Sarah Palin was confronted at a rally by WeAreChange Ohio.

"Do you support the family members and first responders who are calling for a new 9/11 investigation?"

"I do."

Oh, the bizarre irony. She responds in the affirmative to the question of whether she supports the families/responders who call for a new investigation, while her running mate wrote the foreword to the Popular Mechanics propaganda.

Here's my fantasy of the day:

If I had a couple of extra million dollars, I would run tv and newspaper ads backing (and showing part of this vid) Sarah's agreement & assessment that we do need to get to the bottom of this, the 9/11 attacks.

I would run the ad during the potentially last game of the World Series. Go Phillies.

Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin was asked if she supports a new investigation into 9/11 called for by the victims' family members. This was her answer.

I should note that I do not support Obama or McCain and am not trying to push either of their campaigns. I am simply just trying to help get the issue out about the first responders and a new investigation into 9/11. I do commend Sarah Palin for honestly answering my question and supporting the victims' family members' quest for truth.

I was by myself and didn't have anyone to hold the camera so I did my best to pick up audio and video so I apologize for the poor quality.

Expect A "Clarification"

If much is made of this answer, don't be surprised if Palin's people claim:

"What she meant to say was ... anything that will prevent a new attack by foreign terrorists."

Although ... the media has reported that McCain's people are unhappy with Palin's recent departures from the "script".

In any event, IMO McCain is not supposed to win. He's the 2008 version of 1996 Bob Dole and 2004 John Kerry - uninspriring oponents who seemed to have little desire to win.

Obama is the 1992 version of Bill Clinton and the 2000 version of George W. Bush - the establishment's latest point man.

The question that should have been asked is: "Do you support John McCain's position in his foreword to the Popular Mechanics article on 9/11?," to which she probably would have said something like, "It's all about creating new jobs."

Pallin is irrelevant

This may sound harsh, but Pallin is irrelevant.

She is a bad joke, and anything she says it basically meaningless, I think she has amply proven.

She is basically a replacement for Bush figure. To reinforce the strange idea that governments are "incompetent" and therefore beyond accountability, the law, and serious scrutiny.

It's sort of like, "look at the clown" but ignore the criminals.
