A famous French news website, Rue 89, has produced a so-called
investigation of 911, with the help of the first school of journalism in
France, the CFJ.
Under the direction of Guillaume Dasquié, a well-known journalist
specialized in intelligence affairs and a debunker of 911 alternative
theories , more than thirty young students have "worked" during
four days only to put on line a definitive answer to the "conspiracy
theorists"...
Each aspect of 911 is lightly scratched on the surface : the twin towers
collapse, the pentagon, wtc7, flight 93, and so on....
The result? A disaster for journalism standards. The collective work looks
like a piece of soviet propaganda, dreamed by the Bush administration,
engineered by Zelikow of the 911 Commission, and set up by Fox news.
The hope? A massive anger by the French audience in the commentary
section.
Look by yourself and enjoy this piece of propaganda made by
lazy/naive/blind young journalists, who, at least, have already understood
the first rule of a successful career in the mainstream media: "Just
forget about 911"
Just add, if you feel obliged to do so, your own comment to their section,
to [let it be known] that you can be American and skeptical about the 911 fairy
tale, without being "anti-american". For these so-called
journalists, you have to be antisemitic, anti-American, lunatic, or psycho
to suggest another way to consider 911. Make some noise !

According to Dasquie, French intelligence knew that "al Qaeda" was going to use AA and United as far back as January, 2001;
"As of January 2001, the al-Qaeda leadership nonetheless showed itself to be transparent to the eyes - and ears - of French spies. The redactors even detailed disagreements among the terrorists over the practical modalities of the planned hijacking. They never questioned their intention. Provisionally, the jihadists favored capturing an airplane between Frankfurt and the United States. They established a list of seven possible companies. Two would finally be chosen by the September 11 pirates: American Airlines and United Airlines. In his introduction, the author of the memo notes, "According to the Uzbek intelligence services, the airplane hijacking plan seems to have been discussed at the beginning of 2000 during a Kabul meeting of representatives from Osama bin Laden's organization...."
Every intelligence service on the planet seemed to know that 9/11 was coming... but not the most well-funded, the most powerful, U.S. intel?

Uzbek intelligence services? Please! The 19 hijackers were American assets, and seen on American military basses. The 9/11 operation was not hatched in Afghanistan. It was Made in USA. I guess it was that 2000 meeting in Kabul where al-Qaeda concocted their most genius part of the 9/11 operation: mesmerize NORAD into forgetting that they monitored American and Canadian airspace on 9/11! This mind-bending part of the plan was so good that NORAD still doesn't remember that it monitored American and Canadian airspace on 9/11.

The point of propaganda
Remember, the point of pieces like Dasquié's isn't to persuade those of us who know the official 9/11 story is a big lie, but rather to reassure those who have been hearing about the 9/11 Truth movement that the official version really is sound--a la Popular Mechanics, the History Channel, etc.
So, we keep trying to get the truth out--by showing to their target audience (whenever they show a willingness to listen) all that these 'debunkers' continue to leave out.

The sinking of the Rainbow Warrior, codenamed Opération Satanique[1], was an operation by the "action" branch of the French foreign intelligence services, the Direction Générale de la Sécurité Extérieure (DGSE), carried out on July 10, 1985. It aimed to sink the flagship of the Greenpeace fleet, the Rainbow Warrior in the port of Auckland, New Zealand, to prevent her from interfering in a nuclear test in Moruroa.
Fernando Pereira, a photographer, drowned on the sinking ship. Two French agents were arrested by the New Zealand Police on passport fraud and immigration charges. They were charged with arson, conspiracy to commit arson, willful damage, and murder. As part of a plea bargain, they pleaded guilty to manslaughter and were sentenced to ten years, of which they served just over two.
The scandal resulted in the resignation of the French Defence Minister Charles Hernu, and the subject remained controversial. It was twenty years afterwards that the personal responsibility of French President François Mitterrand was admitted.
You'd think that French journalists would know a thing or two or three about government conspiracies....

I only read the WTC7 entries. This is the worst "debunking" I have seen yet. Mark Roberts should even be embarrassed. I wouldn't be surprise if Dasquié is a long-standing disinformant or that he struck a deal to save his ass by creating this smoke screen.
IMO "they" are going after the gullible college crowd because "they" know college kids get it and are listening to us and want to know more. Knowing about this can and should further empower us to "doing it right."

French professor fired for his opinion about 9/11
This afternoon, French professor in International Relations Aymeric Chauprade was fired by the French Minister of Defense for voicing his opinion about 9/11 in his most recent book "Chronique du choc des civilisations" (Chronology of the Clash of Civilizations). Until today, Mr. Chauprade was teaching at Sorbonne University and at the French military academy in Paris, France.
