So, I looked up Richard Spertzel name and he is a member of UNSCOM, a UN Special Commission member. So that puts him on the doubt list just for starters.

And as I'm writing this post Spertzel is being snippet interviewed by CNN, where he claims that "even though Ivins had access to a heptlizer (sp?) to transfer wet anthrax to dry, that is not a smoking gun", because another machine is also needed for the transformation which Ivins didn't have access.
