Yesterday, April 15th 2009 I was contacted by “Loose Change” director, and narrator Dylan Avery who said that he had recently begun investigating the death of Barry Jennings, and had found some new information relating to his death.
It seems that there is a very good possibility that Jennings’ death could have been due to foul play. Though the investigations are on going, initial findings are somewhat alarming. The conclusion is still forthcoming, but I was shocked by what I heard.
It seems that Dylan had hired a private investigator to look into Jennings death which remains shrouded in mystery. His motive was simply to bring some closure to the life of Barry Jennings, and in doing so to honor the memory of this brave American. The Investigator ended up referring the case to Law enforcement before refunding his pay, and told Dylan never to contact him again. Very unusual to say the least. Dylan also paid a visit to the Jennings home. He found it vacant and for sale.
Personally, something is really beginning to stink here. Why would a highly paid PI refuse to continue his investigation? Why did he refer the matter to police? He is not talking. What is he afraid of. Was he warned to cease and desist? If so by whom?

Alive but Hiding??
Does anyone here think that Mr Jennings may have faked his death (with or without help)
for the protection of himself and his family and/or protection of the official myth?
There's really only two
There's really only two possible conclusions I can think of.
a) Barry Jennings died under very mysterious and suspect circumstances.
b) Barry Jennings and his family went into the Witness Protection Program.
I pray that it's b.
What Could Spook A PI Into Terminating A Contract In Such A Way?
Very strange.
I think it is a distinct possibility.
However, to have us think he died suddenly and mysteriously at the time that he did, just before the NIST report came out and just after the BBC hit job, sure makes them look more suspicious. If he was taken to witness protection, then they could off him under his new identity anytime and no one would know. That may be how it really played out.
Incidentally, I have purchased the domains. www.barryjennings.com and www.barryjennings.org. If anyone in the movement has the time, money and skills to put up a website that tells the story, I would be willing to sign the domains over at no charge. If it isn't someone I know or recognize from the blog, I will not do so.
Sounds like a very good idea.
Perhaps Dylan and Jason Bermas can assist.
A collaborative effort by the Truth Community may just help unravel this mysterious disapperance / death.

This is how they operate.
Barry made the mistake of not going public FROM DAY ONE.
He waited too long and allowed the tide of propoganda to reinforce the official myth so a cover up is easier and more manageable.
He may be in hiding, but probably will be silenced to plug all the holes/leaks.
But the FACT of the matter is that Jennings' testimony is not crucial. We have POSITIVE SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE OF THERMITE etc.

What I was trying to say - I'd been 'out' - is from a 'journalistic view' a story like this is not sound.
To be printed in say, a newspaper, you need verifiable sources. Until then it's considered gossip or hearsay. For example Woodward and Bernstein had to confirm through other sources/means what 'Deep Throat' was telling them before anything could be printed.
It could possibly be printed in a column, as they're considered opinion pieces and under less scrutiny.
No offense - keep up the good work.
It's too bad there's no working press in New York and you have to go through all this trouble.

What about Michael Hess?
He was the corporation counsel for the city of NY who was with Barry in WTC7. My understanding is he has never publicly commented but perhaps with the death of a long-time coworker, it is time he showed some curiosity about what happened not only that day but to Barry. Could this be something that a mainstream investigative journalist such as Seymour Hersh would take on? There have to be a number of coworkers who are also curious about this man who worked for over 20 years in a fairly high profile position and who had perhaps the most mysterious and fascinating experience during that day. Barry had said more than once that he didn't want his family bothered anymore and that he was scared of further attention. Still, his sudden disappearance should be a matter of great interest to his many coworkers including Michael Hess. But whoever conducts the investigation would have to be somewhat mainstream or it may be harder to get witness cooperation. To me, this seems like a huge story.

Considering his past and present ties to Mr. Giuliani I don't think Mr. Hess will have much to say, unless subpoenaed.
I also don't think it's accurate to describe Barry Jennings, a City Housing Authority employee, as "a long-time coworker" of Michael Hess.
I agree that this is a potentially large story, but it is also one of the most charged parts of the 9/11 story, which is the third rail in American media and politics, so this will remain a story only covered by the independent media.
The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.

Thanks for the update. By long term "co-worker", I meant Barry's long tenure at the City and that Michael Hess worked also for the City but I don't know how long Hess worked there. I agree that they may not have been "tight" since there are lots of co-workers at the City. I suppose Hess will remain very quiet and conveniently so for his employer Guilani. By the way, I mentioned this in another comment that I was at a speaking event earlier this year where Guilani referenced the hot molten steel that existed under WTC7. He said they were afraid it could pop up out of the ground somewhere which made Ground Zero dangerous.
Still, it amazes me that there might be such a lack of curiosity by City employees about Barry Jennings' demise when he worked there for so long in a prominent position. As far as the press, despite its third rail status, this mystery is something that would allow a Seymour Hersh to involve himself without being labeled a 9/11 truther since the scope would be limited: A respected public official named Barry Jennings was deeply involved in the WTC7 mystery and has now died (or disappeared) with little or no explanation.
