The facts conflict with the govt fairy tale. The NTSB/FBI refuse to correct/explain the conflicts thus far.

If I'd said a few more words maybe I wouldn't have given you the impression that I was trying to attack your work or John Lear. His research in other areas (which, since you ask, I'm pretty skeptical of) has no bearing on what he has to say about 9/11 but just as a practical matter I think it's good to be aware of - better to have it mentioned here than be surprised by it in the middle of some radio show.

Yes, I have made a lot of statements on the UFO subject. But I am not here to discuss that.

I am here because I don't believe a Boeing 757 crashed into the Pentagon or that one crashed at Shanksville and this site has members far more knowledgeable than the one I have been on for a couple of years.

On the other site someone posted the AA77 FDR data which I had never looked at. I spent an evening just going over it quickly and then posted this question: "Who set the F/O's altimeter on descent at FL180 and where did he get the setting."

Nobody on that site even knew what I was talking about. Then a few days later johndoex shows up, makes a post, and that led me here.

I greatly enjoyed listening to your interview with Rob (I'm still smiling in fact).

Since you, Rob and so many other pilots I've spoken with doubt that a pilot could've flown into the Twin Towers on their first attempt, do you think that the planes were operated remotely, pre-programmed or following a homing signal?

If you prefer to not speculate I will understand completely as it is one of my beliefs that the 9/11 Truth movement is poorly served by too much speculation (esp. that which has no basis in fact).

I look forward to hearing more from you in the future.

I believe that the airplanes

I believe that the airplanes that hit the WTC were remote controlled and I will tell you why I believe that.

First, hitting the WTC at better than 500 mph is a very tricky maneuver and it is highly unlikely that any hijacker flew that profile. I say lighly unlikely because with 300 or 400 hours in a 767 sim he could have learned how to do it. But I don't believe that was the case.

Second, it is well within our capability to install remote control equipment which could very easily be guided into the WTC. The airplane could have been guided into the WTC with SATCOM guidance or could have been following a laser type signal aimed at the WTC.

I don't believe there were any pilots, passengers, hijackers or flight attendants on those airplanes.

I believe the original airplanes were taken over and the remote control airplanes switched.

Where those people went, I don't have any idea.

Where the original airplanes went I don't have any idea.

Why 'they' did it that way I don't have any idea.

That is just my sheer speculation.

What do you think is the best way for the 9/11 Truth movement to approach commercial pilots (working and retired) and get them to work with us on getting new investigations?

(I have thought about just printing up cards with the pilotsfor911truth web site on them and handing them out at Oakland and SFO airports. I'd contact Rob first, of course.)

what I would like to ask you is: For what reasons would it have been difficult to hit the Twin Towers? In case of the Pentagon approach, I think everybody can see why, but in regards to the Towers, I, with my experience admittedly limited to MS Flight Simulator, don't.
