NTSB: All Available NTSB 9/11 Records Released

The following is a Freedom of Information Act Reply for NTSB records that indicate what percentage of the wreckage of American Airlines flight 77 and United Airlines flight 93 was recovered from each respective crash scene and for the serial number for the Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) recovered from United Airlines flight 93. Previous NTSB factual reports have described what percentage of a destroyed aircraft has been recovered from a crash scene. Within its answer, the NTSB indicates that all NTSB records pertaining to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 have been released.

Dear Mr. Monaghan:

I am writing in response to your letter regarding two Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests that you stated were submitted via the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) website on September 22, 2008. Our FOIA Officer has informed me that her staff does not have a record of the requests. Although the FOIA office does not have the requests, you did provide information describing the requests in your letter appealing those responses, and although we are not treating your letter as an appeal, because we do not have a record of the requests, we have reviewed the content of the requests as provided in your most recent letter. In reviewing your description of the most recent requests, we have determined that, based on previous requests and our responses to those requests, you have all of the releasable documents in the possession of the agency regarding September 11, 2001. If, despite my assurances, you still desire to continue with a FOIA request or requests for this information, you should mail such requests to this address:

Dead end?

Aidan, I appreciate the tireless work you put into obtaining these official documents, and I have read your previous posts with regards to flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders, and also in regards to the identification of the aircraft involved in the attacks. You are an inspiration to keep plowing forth and finding documents that will effectively seal the coffin on the official story. Is this a dead end for that documentation? Do you have any more ideas for ways to go about getting this information?

The operative word being "releasable". I read that as: You have everything that has not been classified and the fact that everything else has been classified is also classified and therefore not releasable.

FBI takes over NTSB's Investigation

Aidan, great work, please keep it up. In David Ray Griffin's new book, "9/11 Contradictions", on page 128, there is reference made to the FBI taking over the NTSB investigation of flight 93. To quote:
"...Mary Schiavo, former inspector general of the Department of Transportation. Commenting that NTSB officials "ordinarily dissect the timeline to a thousandth of a second," she said, alluding to the fact that the investigation was instead handled by the FBI: "We don't have an NTSB investigation here." This statement was supported by Bunch's 2002 report that the "NTSB referred all questions [ about the crash time ] to the FBI.""

Perhaps you need to file a FOIA request with the FBI. Good luck. It is my view and others, that the FBI is itself an official criminal enterprise.

I refer to them as the FBO -- Federal Bureau of Obfuscation. Have evidence of a crime of state you need cleaned up? Call the FBO!!

The thing is, all the information and evidence the government holds regarding 9/11 is now "a matter of national security." Like, DUH!

Location of plane wreckage

Other than the unconfirmed reports that AA 77 and UA93 are being stored in Iron Mountain, PA, is it documented as to where the plane wreckage is being stored?

Was the serial number for the FDR on AA 77 provided and has it been positively matched to existing records for N644AA?
