9/11 skeptic to discuss doubts over official story

SOUTH BEND — Kevin Ryan doesn’t mince words when it comes to 9/11 — he just doesn’t buy what he calls the “official story” of it.
“That’s my message to people on this topic,” he said in a recent telephone interview. “The information we’ve been given is false.”
Ryan, who lives in Bloomington, will bring that message to South Bend on Monday, the fifth anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He plans to share his personal story of why he speaks out on the topic, which began in 2004.
That’s when Ryan was fired from his job at Environmental Health Laboratories Inc. in South Bend, a subsidiary of Underwriters Laboratories Inc. He now works as an engineer for a pharmaceutical company.
The firing came after Ryan wrote a letter to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, which was probing the collapse of the World Trade Center’s twin towers.
In the letter, he said that burning jet fuel did not cause the buildings to collapse and maintained that Underwriters Laboratories had certified steel components used in the construction of the skyscrapers, a claim the company denied.
At that time, Ryan said, he had questions about the buildings’ collapse. Now, he’s moved on to question the accounts of 9/11 offered in the reports of the NIST and the 9/11 Commission.
“I think there are a lot of things we could look into,” he said, “but all I know is that the story we’ve been told is not true.”

Underwriter labs
It's amazing how telling the truth about 9/11 will get you fired and lieing about it will get you promoted with the medal of freedom. Isn't it a crazy country? Also what does his firing say about Underwriters labs. Who called the shots on his firing? We have to root out the evil where we find it.

I hold a special place in my heart for you, Kevin Ryan, because we all knew without a doubt that your choice to pin-point the government's physical 'discrepancies,' (those between the faux-studies by NIST, and good-old-common sense,) -would get you fired from UL.
I'm in the same boat.
How in the hell am I supposed to feel OK about installing high-end TV's, for yuppies, when every single channel is lying our country into oblivion!
From the stand-point of pure 'energy-conservation,' when do you suppose people will realize that they can simply pull the plug?

event success!
This event was a great success. Kevin gave a great talk that covered his experiences with Underwriters Laboratories and his ongoing efforts to expose the lies, omissions, and bad science of the National Institute of Standards and Technology. He also put these issues into the broader context of the "war on terror."
We had at least 50 people in the audience. They were attentive, respectful, and asked very thoughtful questions, which Kevin answered brilliantly.
I managed to sign up a good number of people who I hope will join me in presenting our local Congressional candidates with the "9/11 truth candidates poll" sponsored by 911truth.org.
I'm grateful and proud that I was able to make this event happen, and I thank everyone who attended. And a big thank you to Kevin for taking time out of his busy life to return to South Bend.
