I don't think aboard airliners is the best place for it, among the current paranoia.

I read that during the Holocaust, some in the Resistance used to graffiti/paint warnings about the Gestapo & death camps, but unfortunately their messages were heeded by too few! (Let us never reach such a desperate point here in the USA! We are close though!)

In the interest of determining how news reporting may have been played by the media on Jason's recent arrest at Logan Airport, I contacted Jason directly to hear his story and as a result of our conversation he has issued this statement which I am posting with permission on his behalf.

Recent press coverage attempts at portraying what transpired on July 30th are defamatory and outright lies. I will attempt to clear up misconceptions of my attempt to return home via Delta flight 1165 and the significance of these inaccuracies. It is disappointing that even my local paper hadn't validated what is presented as fact before going to print. The level of inconsistencies are staggering and fail to qualify as professional journalism. Willful digestion of these lies, especially by some skeptics of media and even 9/11 Truthers, has been troubling to say the least. The coverage conveys the actions of drug addict or paranoid schizophrenic, but in no way reflects my behavior. I might understand my charges if that was how I acted, but that is not the case. Conspiracy fact aside, only 72% of airliner flights arrive on time, a USA Today cover story July 31st shows. A JFK baggage disaster created massive delays in the same issue.

Delta flight 1165 was delayed over stickers, the captain initially assured passengers that it happens all the time and it was a political statement not a threat. We were stil clear for takeoff but a baggage check was conducted, then another and then everyone was asked to get off the plane. Assurance escalated somehow to paranoia, an unwarranted reaction to nonthreatening informative, yet controversial, stickers.

My behavior on Delta was never nervous, I calmly read a book and chatted with neighbors about autism, vaccinations and Michael Savage. Also, how could I have “charged off the plane” while it was “taxiing on the runway”? The aircraft never left the gate, nor was it even sealed shut. I imagine it would have been quite a daring escape to exit the plane if it was moving. I exited the plane just as every other passenger did, orderly and one at a time, after the captain instructed passengers to do so. Therefore it makes no sense for me to say “I have to get off this plane right now,” like there was a bomb on it. When I exited the plane Delta gave me a rescheduled next morning flight, a comped room in the Hilton and a voucher for food, hard to arrange while I was allegedly busy running away as well. Never did I refer to anything like stickers or the truth movement as a joke, but I called being arrested without reason or due process a joke. I don't think most of us trust cops, especially those who have actual experiences with them. Wasn't it Gerald Massey who said “they must find it difficult who accept authority as truth rather than truth as authority”?

My t-shirt had a double-faced head with Bush and Hitler imposed and read “Oilwellian Doublespeak.” A stewardess I tried to ask about my connecting flight during the delay did not like the shirt and hurried away seeing that it was “anti-bush.” This shirt was confiscated by the state police who also confiscated my phonebook without informing me and gave it to the FBI while I was at court the next day. I bet they copied all of my computer data while I was in a cell also. The charges aren't even about vandalism but retaliation for my t-shirt in conjunction with talking about 9/11, or that is how it seems. I was demonized by the police and media to discredit the movement and make the outrageous charges stick. Any anger or resentment I feel should be directed at law enforcement and the press. I hope that some local truthers could write more words of encouragement and defense. If that was an Obama or spongebob sticker it wouldn't have mattered, Ron Paul...who knows. Now I'm blacklisted on Delta and my grandmother, who brought me here, had her useless and complicated skymiles refunded, not the $400 for the second flight that should have been.

In my work I confronted RFK Jr. on 9/11 after he spoke in depth about the Bush administrations inside job of environmental destruction asking if our disastrous national security policy could be caused by an inside job. Cynthia McKinney visited my area also having spoke about the Federal Reserve, chemtrails, 9/11 and the state undermining dissent. I have made public, often impromptu, speeches to my campus on 9/11 and some of the products of the “official story” like wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Homegrown Terrorism and Violent Radicalization Prevention Act, FISA, other inside jobs and the purpose/origins of education. My hopes are that I can return to my home in Northern California after that these charges are dismissed. I'm not sure if public support can help that but I won't refuse any help I can get. I've been defamed by the media, away from my friends and loved ones, unable to get prepared for school and stranded without any money here. My pretrial is August 19th, 9am at 37 Meridian, East Boston. Those who are willing to make a physical presence are welcome.

I know at least the most serious charge won't stick leaving me with disorderly conduct to fend off. The reaction of those in charge manifested the delay, not a sticker, but an overreaction. As we all know that intolerance for civil rights is a result of the post-911 world until the official story becomes recognized for what it is, a lie. If necessary I will argue that it is orderly, patriotic and a duty as an American to discuss 9/11 and in the process prove that 9/11 was an inside job for the judge or jury if this goes to trial.
